Days Inn Flagstaff I-40 - Flagstaff

Well worth the $59 I paid, as simple as that. Nice, clean and close enough to drop your stuff off in the afternoon and still make it in time for the sunset on the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. I don't know about a long stay but a great place to spend your night before a hike.

The Location of the hotel is really good since it is in the I-40 and I-17 mixmaster. The Staff was not that good just because either there were not motivated, hence the service suffers. The breakfast was horrible, not bread, staff would not replenish when bread was over, people had to eat whatever was there

Our first room had a nonfunctional phone and a nasty bathroom mirror with staining from behind the glass. Looked horrible. Had to convince the management to fix phone or change our room. Finally changed our room and it was better. Hallways are dreary, rooms are ok. Good if you need a cheap place to sleep, but not a romantic or family getaway.

We got this hotel booked for 1 day and 2 rooms. We got the deadly cheap rate and booked through hotels.com. But, one of the room provided to us does not have the ventilation in the bath room. We understand it is newly renovated but would not encourage to rent to customers until it is finished completely.

The IHOP right next door is very convenient. The staff was polite & courteous. The hotel was clean, and very quiet at night. It was comfortable. No complaints at all.

This used to be a very nice hotel, but has really changed. Plugs did not work in the room, poor lighting, and iron did not work. Stayed 5 days and each day there was a long black hair in my sink and the area around.

Location not bad. Walls between the rooms do need to be reinsulated, was able to hear the neighbors arguing about half the night. Breakfast was OK. Parking lot could use some improvement. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Electrical sockets were worn slap out! Nothing would stay in receptacles. My parents were in next room and had the same problem. Wifi would not work. Lady at front desk didn't seem to care. Breakfast was not stocked. Out of almost everything and we were there early. Would not go again.

The hotel is conveniently located next the interstate making it ideal for a one night layover when traveling through. The breakfast left something to be desired having basically just cereal and a waffle iron. Overall the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel's late night attendant could use a "Customer Service" class. He was abrupt and not very helpful to out of town guests who arrived late from a long road trip.

we checked in late in the evening. After we got all of our things into room, my wife went into the bathroom to wash her feet. She reached up and grabbed a washcloth to use and there was a wet,dirty washcloth hanging on the towel rack that wasnt cleaned up from previous tenants. The very thin walls were a problem, since another guest was very noisy late at night. After waiting for them to settle down to no avail, we had to call the front desk for help. They did so, and it helped.

Made this reservation late in the evening on line, and when got to the hotel, was told this was the last room, the heater was not working but there was a space heater in the room. At midnight, not much choice but to take the room. The space heater was very old, very noisy and was not efficient. The room was either cold or hot, so we took the cold. There […] were no extra blankets in the room and at 2:30 AM didn't want to call the front desk and have to open the door to staff. The towel rack in the room was ready to fall off the wall. The room was clean, plenty of hot water in the AM. When I complained to the front desk in the AM, she agreed the room should not have been rented, and that she would tell the manager, and have him call me. Two days later and still no call from the manager for any kind of credit on the accomodations. Read more

Rooms were clean and comfortable with little to no surrounding noise. The beds were nice and room was clean. The location was good. While there are few amenities-no pool or hot tub, the room was nice and a great value.

The best was extremely hard and the pillows way too soft, It was very scarry staying there as people off the street it seemed came in and hung around, The breakfast was just cereal, Waffles and juice, It was nasty. The room was clean but to take a shower it took 5 minutes to get the water hot.
