From the first to the last, every single staff member we met was personable and engaging. The room, pool, dining area, and entry way were clean and easily accessible. I would definitely stay there again. The staff were wonderful and willing to help with anything. The breakfast was great and included fruits, cereals, muffins, eggs, toast, juice, etc. they also served three light suppers as a courtesy too on three days we were there. Thanks, for a wonderful stay.

Would stay again! We found the room to be just what we needed. Was conveniently located (short drive) to area attractions. Staff was very friendly and "there to serve". Daily full breakfast was a delight and Monday thru Wednesday evening meals after a long day of sight seeing hit the spot.

Everything fine, although it appeared the room had evidence of a lot of use-things like dings in furniture, stains in furniture upholstery. Also had to exchange room "keys" 3 times because they would quit working. Housekeeping service was fine. basic kitchen items were there though we did no actual cooking. We had a 2-br suite with 2 bathrooms. Likes: Price; plenty of space for us and two 13-yr old kids; very convenient location to area attractions; breakfast bar was good. Dislikes: A/C unit froze over and it took two days before it got fixed (but they did provide us with a swamp cooler to help since no other rooms available); beds were pretty hard. Very friendly and helpful front dest staff. The suite was very comfortable and secure. This hotel is very close to many attractions that we wanted to see in Colorado Springs. It seems that you could go everywhere in 15 minutes. We would love to stay there again.

Hotel staff was lovely and rooms were fine. The thin blanket was not the best. It was difficult to cook in the kitchen. Burners were crooked and the equipment not very high quality but for short term it was fine. Plenty of space.

This was our second stay at this hotel. The location was convenient , food was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative is noise from I-25. The noise was not excessive , and we were able to sleep well in spite of it. I would no problems with another stay at this hotel.

One of the BEST, if not the best rooms my Mom or I have ever stayed in. There was plenty of room for the kids, my Mom and I to get space from each other lol. The hotel supplied a huge breakfast every morning which I had previously read so I expected that but I was NOT aware that they also supplied dinner Mon-Wed nights. Both of these really cut costs […] for us since there was 5 of us and eating out was about 40-50 bucks everytime. It was a pleasant surprise. The food was not the best but it was better than fast food lol. Unlimited coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24 hours was also a nice bonus. The location of the hotel was perfect! We've never been to this city before so I didn't know what to be near and this location was right by stores, restaurants and main roads. We stayed 4 nights and didn't even use half a tank of gas! I have been in physical therapy for two specific injuries and requir the use of a hot jaccuzzi tub. I asked the sales rep. on Hotels .com to check with the hotel to be sure the jaccuzzi was in working condition - they assured me that it was. Upon arival I discovered that the jaccuzzi water was cold. I mentioned to the desk clerk and he said they would […] turn it up. The next day the water was still cold. I mentioned it to the desk clerk again and was told the maintenence person was thete and would take care of it. It did not happen. We stayed here for 5 nights, and could easily have stayed another 5. The rooms are suites with kitchens, and the bedroom is in the back so the chance of hall noises while sleeping is minimal. Rooms are comfy and clean. Employees extremely nice and accommodating. The free breakfast is a full breakfast with eggs and bacon/sausage. During the week, they […] have a free happy hour with free wine and beer and substantial appetizers. My only possible complaint is the exercise room--wish it had a clock (I forgot my watch) and weights! If we ever get in this area again, we won't even contemplate staying elsewhere--you really get a lot for your money here. We were in a 2 bedroom suite and it was one of the best ones we have lived in. We travel a lot and have tried a variety of hotel brands but this suite really stood out. The bathrooms were huge and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was really good as well with some good options like eegs, waffle and potato pancakes. Hotel was great. Food and room were both great for the price we paid. We had a two bedroom suite which was very comfortable for our family. The one issue was the noise level due to the proximity to I-25. Bedrooms had double windows but that didn't help as much as we would have liked.

We really enjoyed this hotel, it was clean, convenient and we loved the full service kitchen in the room. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. This is a good hotel option if you have kids that go to bed before you, as well as close to shopping, dining and the highway.

We had to stay here while our house was having repairs done so it was nice we had the 2 bedroom suite so there was plenty of space for us and our kids and the 2 cats. Was a bit disappointed due to the cats, they didn't come in and clean during our stay which was a Wednesday-Saturday. We had to ask for more towels daily just to get those. Breakfast set […] up is really best free spread I've seen at a hotel with everything you can really think of. Work out room they kept way too hot considering you are working out and sweating, it was hard to run my usual 2 miles at that temperature. Staff was very friendly, rooms were decent, clean and comfortable. Would recommend and stay there again. Good neighborhood with lots of nearby restaurant choices within walking distance as well as a Target, movie theater. etc. Very convenient. Was noisy since it is right next to interstate, just ask for room on west side of hotel and should cut down on that. Read more

we stay for 1 week during our visit to Colorado Springs. It is centrally located to all major attractions, the immediate area is full of major restaurants, Target store, and other hotels; a very clean, attractive, and safe area, especially important because my wife and I have 4 kids travelling with us. the staff is very cordial, friendly, and helpful; […] the complimentary breakfast selections of fresh fruits and variety of items were ideal to a long stay, my kids and my wife ate well which they don't normally do at breakfast. the clean and attractive breakfast area probably also had something to do with that. our suite has the 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a pull out bed in the living area which is perfect for our family of 6. incidentally, both expedia and the hotel's website says the room has a max capacity of 5 but when i call the hotel directly to ask for the extra person charge, the hotel has no such policy and said they do not question their guests. in any case, the room has plentiful of space, flat screen tv in every room, the kitchen is fully furnished, the large refrigerator and full size cook top were all in perfect working condition. about the only thing my wife wished for was an in-room washer/dryer but here it was on the same floor only a few doors away, not a problem at all. the pool was adequate for end of day relaxation, same for the fitness equipments which were of good quality. we all had a good stay here, we will be back here next time. Nice location, but room needed some maintenance and wasn't very clean. The shower was broken and the bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast area was crampt and the wait time to get some food was too long. We always choose Residence Inn's, but would stay at another hotel in this area next time.
