We enjoyed our stay at the Renaissance. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and had a wonderful shower. There was not much in the neighborhood in the way of restaurants, so we ate across the stret at The Buffalo Grill, a restaurant modeled after an American steakhouse. The food was good, but the cashier shortchanged us. When I called her on this, she quickly gave us the correct change. It could have been an accident but it pays to count your change!

Hotel pool great for kids, plus lots of open space by lake. Staff very helpful, first room given had broken air con. Room changed without problem. Rooms good size, even with 4 sharing. Only complaint was the soundproofing. Doors to rooms need to be shut with force which means quite a bit of banging can be heard in the evening.

Très bon hôtel. Je suis cependant surpris qu'ayant réservé une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux (type de chambre proposé lors de la réservation et confirmée), l'hôtel ne propose que des lits doubles. Il a donc fallu que mon collègue (déplacement professionnel) couche sur un canapé convertible peu confortable. La réceptionniste nous a indiqué que c'était […] la politique de tous les Novotels (pas de lits jumeaux). Pour cette raison, je n'ai attribué que la note 3 pour le confort de l'hôtel. Je trouve par ailleurs que cette pratique commerciale est à la limite de la légalité puisqu'une chambre avec lits jumeaux n'a rien à voir avec une chambre à grand lit plus un lit d'appoint.
