"Don't Go There"
Front Desk staff not very helpful and slow as Christmas! Other than the convenience (right across from the intl airport (can walk over) I would not stay there next time.Genuine Expedia guest review
Very nice hotel and staff. My stay was short, but enjoyed it all the same. Was super convinient since i had an early flight out of Mexico City airport.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!!"
I NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE BEEN TREATED SO POORLY AT A HOTEL. THIS HOTEL HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOONE CARES AND ALL THEY WANTED WAS TIPS FOR EVERYTHING. I CALLED MANY TIMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK AND THEY JUST KEEP HANGING THE PHONE UP IN MY FACE. I EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND THEY LAUGHED AND HUNG UP AGAIN. WROST HOTEL. WORST SERVICE […] EVER. SHAME YOU ON. THIS HOTEL DOES NOT REPRESENT THE MEXICO I KNOW. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!1 Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Very convenient for the airport. Rooms are small, but good access to restaurants, etc.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Conveniently located but that's about it."
Very dissapointed for a "Camino Real" hotel. If it weren't connected to the airport like that I wouldn't stay there. Every year it gets worse and the renovations are never ending, the carpets still smells like a 25 year old carpet. Needs major overhaul.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good stay for airport layover"
This is very convenient to catch an early flight or when you arrive late. Has 2 restaurants thet are good Bice and La Mansion.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Camino real Aerpuerto in Mexico City."
It was a great experience, Camino real employees really take seriously costumer service. They will not allow anyone make a line if they can help you to avoid it.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Overnight stay only"
The hotel is conveniently located. The check-in staff is not very qualified and you have to wait a long time to get your room keys. The hotel decoration is awfull and the service at the bar is a disaster. Only the breakfast restaurant stands out and the staff is friendly, professional and the food excellent.Genuine Expedia guest review
The room was not ready on time and the air condition was broken.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Good stay at Mex. City Airport"
Good location for flying out of Mex. City Connected to Terminal one.Genuine Expedia guest review

"Bad Customer Service"
Personnel at the lobby were terrible. Bad customer service from the support team of the hotelGenuine Expedia guest review
"They want to charge for all, WiFi is 20% of room r"
The hotel is conveniently located, but they run like old style hotels, charge for local phone calls, and WiFi is very expensive, like most chains it should be included in the room rate. Restaurant is expensive and the food is less than regular.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel for the family"
Nice hotel to be for a short period, because is in front of the Aiport it's very convenient.Genuine Expedia guest review
I have stayed in this hotel many times but I will try other options in the airport vicinity next time. The hotel has a great location with the walkway from the terminal but the overall condition is getting worse every time I stay there. Yes they are renovating right now but this is also long overdue.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good airport hotel for one night"
Our room was located far from the lobby down a long poorly lit hallway. We were so far from the main part of the hotel, we had great difficulty accessing the internet. I HAD TO STAND IN MY PAJAMAS CLOSE to the lobby to make a late night flight change.Genuine Expedia guest review
"WOULD SUIT ALL PERSONS OF TRAVEL"
HOTEL CONVENIENTLY LOCATED AT TERMINAL 1 MEXICO CITY AIRPORT. PERFECT FOR CATCHING AN EARLY FLIGHT THE NEXT DAY. STAFF COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. ROOM NEWLY RENOVATED WITH A KING SIZE BED WITH LOVELY LINENS. I WOULD USE THIS HOTEL ON MY NEXT VISIT TO MEXICO. I RECOMMENDED THIS TO 2 FRIENDS AND THEY COMMENTED POSITIVELY. AFTER THEIR STAY,Genuine Expedia guest review
"direct airport access"
very nice hotel and 5 minute walk to interjet ticket counter..........only minus is no coffee maker in rooms as in other airport hotelsGenuine Expedia guest review
"Only if you must be in MEX airport"
Hotel was beat up. Key card did not work both nights I went to the room. Wanted $25 for internet access, including in the lobby. The room was ok. Hallway was dirty. Lobby smelled.Genuine Expedia guest review
I will recomend this hotel for travelers who need comfort close to airportGenuine Expedia guest review
"Excelent airport hotel in rennovations"
I would stay again at this hotel when needed. It's connected to Mexico's T1 and have a good business profile. But It's currently under renovations and some of the sewer smell and construction material and noise makes the stay unpleasant.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good airport hotel.. Nothing "special".."
