The hotel is staff is friendly, room is clean. The only complain is the A/C make a very loud noise every time it turn on. The loud noise of the compressor is really get in your nerve.

This is a good place for single biz traveler. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to freeway. Clean and simple. The only 2 issues were the drip from the air-con in the room. The dripping didn't occur until the last night before my departure. It was too late to switch rooms so I just used a bucket to hold the water. The hotel is going through renovations and I didn't appreciate being place in a room right next to where they were repainting. We could smell the paint fumes. It was also noisy during the day when we tried to put our 3yr old down for a nap. Being a weekend, generally when most people rent rooms, you would think they kept the renovation could have been […] scheduled during the week and not rent rooms in the immediate area or at least give us option to move. The carpets also smelled of old age, guess that's why they were upgrading. The buffet at least was decent. If you rent hear make sure to ask to be placed away from renovation areas or wait until 2014 when it will be done. That's how long I'm waiting before trying this place again. Read more

We really like this hotel. This is our second time staying here. It is close to most attractions in LA, and there are a lot of things to see in Pasadena. There is a shopping mall just cross the street, and my kinds had a lot of fun playing in their indoor playground. Elevator is quite slow; business center in a strange location on 3rd floor; ice machine not readily visible and no signs; nice pool and comfortable room; shopping mall across the street but otherwise nothing else.

The hotel is close/next to the freeway (FWY 60), with a mall across the street. The parking lot near the lobby is cramped--due to construction--but 100 yd away is a large lot with plenty of spaces. The hotel even operate a shuttle (golf cart) between the lot and the lobby (see sign in lot for phone # to call). Room was a bit outdated. Once we got in the room. The remote was not working but was quickly replaced. Once you step out of the room the hallway smells like you are in Las Vegas.

Coneniently located, comfortable, and spacious! It was an overall good experience except for some dirty cups and an unpleasant bug that grossed me out. Sometimes they come in people's luggage or outside boxes, etc. But it still got to me. My stay was perfect for just meeting up with friends. The beds were great and rooms came with a microwave and refrigerator which I never think I would need but I definitely used this time. someone booked the conference room on the 1st floor as their christmas party and their stereo is so loud that I could feel the floor is shaking even though I stay at the 3rd floor. contacted front desk but they did nothing about it. it stopped at mid-night when the party is over. However, everything else is ok. Staffs were friendly and security guard […] patrols the parking lot very frequently which gave me a peace of mind. It was good, the staff took care of our needs as we had a u-haul trailer, so all in all it was good. The microwave oven for breakfast didn't work though, I forgot to tell front desk that.

We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and convenient this hotel turned out to be. Had a late dinner in the hotel restaurant - it was awesome. The food was very good. Loved the fresh warm cookies upon check-in. We had a nice stay. Would stay there again.

The hotel staff wasn't very friendly. We tried to use the hot tub but the water was cold. We asked the front desk if we could get someone to turn up the heat and someone showed up 15 minutes later and didn't fix anything just stood there looking at the mechanical parts. Then when we went into the hotel, there was a leak from the ceiling onto the tile […] floor. I called the front desk to notify them of the danger and the lady just seemed to not really care that I was trying to avoid a lawsuit for them. The room was nice and clean, the bathroom well stocked and clean as well. There is construction going on right now (august 2012) so the parking is fairly far from the hotel. The Montebello mall is across the street which is very convenient, it is next to the freeway so getting around is very easy
