For the cost of one night's stay I was disappointed in our accommodations. The room cost $318 and for that price I would expect a spotless room. There was sunflower seed shells on top of one of the dressers. There was a long black hair on the wall of the shower. There was a wet glass ring on the cover of the hotel services guide. Checked in to the room only to find it hadn't been cleaned. Luckily was able to get transferred to a new one. The new one was pool side with deck access, but there were only light block curtains, so either no natural light, or allow everyone to walking past on the deck to be able to see clearly into your room. We love this hotel and this is our 3rd time staying here. We choose a room close to the pool this time & were dis-hearted to see that there was no balcony with out pool view from our room. We had a cultural event in Santa Rosa that we knew would finish late in the evening and didn't want to make the two-hour drive back home. This hotel was the perfect place to spend the night.
