About what you'd expect for $45 (including kitchenette). Pretty rough around the edges, my room door was starting to come off the hinges, and the wifi didn't work one of the two nights I was there. But it was reasonably clean and the TV worked.

My husband and I just walked up and found what looked like homeless people outside smoking and hanging around. Stepped into the lobby and smelled a combination of food being cooked, old ciggerette and new marijuana smells. I looked at my husband and he said lets leave. I agreed we went back to the lobby and said we could not stay because of all the smells and safety issues. We did have to call Hotel.com and cancel and told them what had happened so we were refunded and we found a clean hotel. Best Inns and Suites is an extended stay type hotel but because it is very inexpensive and it was in an industrial area then it can cause a lot of concerns. Read more

We had bad driving conditions and couldn't go over the pass, so had to find something very last minute. Front desk guy was efficient, but not friendly. The room had trash on the floor, holes in the blankets, and the beds were uncomfortable even for a 2 star hotel. On a good note, the free breakfast was doable and set up early.

Me a my girlfriend stayed here because we saw great pictures online. Well that changed as soon as we stepped foot in the hotel. The toilet seat looked Terrible. Poor rating. The windows Probally never gets washed. Not to happy after our stay. We rate 1.5 for clean sheets the maid gave us. We will never stay their again.

I thought a cheap hotel wouldn't be so bad bc we were only staying 2 nights, but I was wrong!!! The hotel is in a pretty scetchy industrial neighborhood & confusing to find off the freeway. We arrived at the hotel around 10 pm local time, 12 am our time. Our daughter was sleeping already (2 yr old). Received our room key then unpacked our luggage and daughter only to find out our key wasn't working... we hauled everything to the lobby and was given a Jew key to a different room. We fell asleep hoping to have a better morning before heading to the mountains. I woke up and needed to take a shower after traveling all day...to my surprise the shower wouldn't get hot and the water wouldn't go down the drain. The more I leg the hot water run the colder it got. Wegot dressed w no showed and went to the front desk to let them know what happened. Talk about bad customer service. All that was said to us was hmmm, that's odd not sure why its not working. I thought at least we would have been offered another room to get clean in. There's always some issue with these rooms. This time, the coffee maker was missing the power button. And the tub drain was clogged, so it took a long time to drain. there was no door sign available (do not disturb/clean). The staff is always accommodating, which is helpful.

It was a dirty, shabby hotel in an industrial part of town. It was a depressing looking place but a place to lay your head for the night. The weird thing was it had a full size refrigerator in the room and a cooktop and a microwave! So I guess it was not all bad. If you keep your expectations low, you will be ok.
