Beds were twin bed. I normally room have queen. I don't believe is saw the description of the beds.

The halls looked like they had not been vacuumed in weeks. My room looked like it had not been vacuumed either. Kind of Ghetto. The front looks nice with all the trees and garden but the rooms in the back are over looked and not taken care of. Stay at the Hampton Inn next door, much nicer.

It was horrable to say the least...we booked two nights n decided to stay another but we got turned down because some oneelse had reserved our room..so wr decided to get a smaller room but they wanted to charge us the same price..they are rude ,they could not provide us with a mivrowave for our small childrens foods...ssid they woilf bring usone ...never […] happend...they are rsceist...they looked at us and spoke to eachother in hindoo language..but it wss obviouse they wer talking about us...we could almost feel the negativity...sad to say just bcuz my husband has tattoos doesnt mean hotel ersonel should treat us any different. Besides all the undocumented non english speaking .under the table ,cheap laborers they hav cleaning the place...i would honestly give them a 0 on a scale...i wouldnt recomend that low budget ,rundown,place to any one of my enemies..i could understa.d if we did something wrong but to get treated like we wer not welcome ther anymore really gotto me. Check in was delayed, the pool is not heated, the beds are hard as cement, the 2 homeless guys walking around the hotel, loud freeway noise, can hear the guy in the next room flush the toilet....Well let's just say no thank you! We enjoyed the small patio off our room. Although there was traffic it was nice to sit outside, however there was no protection from the sun. any type of shade would have been helpful. The hotel could use a lot of updates and breakfast was pretty skimpy. The bed was comfortable and the staff pleasant.

This hotel was by far better than most 3 star hotels I have stayed at. The hotel was beautiful, inside and out. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service was great. Simple overnight stay. If you need to find some place to go to sleep and its cheap, this is the place. Close to freeway. Free waffles were nice, but nothing special. Lobby had unusual odor when you walked in to register, not a good welcome for a weary traveler.

Could not sleep, literally yards from the freeway View of the freeway and although the window was double paned the sound of big rigs, motorcycles and cars at all hours made it impossible to sleep. On the upside, the free Breakfast was delicious.

Was a nice stay and the rooms were nice and clean. I thought the neighborhood was okay. The only thing I have to complain about is their towels were really small, but was able to call for more towels and when they came they were bigger.

Generally, we were very satisfied. Love the waffle breakfasts! The internet did not work in our wing, though. The nice desk agent said he would reset the modems. Next day, there was still no service in that wing. The morning desk agent seemed less than concerned. Aside from that, our room was clean and well-cared for.

When this was booked through Hotels.com, I was told by agent that I could have a late check out on the day of departure. This was included in the notes of the reservation and she called and confirmed with the hotel beforehand. No frills, no thrills...Very basic room. The bed was firm and pillows extremely small. Comforter on bed was thin. TV didn't work, so I had to switch rooms. Continental breakfast consisted of 6 items. The motel is very old. The only modern accommodation was the flat screen tv.

Second ice machine out of order. A lot of noice of doors slamming through the night. I ask for more coffe at front lobby around 7pm she said no more. Very bad costumer service.
