Nothing special. Perfect for one night to shower and sleep after the beach. Especially if you are looking to not spend a lot of money. A bit overpriced for the worth. Paid $120, worth $80 max.

Well no body informed me my room would be in front of the entrance of the hotel and i was able to hear all the noise going on outside.also all my windows were block by the over hang of the front entrance.if i was told before i booked this room i would not have taken it also the bathroom could use some real good cleaning.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff was very friendly and the beach restuarants were all good. Just a few miles from Barefoot Beach.

Convenient location for this time of year. Just far enough away from the "spring break" crowd! Close drive to many excellent restaurants and, beaches! Excellent staff. Would certainly recommend this hotel for either business or pleasure. Will stay here again when in SW Florida.

In spite of the good location for us, the mattress was in much need of replacement. It was so soft that a good nights sleep was impossible. We tried to change our room, but the front desk said that all the beds are the same. Hearing this, we found it necessary to only spend one night, instead of four.

The reviews were right on target. Very nice place, breakfast was excellent. They were finishing up some remodeling which was very nice. Whoever was doing the final steps , repairing wallpaper, working in the fitness room however was not up to the rest of the standard workmanship, Would definitely stay again.

Undergoing Lobby upgrade, so there was a disruption, but Management made the best of it. (Fresh baked Warm Cookies.) Room was slightly musty. Good breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed.

The hotel was clean and the lobby and majority of the room were recently updated. The tub in our room was old and stained. It also leaked, so we had to put a towel on it each night so you could not hear the drips. We were in Bonita during a cold snap, and when we turned the HVAC unit to heat, it set off the smoke alarm. The hotel said it was due to […] dust on the unit. The first time it stopped; the second time it didn't, so we had to turn off the heat. Seems to me if you know a cold snap [40 degrees] is coming, you clean the units so that doesn't happen to your guests. The breakfast buffet is fine as long as you don't need meat with your hot breakfast. We were there 5 days, and there was meat on one of the 5 days [so my husband went to Skillets--a great breakfast place a in the shopping plaza to the east]. Read more

We were looking for a place near Bonita Beach to look for seashells in the morning. This hotel is set back from the road and is a little difficult to find in the dark. You have to drive down a side road and then turn on another small road to come in from the back. However, once there the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, […] a light and the a/c was on when we entered the room instead of having to hunt for a light switch like we do in most hotel rooms. There was a pretty little lake with a fountain spraying up in front of the hotel which was nice to see out our window. Also in the morning the free breakfast was very nice with eggs, fruit, cereal, juice, muffins, yogurt, etc. The eating area overlooks the lake as well--very pleasant. There are not really any other hotels close to the beach: most are vacation rental homes. It only took about 10 minutes or less to get to the beach. I would stay again! Read more

Patrick on the desk helped with internet and suggested a good suitable restaurant for our party of 4 which turned out to be an Irish bar with live music and a great menu. Genuine quality service. No problems, although the grout around the tub was cracked and peeling. No biggie. Breakfast was great. Waffle maker, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, fruit, cold cereal pastries and expected drinks. Would have been nice if there had been a meat such as sausage or bacon, but no points deducted for lack of meat selection.

Aaaaah! Normally my budget keeps me out of Hampton Inns--I had forgotten how nice they are. Everything is superior to the budget hotels I usually stay in. The facility is clean and new and nice. The pillows were AMAZING; I hit the snooze button just to experience the pillows for a few more minutes! Sheets were soft and smelled clean; ditto for the towels--soft […] and absorbent and clean-smelling. I've never been in a hotel which served fresh-made oatmeal instead of prepackaged microwaveable. The staff were most accomodating and cordial. We had no trouble finding the place and parking was ample. The only thing we wished we had in our room was a refrigerator. That would have been most helpfull. Other than that everything was great, close to the beach and resturaunts.

Some how my hair comb was misplaced in my room. I asked the front deck if they had one for purchase. She said no but she gave me a small new temporary comb. Later that night after returning from dinner, a full size comb was tucked under the door. Great customer service!

The manager and desk clerk went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The cheerfully met our every need. Their recommendations were very helpful to us. The manager was everywhere and was attentive to all of the guests. This was one of the friendliest places that I have ever stayed.

The staff went way out of their way to compensate for the condition of their hotel. If it wasn't for them, the hotel would get a horrible rating from me. The rooms smelled like poop. Literally.
