Do not book this hotel. The hotel staff was most unhelpful. Our air conditioning was not up to par. We requested a new room because of bugs and a very dirty bath tub. We were told the hotel was booked and we would have to deal with the problems. I have never had a bad hotel experience until now.

The whole property needs renovations to bring up to date. No A/C in rooms and was a warm day. Bathrooms disgusting. Thank goodness it was just a one night stay.

Some Super 8s have microwave and frig. This one did not. But for the price, Super 8 seems to be best. Since June, we've stayed in 5 different Super 8 for a total of 14 days. Do they have rewards?

Was not in Nashville as requested. The tub was falling apart. Jets didn't work, mold around some tiles and jet access panel. No blanket. just sheets and a cover. Has to request a blanket. Towels were rough. It felt like drying with sand paper. It was in behind some other buildings and was darl and sketchy. Will never stay here again

For $50/night what can you really expect. Shower did not drain well. After 2 minutes of a shower there was 4" of standing water in the tub. No fridge in room. Was fairly clean if you didn't go looking for the dirt. So for $50 you get a bed and a shower that turns I to a bath for you. There are plenty of other $50/night hotels in the area. I'd press my luck on a different one nexr.

Very poor house keeping. We were there 4 nights had the room cleaned once. continental breakfast was frozen muffins you needed to put in the microwave to heat. Was close to all attractions within 20 minutes.

This hotel did the trick for allowing us to be in downtown nashville in a short amount of time about 14 minutes. The hotel service was nice and friendly no problems at all. Check in and out was easy. The room was a lot nicer and cleaner than I was expecting. Pools were clean and breakfast wasn't bad. The hotel was in a semi populated area. The neighborhood seemed nice there were local and chain places to eat. Get the ribs at papa turneys - to die for! Good experience overall !

Not happy with hotel-room condition. Everything was OK except my non-smoking room had both bed-sheets had holes and they burnt due to cigaret use. This as absolutely unprofessional and beyond tolerable attitude !!!

I'm never staying at another Super 8 again! I've had better service for the same money at other chains. Many of the chairs by the pool had broken or cracked supports. All chairs and tables were weathered and dirty. Indoor portion of the pool was not heated. Cigarette butts were lying in the main walkway of the floor I was staying on. The bathtub liner was torn, peeling and dirty. Limited breakfast buffet was not monitored by staff and items were not restocked once gone. Cups for coffee and juice were out of stock so I had to search through cabinets to find where the supply was located and restocked it myself so other customers could have one. Microwave was dated and needed to be replaced. Many customers were having trouble getting it to heat for more than a couple of seconds at a time. Bed contained comforter, thick cover and thin cover. Thin cover had large brown stain. Thick cover had cigarette hole and burn mark that looked like a matted, black, dead bug. Had to request additional set of towels each day due to only being given 3 for a room that supported 4 people. When checking out I had to wait over 5 minutes because no one was available. Manager was not very friendly.

Title pretty well sums up my experience. There were burned holes in both comforters. The bathroom light and fan quit working within an hour of us getting there and was told there was nothing they could do until the morning. Disgusting. Floor was nasty. Hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Sink was dirty.

Motel was very clean inside. The corridors were cement & not so clean looking. I gave the neighborhood a 5 but I am concerned since you have to use your key to get to the breakfast area. It was the first time that I had to do that. The breakfast staff hadn't refilled some of the items and when he did refill the gravy it was cold so it had to be put in the microwave. I like gravy but this needed fine tuning.

This hotel could be a great business traveler or family place....but it is not (in my opinion). We stayed on the third floor and that was not really an issue, except that the ice machine on our floor was broken when we arrived (Tue) and still broken when we left (Sun). The breakfast was an absolute joke, so plan extra budget if you stay so you can go find something to eat....There was hardly anything available to eat daily. There was a refrigerator for yogurt that stayed empty our entire visit (they said they were "waiting on the truck"). Evidently the truck was lost in the Bermuda Triangle ALL WEEK. There were a couple of apples daily, but no fruit, insufficient amounts of all other food to accommodate all the guests who were staying as well. Our room was in very poor repair (popcorn ceiling falling off above the bed, water running from behind the tub onto the bathroom floor, A/C temperature control just spun around and around, mold and mildew above the ceiling of the shower, filthy tile grout and a musty/mildew odor in the room. The common areas of the hotel are filthy and it looks like the walkways and other common areas have never been cleaned since the place opened. There are plenty of other options in Nashville...I suggest finding one of those. I would never stay here again.

AC wasn't working when first entered room. Maintenance man wouldn't respond to call. I had to go downstairs and stand in the lobby for someone to come up. The office lady flipped the breaker and it worked. When reserving the room. I checked non smoking but somehow got a smoking, so the smell was horrible. At 3a, the AC went out. Called downstairs to tell the man to flip the breaker and that it worked when the lady did it. He kept saying the maintenance man wasn't there at that time of the morning. He didn't seem to want to do it and on top of that was very rude and nonchalant. It wasn't until my husband went downstairs (I think he scared the poor man by looks alone) until he went to flip the breaker. By that time, whether it worked or not, we were moving to another room. So, we had to move a child and luggage that early in the morning to get some comfort. My expectations weren't high considering where we booked the hotel, but AC in the summer is an absolute must. And it doesn't kill someone to be nice. Never again will we go there.

The room was pretty clean but the phone wasn't working, I didnt know sheets on a bed could be that thin, there was hardly any towels, and there was only one bottle of shampoo. For breakfast they basically threw a piece of bread at you. I'll never go to a Super 8 again.

The sheets were clean and the floor had been vacuumed, however, over the sink in the bathroom area, there was black mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom, there was black mold on the wall and the ceiling. Also, the cable didn't work in our room.. they said the only fix was to move to another room..

We stopped here for a quick overnight stay on the way to visit family with our kids. Though the entry street was a bit hard to find (it was situated in such a way so as to appear to be the entry to the neighboring Waffle House), the hotel itself was convenient to several dining establishments, convenience stores, gas stations and even a CVS or Walgreens. The beds were comfy, there was no noise in the area to speak of, and there was plenty of room for our luggage, so we were happy there, too. Perhaps the best part of our experience was the continental breakfast. The waffle batter helped us to enjoy fresh, delicious waffles, and the serve-yourself biscuits and gravy were a tasty and authentic Southern treat. There were enough juice and other food selections to keep even the pickiest of our little eaters happy and full, which was nice for us going back into the car for the day. If I'm ever in Nashville with the family again, we'll definitely stay here.

The hotel was relatively clean the only issue I really had was the fact the air did not run that great but other then that I would recommend them have refrigerators in their hotel rooms because I would prefer to bring my own drinks instead of getting drinks out of the coke machine there, esp for the fact I have a 4 yr old who does not drink sodas.
