Furniture was pretty out of date; tables in breakfast area were scarred and worn; bathroom very small. Need some smaller tables in breakfast area instead of all larger tables. Breakfast bar was not manned efficiently or often enough; sausage was barely warm and rolls were far from fresh.

I was looking for a hotel near the Interstate highway, so that I did not have to back track the next day. I got what I wanted, but was not very impressed with the establishment. It is older and showing its age. However, during my stay I did find a couple of more options for a stay near the Interstate that I will try on my next trip.

Easy access right off I-90. Quick in and out. Number of hot items available for breakfast, not just donuts, cereal, and yogurt.

The hotel was right off the interstate, but hard to figure out how to get in the parking lot. This hotel smelled so bad of cigarette smoke in the hallways, and in my room. If it wasn't 1am I would have gone somewhere else. Also I could not log on to WiFi with my iPad. It would stop the process mid loading and would not complete. There was only one towel in the workout room the first day and no towels the second day. So, I don't know if the towels ever got replenished within those two days. I doubt there were that many people using the workout room. Plus, one of the treadmills was broken, the TV remote didn't work (assume it needed new batteries) and the clock in the room wasn't […] working. Our first full day there our room didn't get cleaned. We had put a "do not disturb" sign (which we made ourselves since one was not provided in our room) on our door for part of the morning, but didn't realize that meant we wouldn't get any service at all that day. It would have been nice to have been told what their policy was, such as, "if you have your do not disturb sign on your door between the hours of x and x, we will assume that you do not want your room cleaned that day". I recently stayed at another hotel that did something similar to that. At least then you would know. There also weren't very many towels in the pool area. The first time we went swimming, there weren't any towels on the shelving unit where the towels should have been. The hotel has two floors, but no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, you will want to request a 1st floor room. Read more

Overall stay was good. Air-conditioning units were noisy in the rooms. Our room was above the pool area (specifically the room where the pumps are) and you could hear that throughout the night.

I liked the hot tub. I'm not too sure why they make a big deal out of re-using your towel when other motels I have stayed in recently didn't have this issue. My partner enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was clean and the key cards worked which has been an issue in other places.
