"Small room and noisy at night"
Paid £250 a night for superior room which was small so got upgraded to King Superior which was better but we were on first floor and overlooked the service road so heard the bins being emptied, staff talking when out for a smoke and below kitchen. Location great but breakfast ws £23 a head so we went to Garfunkels just outside front door for £5.95 all […] in Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
This hotel is well located, in a central location, and the service is always impeccable. I was upgraded to a suite (i always enjoy this!!!) and the room was perfect. The only little bug is that the soap is really not the best. I dont like the smell and the shampoo is also not the best. But overall a small inconvenience. Hotel bar is fine, so is the […] breakfast. As for restaurants, you are really in the best spot in London, and close to the Harp, the best place for a great beer. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
In Leicester Square close to transport. Our room overlooked a side street and we had no noise from all the action out front. Close to many restaurants.Genuine Expedia guest review
We stayed for one night and were very impressed! The hotel boasts a great location and the staff were fantastic, not only to us, but to our children (aged 5 & 7) too. We were met with friendly politeness that was echoed by every member of staff. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was a great family room too as their were 2 camp beds and […] a king size with plenty of room to move around. Would definitely stay here again! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Perfect location. Great ambiance."
Arrived just after 3pm but room wasn't ready. Fortunately we were not in a rush so were happy to sit in the bar and wait for them to prepare the room. As a result we were offered complimentary drinks and an upgrade to include breakfast for our stay. The reception staff were very helpful and acted quickly to rectify the situation. The hotel has a lovely […] feel to it, very calming and relaxing. Our deluxe room was spacious, clean and modern. Would have expected more TV channels/films for a 5* hotel but this was not why we came here so was not a deal breaker. Location couldn't be better for easy access to restaurants, theatre and the tube. Would definitely stay again. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great location or theatre break."
Got upgraded to suite, lovely room breakfast a bit pricey for buffet quality food. Staff very friendly and helpfull. Switch for bedroom lights to far away from bed or my arms must be too short to reach to switch off as I had to get out of bed to switch them off. Complimentry bottled water in roomGenuine Expedia guest review
"Good location, needs renovation"
Great location but badly needs renovation. Refused first room as bed sank down in the middle. Rooms badly need some drawers as lack of storage. Floor in room creaked so badly, had to climb out of end of bed to save waking partner. On the good side, hotel is very well located and staff were friendly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Central classy hotel required for a 4 day London b"
The staff were exceptional, very attentive, very friendly and were really good at making us feel wanted and important to them. The bar staff were superb and we spent part of every evening enjoying a drink or two and chats with them, although when we wanted to be left alone to chat ourselves they were very discreet.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Room is extremely small for the price"
Hotel service was good. Room was extremely small for the priceGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Although this hotel is a bit pricey (I am a student), I've stayed at many 3, 4 & 5 star hotels(with parents) and I can say without hesitation that I am in love with this hotel. The location was perfect seeing that it is surrounded with restaurants, shopping and entertainment alike, there was no need to leave the area. The restaurant's food was superb […] and had quite amazing prices for the steak dinners we had. The staff were heavenly, they met me before I walked through the hotel door and it was a super easy 5 minute check-in, assuming it was even that long. The helpers/cleaning staff were very kind and did an amazing job when cleaning the room and offering turn down services throughout the day. Although I had booked a superior room, it came with robes, slippers and a bottle of complimentary water daily. Overall the staff of this hotel were friendly and always had a smile on their face and the atmosphere and comfort of the room and bathroom was lovely. I also didn't experience any racism which was a plus in my books. I will stay here again soon and I would recommend it to anyone. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

We were not impressed at all for the money that we paid. The rooms were very small and the bed was tiny. My 6 foot 3 husband and I had a very poor nights sleep.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Couldn't have chosen a better hotel!"
