Perfect accommodations. Beautiful, clean, comfortable suite with a gorgeous view in the perfect location for us. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel. Only slight negative was having to pay for parking but we knew that going in.

Things to consider- parking is $10 Per car Per day and internet is Also $10- way over priced. everything else was nice, but I needed parking and internet too

The curtains look like someone had thrown up on them and the bathroom has no fan and no windows. The customer service was great!. It cost $20 a day to park which I think is outrageous; maybe $10 but $20 is crazy. That would be my reason for not staying again

Comfort is key at Doubletree! Microwave and refrigerator contribute to economy if needed. Staff were outstanding in their professionalism and helpfulness. Price for Internet is the only negative to our stay.

i was very supised with the pice we paid for such a big hotel suite. we had a bridal shower of 25 people and there was still enough room for more. great location to enjoy night clubs and downtown.A cab cost us only $3.00 to get a ride to the bars even though its walking distance.

I always stay at this hotel when visiting our Columbus office. The staff is overwhelmingly friendly. They even let me "steal" a cold bottled water out of their little store. Cookies are great. The only thing that bothered me a bit this trip was a very musty/moldy smell in the bathroom. I think it was the shower curtain. Everything is always very clean and it's very comfortable. Home away from home.

The room was absolutely beautiful, enough room for 4 people, actually. I loved the fact that there was cable television including HBO and other family-oriented channels. It's a great place to stay if you're traveling on business - microwave, refrigerator, coffee-maker with great coffee and tea bags. The warm chocolate chip cookie was great.

The hotel services are lacking at best. The lobby is located on the 6th Floor and in a major metro area. That being said, there was no valet service. Your options were to park around the corner or down the street, quite inconvenient to say the least. Our key cards didn't work every time we left our room. The bathroom smelled funky. A new shower curtain would probably remedy the problem. The hotel is in need of some updating, including the bathrooms. Not terrible but not top notch either.

We had 2 rooms for 3 nights each and both had a clogged tub for the entire stay. The tubs were never cleaned and the counters never wiped down. The beds were made daily and that's it as far as cleaning service goes. The elevators rarely worked, don't be in a hurry to get anywhere. The overpriced breakfast buffet was barely edible. By no means am I picky travelor, I would have preferred a half-way decent Motel 6 to this place. The rooms were outrageously overpriced because there was a big event in town, and don't forget to add parking to the price. It was nice to be able to walk downtown. I will be back to Columbus, but never back to the Doubletree.

The only problem with the maintenance is the slowness of the water draining from the tub during a shower. I'm sure no one wants to shower with water up to their ankles. All in all it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating.

I would not stay at this hotel. I found hair all in my bed. Sugar all over the kitchen area. The room was just dirty. The lights kept going off and on in the bathroom. I didn't want to sleep there and will not return.

This hotel's policy is to charge an additional $50 from your account if using a debit card. The funds are put back into your account after a week but you are not notified of this at check in. Also when I called to question the charge I got a very terse "You used a debit card, the funds will be put back in 5-7 days" followed by a click. Not even the courtesy of a "thank you" or even "goodbye"

The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Convenient location in downtown and easy to get around. However, it's a little expensive for what I got. Room service was very expensive. You'd be better off to get breakfast stuff and put it in the room refrigerator instead of getting room service. My family of 5 could've had a complete breakfast for what I paid for a large pot of coffee and 2 glasses of orange juice. If you have the money it's a great stay, just be prepared to $$$PAY$$$ for your stay.

If the unbelievable amount of space isn't enough, the warm gooey cookies they give after check-in definitely make Doubletree Suites a winner. The folks at this hotel are excellent and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Teh lobby is very nice and clean. When we arrived in our room there was an empty beer beside the chair and the coffee station was not refilled. I called the front desk and they fixed it immediately. Otherwise the rooms are very nice.

I was completely thrilled with my stay in Columbus. I feel that the room I got at the Doubletree was fantastic. The bar/restaraunt was very nice as well. It is very close to the arena district which was a blast. I had no idea Columbus would be so much fun!
