Not impressed at all. We moved three times before they found a room where everything worked. Carpets were disgusting. We only had one towel and asked for more but didn't receive any response. Would not recommend staying here at all.

I felt dirty at this hotel, I am used to "two" Star hotels, but this one was disappointing. The carpets in our room very very dirty. For the price, the "free breakfast" was bread slices and jam, oj and dry cereal. But the staff were nice.

The hotel management is very nice and professional here and the rooms are nice and clean for a short stay. However, the curtain was partially torn and don't go swimming in the pool unless it's really hot outside since the pool isn't heated. The carpets looked like they have not been stemmed clean in years, your feet get filthy dirty walking on them for a few minutes. The inside of the actual hotel room was nice, with a separate sink from the toilet and shower, which I like. We had two full size beds, a desk and a smaller table with two chairs, TV and microwave in the room. The room itself was spacious. However, the carpet was filthy with visible stains everywhere, and there was NO elevator at this particular Days […] Inn, which was a problem for us because we had a lot of luggage for our family vacation stay. The hotel is near a lot of restaurants which is nice: IHOP, Fridays, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, etc. Also, be aware that when you book this hotel online or via phone there is a $50 deposit which takes about a week or so to be refunded to your account. They didn't tell us this at the time of booking so beware of other hidden fees! The service of the front desk needed improvement; they were not very nice or clear about additional booking fees initially. Otherwise, the place served it's purpose as a place to crash when our flight was delayed. It would not be at the top of my list to stay at again. Read more

The rooms here are clean and the free breakfast is okay (just basics, cereals, juice, coffee and bread and english muffins). The rooms look renovated inside and the pool is also nice. I have stayed in several different hotels in the same area some were a lot more expensive and some were just a little cheaper. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised ! The staff at the Days Inn San Bernardino area were so friendly and kind they went out of there way to keep me happy I didn't have to ask for anything ! In the mornings the house keepers […] always greeted me by saying "GOOD MORNING " WOULD YOU LIKE YOUR ROOM CLEAN ? When I said no I'm ok they then asked "WOULD YOU LIKE SOME FRESH CLEAN TOWELS "? The rooms has a refrigerator and a microwave plus a coffee maker and several package of coffee and tea which makes it so nice ! In the mornings there's breakfast hot and cold cereal, danish,different types breads and several types of jams plus juice and milk! The area is super quiet! For the price you cant go wrong the staff treats you better than some of the staff at a 5 star hotel ! The room was pretty big and clean. My experience at Days Inn was extremely pleasant! When I do go back to San Bernardino the first hotel I would call for reservation will be at the Days Inn! Read more

This place needs upgrade, big time. The best thing about this room was the slider opening to the pool, but could not open. The microwave looks like a prototype from 1970. no fitted sheets, just a topsheet on mattress exposing its ugliness. Entirely overpriced for what i got.

This property is located near some office complexes in the San Bernardino / Loma Linda area. Quiet and set back from the freeway it's quiet. Fast food and casual dining restaurants within walking distance. Good staff. Only down side is no guest laundry. I may return

Made my reservation on-line, no problem. Showed up on the evening of the reservation and was confronted with a $50 sur-charge at the desk, that was never disclosed. Met a friend who also stayed at this Days Inn and I asked him if he was charged the additonal $50. he said no. The following moring we both went to check out and I asked the manager about […] the $50 sur-charge. He said it was "policy". Then why didn't you charge him the $50? The hotel is overpriced. The standard does not match with the price. Good only for emergency needs. I came in with a clean nose left with stuffy one. My other guests complained of same. The carpet was not that clean. Grains of human hair was underneath the bed sheet and on pillows. Thank God we stay for only one night as we moved to another location […] next morning. The hotel is older so the rooms definitely need some maintenance. The bathroom did not seem very clean and the shower head was really really low. If you need a cheap place to stay and don't plan on being in the room much it'll do.

I found this location to be in serious need of rehab. The parking lot was toast, the sheetrock around the shower was bubbled from year of moisture, the shower curtain was barely hanging on to the vertical. I was frankly shocked at the condition, as I've always been confident in Days Inn locations.

Overall this hotel was great. It had friendly staff, a fridge, microwave, and TV. The beds were clean and the bathroom was spotless. It was very quit and we didn't hear any noise form our neighbors even though we had seen them and knew they were there. OVERALL GREAT HOTEL!

For the price I paid for a night I figured the hotel could of been a bit better. The bed wasn't anything special. The carpet had a couple of stains on it. The bathroom shower was discusting There was black streaks in the tub. The paint was peeling. The microwave was out dated. There was bars on the window.

Not a very good experience in our travel. Hotel staff very very cooperative but hotel condition was beyond their ability to make thi a pleasant experience. The room while comfortable was not very clean in appearance. The carpeting was soiled and stained, bath room walls very crudely finished and the paint job was very bad.