Wonderful hotel! Very attentive staff and a very comfortable room. And the location couldn't be better. Staying in the heart of Leicester Square has so many advantages for a visitor, not the least of which is wandering outside to soak up the atmosphere after dark. There is some noise from the square, but it never bothered me in the slightest. If/when […] I visit London again, this will be the place. I stayed for two weeks, and the hotel made my trip even more of a pleasure. Top marks all around. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
I stay at lots of hotels and rarely fill in feedback surveys but our stay at radisson blue was so good I felt it required others to know. The location is perfect, we looked over Leicester square. The rooms, we had a suite, were huge with everything you might require there . The staff couldn't have done anymore to make our stay pleasant and have all […] clearly been extremely well trained from front desk right through to the lady who serves coffee for breakfast. If I was to stay in London again I wouldn't even look elsewhere. Superb!! I hope other radisson blu sites are as good , after this experience we will be sure to try them out. Family vacation with wife, two adult children and two 14 year olds. We had well appointed and spacious connecting rooms overlooking Leicester square. Great location with easy access to Picadilly and Leicester square underground subway stops, Trafalgar square, Theater district. "Stunning centre for enjoying central London"
Extrordinarily good location within easy walking distance of a ridiculously wide range of highest quality touristic/entertainment/cultural locales. Excellent facilities too, if you can tear yourself away from the city attractions for long enough to enjoy them.Genuine Expedia guest review

Stayed here for one night with my boyfriend, absolutly great location perfect for everything you want to do in London. Right in the center of everything! The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout the hotel. The room we had was a standard double, quite small but clean and very nice. "Not the quality or standards we expected"
We rang a week before arriving to confirm the booking to request a early arrival and seperate shower room due to my disabilities. This was arranged. we arrived later than expected around 4pm because of major train disruptions But on arrival were told we would have to wait for our rooms another hour Unless we accepted their studio rooms. Due to my disability […] we opted for the room they had allocated us. the mattress was a very cheap quality, with not much spring Put On top of a made, hard board bed. It was very uncomfortable to even sit on. The shower was over a bath so no good for my needs either. We had to request another room. We were shown two more rooms, first shower as before, Although the bed was better quality, the second room had a separate shower and on sitting on the mattress thought ok so we opted for this room. Unfortunately we had to pay another £120. The bed was very uncomfortable as the springs on both sides Had gone, caused bad back ache. in total we paid £790 for three nights our experience was very disappointing. And spoilt my holiday The quality of this hotels living quarters are not to the star rating they advertise. we are not complaining people we just expect Standards and service to be as advertised. "TV not working - staff not bothered"
The wonderful Bang & Olufsen TV in our room did not work. After following telephone instructions the TV was still not responding and the concierge kindly said he would send up a member of staff to take a look. The staff member did not appear and the TV remained dysfunctional. At checkout there was no offer of compensation. Very disappointed.Genuine Expedia guest review
The room was not clean and was certainly not hoovered whilst we were there. The window cill was full of dust and the bathroom mirrors and the vertical surfaces around the vanity basin were dirty. The room is in urgent need of decoration.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Overnight stay before event QE2 conference center"
The hotel is well located on Leicester sq, just a short walk from the tube. It was clean and presentable, and the staff are friendly and efficient. The business class room i stayed in was a little on the small side and the lighting could have been better. But overall I was happy with my stay.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Location, location, location"
Amazing location, friendly staff and well maintained room. We stayed over New Year's Eve and were surprised at the lack of noise - hardly anything considering we were on the first floor and right on Leicester Square. You pay mainly for location - the rooms are comfortable but a little smaller and more dated than you might expect for the price - but […] it's well worth it. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Nice hotel for a luxury break."
Very convenient location in Leicester Square although difficult for taxi access because it's pedestrianised. The room was very comfortable, well appointed and nicely decorated but I found the lighting rather gloomy and the safety deposit box was located on a high unlit shelf in the wardrobe which wasn't accessible and I couldn't see the instructions […] well enough to be able to use it. I appreciate hotels are using low energy lighting now but it would be nice to have an option of brighter light for folk with less visual acuity. The WiFi signal in my room was too poor to use and the hotel failed to solve this. It wasn't too much of an issue for me but may have been for a business traveller. Although I was in a non-smoking room, the bathroom smelled of smoke and was unpleasant. It may have been coming through an air vent from the floor above but I found a cellophane wrapper on the dressing table that had not been cleaned away prior to my arrival and it looked suspiciously cigarette packet-shaped and I did wonder if a previous occupant had smoked in the bathroom. I didn't like the black plastic slatted "bath mat" provided in the bathroom; I would have preferred a clean towel-type mat that other feet hadn't been on. The lobby and restaurant staff couldn't have been more helpful and it was great to see soya milk provided at breakfast without having to ask for it. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Great location! Soundproof was great. Not so great shower, not so comfortable bed, too hot took days to get AC on. But can't beat price/location!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect location, Great staff."
