Your standard amenities + free WiFi and Pool. Sensibly priced breakfast as well. This hotel is located in an industrial area - so nothing to see in walking distance, but it is 10 minutes drive from Heritage Park - which is a good attraction.

My husband and me were looking for a hotel to stay before and after visiting Banff national park. This hotel really served the purpose of the trip. It is really convenience to go to where we wanted to go. China town takes about 15 min. driving distance. Starbuck coffee, restaurants, and superstore for pick up our supplies before enter the national park. What is more important is that we get to have a great night of sleep at a clean, comfortable hotel for our vocation.

Hotel is great for the price paid. The place was clean and well kept. The location is in a light industrial area, and is not really located near anything else, but the price and the hotel room makes up for it. There is a sports bar attached to the hotel. Food was pretty good there. The food in the restaurant was good also. A waitress was very helpful in giving directions and information on the area. Overall a nice place to stay.

My stay was only two nights and for business reasons, so it was great to have a fitness room open 24 hours a day. That was a big plus for me. Good restaraunt, I ate at the more spendy one, The Terrace? not sure, but better food there. Nice comfortable lounge area in the front of the hotel to just grab a drink and sit back and relax. Close to downtown. I would definately recomment this hotel to anyone else staying in Calgary.

Our stay in the hotel was very comfortable. Great beds. We came in late one night and could still get a meal in the bar which was very much appreciated. Our waitress at breakfast was also very pleasant. Too bad the front desk staff was kind of grumpy.

Although a ten minute drive away from downtown Calgary this hotel has a very reasonably priced restaurant and bars. The menu is varied and food quality excellent. Because it is away from the town centre it benefits from easy on site parking. Access to downtown is by car, ten minutes, bus and tram or taxi.

The hotel is centrally located, being only 10 miles or so from downtown and close to shopping and sightseeing (only a few miles from the zoo). The rooms were neat and clean, and the resturant food was above average. There were a few staff members, particularly a waitress in the lobby bar, that could benefit from some customer service classes, but overall, a pleasant experience.

Located aboput 15 minutes south of Calgary. Staff very friendly and helpful no matter what you ask or need. Rooms very comfortable with spacious beds. Big enough for those early morning small child additions you get as a parent. Showers very powerful and easy to control the temperature. Good to get rid of tired and aching limbs. Restaurant had some food waste under tables, and could have done with a quick brush round. Food went through one of our party within an hour. We opted to eat out after this. Try to get a room at the front of the hotel, apart from looking over the car park, you get a fantastic view of the city at night. The back looks over an industrial unit. Not the best thing to wake up to. I'd use it again, IF I could get in at the front, and the higher the better.

The rooms were great with plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable as well. Call the courteous front desk if you need a softer pillow than what is provided. If you're traveling from the States and plan on eating at one of the restaurants in the hotel, be prepared to spend $20+ per person. Also, keep in mind that the hotel's pool is located outside and is closed during the winter.

The Blackfoot Inn was a reasonably priced hotel and the staff could not do enough for you. My only problems were the excessive heat in the room and the distance from the city centre. Room were well equiped and spacious. there was also a bit of rosd noise. Don't bother with the breakfast as we found it not very good.
