With the exception of the Valet service everything was excellent. We did have one minor incident with the valet service, but it was minor and overlooked.

The front desk guy was awesome I should have gotten his name but unfortunately I was in a bit of a rush. He was very helpful with my needs as I had recently sustained an injury to my foot. The room was clean and comfortable. I am an assistant GM of another property so I usually look for certain things and in this case I found very little to speak negatively on. For the price you can't beat what you get.

Was exactly what one would anticipate for a 2 star hotel at a very affordable price point. It is old (believe it was built in the 1950s) and could use some updating, but was clean and reasonably well kept, and was fine for a one stop 1 evening on our way out to Key West. Minor road noise as hotel sits right on Highway 1 and most rooms face the road, but not too bad. All/all, fine for one or 2 nights...

It was very nice place to stay close to the Keys, although the traffic was congested getting in and out to Keys, most likely everyone was staying in... hotels near Homestead or further up.. Hotel was in good condition, not excellent. Breakfast was good, but gets crowded because it was very small place and lots of folks come in around the same time. There was only 1 waffle maker and no pancake maker, thus causing a big queue everytime you went to make a waffle. They need to add couple of those extra over there. Other wise quality of breakfast was good. No disturbances or anything.. Lots of stray cats around the parking lots in the nights.. atleast better than chickens in the keys.. My stay at quality inn was very good. This hotel is better if you plan to go for everglades national forest and also if you feel staying at keys is very expensive, quality inn homestead is the best place to stay and its just few miles from keys.

I booked this inn just a few days before a weekend getaway to Key Largo. The prices of hotels in Key Largo was just too expensive. The pricing in this inn was just right. I got a two double-bed room on the first floor. The room was clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was okay, although the lighting was not so bright. There weren't […] a lot of channels in the TV, but then we didn't go there to watch television anyway. The place is 30 min away from Key Largo, but it is along US 1 so the directions were straightforward. One thing to note though is that if you type their address in Google Maps, it will give you a different location. I'm not sure if they're using an incorrect address, or if Google hasn't updated its maps. Read more

This place was pretty good in that Quality Inn way. Clean and comfortable. The staff was efficient and personable; very nice. The extremely popular complimentary breakfast included freshly cooked eggs, sausage patties and one of those make-your-own waffle set-ups. There was plenty of space in the eating area to sit and enjoy the meal. The only real […] complaint was that they shut it down at 9:30 sharp. That's a bit early, especially for those of us with stomach and sleep schedules still running on Mountain or Pacific time. The neighborhood is safe with easy access to shopping, groceries, gas, etc. It's about the last place before the Intercoastal Highway so, unless you want to pay the rates for a hotel on the Keys, this is the best way to go. Very surprised by this hotel. Nice staff and the room was very nice too. Clean and silent. Only the refrigerator made noise during the night, but we unplugged it. Location is best for going to the keys. Located next to the US 1, busy road. Food etc is close by. Breakfast was included, simple but OK.

We arrived towing a trailer that we needed to be able to drop in the parking lot for the duration of our stay; the staff accommodated us by getting us a room close to were we had already parked and had us check-in very quickly. The room was clean and had a nice updated HDTV. And yes, if you want to be picky about it, there were a few small problems […] with the age on some things, but the good definitely outweighed the bad. The staff were quick to get us any supplies that we needed. The continental breakfast had everything it should have had. The location was within walking distance of convenience stores and restaurants. There is a Best Buy and Walmart only a few blocks away; so just about anything you could need is nearby. Also, this is one of the last hotels just before Overseas Highway takes you out to the Florida Keys. We will come back to this hotel the next time we are in this area. Read more

made spot, same day booking via Expedia - the only web provider who offered them despite the highest season (North-East mid winter recess), hotel was clean, and pleasing with superb location for Everglades and Key West.

We stayed in a double none smoking room. The location was great because everything was close by, restaurants, fast food, even a Walmart. The breakfast was the highlight, (eggs, sausage, toast, make your own waffles). There were a lot of tourist there, I felt very safe. I only have 2 complaints, 1st, the beds were super small like twin size bed so if […] you are going to share it, re think it and just get your own room with a larger bed. Also, the price was way too much for the area. There were other hotels near by and for the quality of the hotel, it was just over priced. There was a big glob of hair on the bathroom floor upon check-in and the room had a very thick foot odor smell to it. I was happy to check out without bedbug bites, and the beds were somewhat comfortable. The breakfast was eggs and sausage with some yogurt and 3 cereals plus bananas. If you want a more filling breakfast, Denny's is across the street […] or Dunkin Donuts is right there. Distance to the track: 8 mins @ speed limits. I hated this hotel. It was not well maintained, dirty and ill managed. The staff were rude at best and provided very little customer service. The vending machines did not work...both of them and the staff just shrugged their shoulders. Sheets were soiled and not changed daily..bathroom was dark, dim and not vented. The corners of the bathroom were loaded […] with all kinds of dirtiness. Breakfast was minimal, cold, milk was warm and juice was so diluted it was like lightly colored water. I have stayed at other Quality Ins and was very pleased...this one should be abolished from the Earth. It is a disgrace to your name! Read more

Room has strong odor of mildew, could hardly sleep during the night. Wifi didn't work because "too many people have logged on". We picked this place because it is closer to key west. Would rather have driven back to Miami for the night. Breakfast was not bad.

This was a very clean hotel with reasonable rates. It is close to fast food, restaurants and there is even a Walgreens and a Starbucks nearby! Pool area is small, but gets good sun. Continental breakfast was very good.

What a nice surprise! I wasnt expecting it to be nice, but it was great. Only stayed one night on the way to Keys. Very clean, comfortable, large rooms with micro and fridge. Breakfast was excellent at this price point-- Eggs, sausage, and lots of bagels and pasteries.

Smells horrible and made us feel sick and headach. This was on the first floor. We tried to open the door and window to ventilate before going to bed, but it didn't help very much. The smell could come from the carpet, but all the sheets and towels smelled same maybe because no one stayed in that room for a long time. This perfectly located hotel if you have all Everglades, Miami Beach and Key West on your plan. Key West is 3 hours, Miami Beach is 45 mins and so is everglades if you enter from Miami side. The hotel was good with lots of parking. Subway, Taco Bell and gas pump is at walking distance and there are other restaurants as well.