Undoubtedly the best location for a city break. The area is perfect for walking around and getting a real feel for the city. With Covent gardens and Regent street just around the corner, not to mention soho on ones doorstep, it couldnt have been better for us. Lovely cafes for breakfast abound and restaurants for every taste and budget. We had booked […] one double and one twin room. Unfortunately they had no twins left so they upgraded one of our rooms to a large double king and offered to put in another bed. This worked perfectly. The double room was a bit small, but the other was great. The thing we really liked was the uncomplicated and unfussy way in which they tried to make our stay better. No problem with late check out and free wifi of a good quality all over the hotel. Also easy access to the business centre for printing. Both our rooms were at the back and not at all noisy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Fantastic friendly staff, great hotel and location. The upside of being in Leicester Sq. is your so close to everything, you can sit outside in the bar area and people watch. Also very close to all the theatres. On the downside the neighbouring bars are very noisy and appear to be open till 4am. Our room was at the front of the hotel and whilst it had […] double double glazing, it was still hard to sleep. This is not the hotels fault and I would stay again, but would ask for a room at the rear of the property. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Despite having written confirmation that my friend and I would have a twin room - in itself something that seemed to pose the hotel a great problem - on arrival we had been allocated a double. When I refused this we were told all that was available was a twin in the smoking section. We accepted this through necessity but the whole floor smelt of smoke […] and was most unpleasant. The TV in our room was in a cabinet on the left hand wall to the beds - meaning you had to look sideways the whole time to see the screen, a very basic lack of consideration. Our bin didn't get emptied and the splashback to the bathroom basin was crusted with limescale. The room felt generally shabby and was not what I would expect from a hotel claiming a 5 star rating and is not in line with my previous experiences of Radisson hotels. The only good thing about the hotel was the location, but frankly I feel the nearby Premier Inn would have offered a fresher environment and better value for money. "Expensive but not 100%"
I stayed overnight and had ordered a newspaper for the next morning. No paper turned up and I was charged £2.49 for a 90p paper. I did not realise I had not received this paper until I left the hotel. Not 100% customer service.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Stylish hotel in ideal location."
Ideal location for a stay in London, right in the heart of things for west end theatres. Within walking distance of Covent Garden, Soho, shopping and tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants, pubs and bars etc all around. Only drawback hotel restaurant very expensive for breakfast even by London standards, but lots of less expensive options nearby. […] This is a pity, as hotel lunch and dinner prices not too bad. would have liked to have had hotel restaurant breakfast but could not justify £23 per person for a breakfast, as menu although ok, was nothing out of the ordinary. Would think only guests with "money no option" situation or claiming back on some sort of business trip expenses would disagree. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Not to be repeated."
I have never had such a small room in a 5* hotel. I sleep on the right hand side of the bed and had to sidle up the side of the bed between the bed and the table and chairs, no bedside table on that side, no room. A full length mirror you could not see yourself in as the table and chairs were in the way. I could only open one side of the wardrobe doors […] as the other hit the suitcase rack. There was supposed to be a hair dryer but I assume it was in the drawer with the broken off, missing handle, so 5*!!!!! Just as well it was only one night and I arrived quite late. It was very obvious from staff responses that I was not the first person to comment on the size of the room but they still seemed surprised I had actually raised it and even more so when I said I would never book into a Radisson hotel again. I am sure they are not all like that but first impressions do count. Breakfast was excellent, very attentive staff in a very attractive dining room although they did try to tell me I had not paid for breakfast in advance. That was quickly sorted out. "Radisson Edwardian Hampshire"
May well be a Five Star Hotel however be aware that the "Standard Room" you ask for could end up being not much bigger than a broom cupboard! My wife and I spent 4 nights having to negotiate and agree when and where we would move in the room as the end of the bed was literally 1ft away from the wall. Another criticism was that there was very little […] drawer space in the room, especially as we were there for an extended weekend break. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Brilliant location for London's West End"
A stunning hotel - service was outstanding from the beginning. Nothing was too much for the staff - very helpful and friendly. We had a suite overlooking leicester square itself - made us really appreciate how central we were, but with no noise or disturbance from the square at any point. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but the 'nespresso' coffee machine […] in the room certainly set a high standard for the food and drink. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
