My husband and I stayed a Vero Beach for 3 days and we were very pleased with the hotel. Service was extremely friendly and efficient. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The pool area was well staffed. Ate lunch daily at the pool and found the food to be both delicious and reasonably priced. Hotel itself was just as i rated above, but who shall I blame for not fulfilling my request for ocean side room. I was very clear with over the phone assisting staff that I would like an ocean vew room, otherwise i will search for another hotel. Upon arrival I was informed that only city side rooms are available. Too late to regroup, not fair to the […] customer. Kimpton's Vero Beach Hotel and Spa was absolutely great. I just wish me and my girlfriend had more time to spend there. The room was the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in with it's marble floors and balcony overlooking the ocean as well as the pool area. The only two things that I wasn't 100% satisfied with the restaurants at the hotel were kinda […] pricey, but for a 4-star hotel I guess it's normal. Also they have valet parking at the front of the hotel and it's not optional. There is a separate charge for parking with each night you stay. Not to mention it's a minor inconvenience considering you won't be the only one staying at the hotel, so be prepared for a short line. But all in all the hotel was absolutely great I would highly recommend staying at this beachfront masterpiece of a hotel. Read more

I was disappointed in this property, given its luxury-level rates. Our "Premiere" room was small and oddly-configured, without any comfortable sitting area. The carpeting was stained. The small balcony over-looked the parking lot (euphemistically called the "arrival area" on the web-site); the hotel is squeezed into a relatively small ocean frontage […] so most rooms have no desireable views. No coffee service in the rooms and the lobby service ends at 9:00 on weekdays, which would be fine in a business hotel but not at a vacation resort on the beach. Had to go begging in the hallway for a second bar of soap. The jacuzzi jets weren't working or had been turned off. On the bright side, the staff was great, the beach is beautiful, the fitness center is respectable if not great, and the building is lovely and well-maintained. I'm happy to pay for quality but I resent being gouged; I'll look for someplace else next year. Read more

We went here for a 1 night getaway for our wedding anniversary. Everything was amazing including the tub that seperated our room to bathroom. It was a very romantic room and hotel. Dinner was also just as good at Cobalt. We then sat outside by the fires on the patio. We will be returning for future night there!

Wonderful lovely boutique hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Only one slight problem- food proportions at breakfast could have been larger. Ex: one slice of toast with omlet, tiny bowl of fruit, but sitting out by the ocean first thing in morning on the beautiful terrace made up for it.

This is a very nice hotel. It is an older building but completely modernized and very well decorated. Great location. Nice fire pit. Restaurant and bar are very lively. Only real issue is that you have to valet your car immediately upon arrival.

For whatever reason you might stay in Vero Beach, it's a wonderful hotel all around. Bar/snack food outside is great - the "inside" restaurant Cobolt is beautiful and food outstanding. We had a great time! We took a half day fishing charter with Captain T. Freds Fishing Charters (772-473-2156) and cought lots of fish and my wife won a certificate for the Indian River Slam, which means she caught a Trout, Snook and Redfish on the same outing! Capt. Tom was very experienced and a lot of fun! Also while all of the folks at the hotel […] were great, one guy stood out, Carlton who was extremley helpfull in getting our room upgraded! I would not recomend the Riverside Cafe because they refused to cook our catch unless the charter was booked thru the tackle shop next door, which is not common place in Florida. Read more

Valet greeting was so friendly. Staff always used your name when possible. I felt at home the minute I arrived. We spent time poolside with exceptional service then an afternoon at the White Orchid Spa which is located in the hotel. Again, everyone was so friendly and accomodating.

Right on the beach, the staff bent over backwards to make our visit special including a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Nice place although I wish the oceanfront view was wider (our balcony was tucked between 2 protruding walls of the north and south buildings. They compted the valet and a couple drinks for our inconvenience. We will be returning to this hotel in the future (now that we know the layout).

We had a great stay at the Vero Beach Resort and Spa. We loved the suite, the pool, the beach was spectacular, fire pit at night time was great as well. At pool side they always had towels for you. At the beach the staff was always coming out to the beach area to check on you to see if you needed drinks etc. You have to pay for valet parking each day […] but it didn't bother us, the convenience was worth it. The staff was excellent with their helpfulness and their great smiles. They were very approachable. I would also like to make a comment about the Expedia person that helped us.