It's a true 3-star hotel with 100% possibility of improvements... But let's not kid ourselves, it's an airport hotel, so you stay here for the "early flight in the morning" reason... Beds are really comfortable and the cleanliness of the hotel is really good.. It does need a good upkeep of its amenities (hallways, elevators, etc) and staff could be […] a bit more friendly... "great for business"
I love it. it's close to the airport and they even put a chocolate on your pillow.Genuine Expedia guest review
The first night was very noise, they are doing construction, I could not sleep at all, the other 2 nigths I had paid already and I did not sleep there, i went to the sheraton Reforma very good.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Old and smelly"
Hotel is very old, it smells terrible like sewage. Elevators are old. The chair in my room was all scratched. I do not recommend this hotel. I prefer the New Courtyard just some steps away in the International arrival area.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great for business travelers"
Great rate, great for staying if you are just waiting one night to take a planeGenuine Expedia guest review
I like this hotel; however, room was not ready at check in time and housekeeping came in WITHOUT knocking about an hour before check out. They seem to be constantly under construction, but beds are very comfortable and it is attached to the airport which makes it very convenient.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
My room on the 8th floor of the tower was very noisy.Genuine Expedia guest review
"It is what it is. Airport hotel!"
Very plain and nothing to brag about. If you have to stay at the airport and don't want to spend Hilton prices then this is for you. Don't expect much though. BASIC.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Decent option for overnight before a flight."
I'd prepaid on line, and at the desk I tried to give my card for incidentals, but they said it was not necessary. After getting to the room, which was very far from the front desk, I discovered that the WiFi was not free and I could not get it charged to the room because they had not taken the credit card for incidentals. Ditto for room service.....being […] that the room was so far from their restaurants, I couldn't order room service. Ugh. It it was a clean decent place to sleep to make an early morning plane. "Not coming back."
Is a hotel with a great location in the Mexico city airpont at Terminal 1, but old, not clean and not friendly staff. will not come back ever.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to the airport, but ugly, old, and pricy"
I hated that they charge for the internet separately, and when I stayed, by the hour. Most hotels in the area give this for free, so I was quite surprised. The restaurant is expensive and the cabs outside the hotel insisted on charging 3 times more, even more expensive than taking a cab at the airport (for reference). Main thing with this hotel is that […] it is right in front of the hotel, and you can walk there (there is a convenient tunnel from the airport), if you are just staying overnight for a morning flight this is a good location. For anything else just choose something else, the hotel is old, pricy, and quite frankly not worth it. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I liked everything about the hotel except paying for Internet!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotel is satisfactory. No bottled water in room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Best of the airport hotels in Mexico"
This is the best of the airport hotels in Mexico City. If you have an early flight out or a late flight in, you can't beat it. The Bice restaurant is a great change from the regular hotel restaurants, open late and with a great selection. A reasonable bar area to have a few drinks, then off to bed.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Camino Real Mexico City"
The quality of the hotel was very good. However, we were VERY disappointed that they charge for internet usage. They also charge for the exercise room. What hotel of this level does that??Genuine Expedia guest review
"need to stay in the airport, look other option"
The hotel is noisy; loudly lobby at night and workers at day making this hotel more for diversion rather than a business level hotel. installations such as elevators and carpets are old. Internet is not included plus parking your bill will raise + 50 USD. For that rate, its better to stay in a new hotel at terminal 2.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Pick up another hotel..."
The rooms in he non-smoking area smell like if someone would be smoking in your room. Food at Cafeteria La Huerta is horrible and very expensive. oVERALL THE SERVICE IS DISSAPOINTINGGenuine Expedia guest review
The prices on room service were as from a Diamond category! and the noise from the airplanes kept me up all night, maybe a sound proof window would help.Genuine Expedia guest review
More convenient internet service is needed ... going to the Business Office, struggling with acquiring the password ... not conveneint. Better to make the service available with the room, charge a fee if necessary.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel, while convenient to the airport, is seriously overpriced considering what you get. I arrived, and they could not find my reservation, and told me that without a reservation, the nightly rate was something incredible. I finally stood my ground that I had a hotels.com reservation, and they gave in. But aside from that, there is no coffee maker […] in the room, and no ironing board or iron. Of course, you can use the hotel room service at a premium charge, or the hotel cleaning service, at an ungodly amount of money. They even charge you to use the internet at the business services center...how ridiculous! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Comfort enough to stay one night"
The distance from the airport is great - in less than 10 minutes after coming out from the customs, you'll be in a quiet, own room. Or if the flight is early in the morning, it's great have the last half an hour of sleep rather than rushing in a taxi from the city. I just wish if they had little more lights - it was hard to unpack then pack my luggage […] in that dark room, and also a clock might've helped me to figure out which time zome I was in. nice hotel unfortunatelly i did not received the king size bed that i had asked for. when i registered i was told that they did not have a king size bed. when i complained a lady in charge told me and i quote "you booked your room through a travel agency and we do not guarantee your request" i was offered a smoking king size room, WHICH I DID NOT ACCEPT. I expected a little bit more comfort, but it was ok. Bed is delicious no complain on that. Bathroom has a tub and it was very clean, no complains. The room was big, it was like 2 rooms, but part of the hotel made it feel a little bit old. Once in the room you forget about it. Location is perfect for an early flight, literally 5min walking to the check-in […] counters. I had no food, so can't say anything about it. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
