Everything was as expected for a hotel. Room was standard size and layout, perfect for a single night business stay. Minor annoyances: I had a first floor room and the ceiling floor boards squeaked every time the guests above me would walk. It reminded me of an old house. we were not pleased with our stay, this hotel should be rated as a negative 10. there was food, beer caps & straws on the floor dust on the tv and table. not to mention the safety, the screen was hanging from its hinges and the window would not close let alone lock. and we were on the ground level.

I stayed here with my 4 year old granddaughter. When I went to the front desk to ask for some juice, I was told the breakfast room wasn't open. This is by far the most dirty hotel room I have ever stayed in. The carpet was disgusting, the bed spread was stained. Every garbage can outside in the parking lot was over flowing with garbage piled on and around the can. The toilet was clogged, mold on the tub/caulk seal (the tile needed re-work), and room tectured walls out-dated. I usually travel with dogs, and have stayed in some questionable places, but this Days Inn was quite nice. I will definitely stay there again. It was clean and comfortable. There wasn't a huge variety for breakfast, but it was all right. The desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Condition of rooms were poor. First room had cigarette smell even though it was a non smoking room. It also had numerous cigarette burns in the bed throw and bathroom. Only one complaint: my room was directly across from the laundry room and by 10a the room cleaning staff was making a lot of noise talking and laughing in the hallway for quite a while as laundry was being addressed. The room was clean, but you could tell that it was once a smoking room. There were some cigarette burns in the bedspread but the linens were clean and unmarked. The staff was extremely helpful and the hotel allowed pets.

I was unable to take a bath because I could not get the faucets to work. I could tell that there had been some renovations in the motel but obviously, more are needed. I was not expecting to have a breakfast and a fairly decent one was provided. I was given a cheaper rate than what I had been quoted as well.

It was a good hotel to just sleep in. I was a little disappointed that there was no fridge in the room. When I went to turn on the shower the water came out brownish-red at first. Also, I would hear everything happening in the hallway, the doors have a big crack underneath it. Overall, I just slept there and that was it.

When I book the room the site made it seem like it was a room for 2 adults and the room was really for one adult unless you asume that the 2 adults will sleep together in a very small bed. Not cool at all....

The hotel was clean and sufficient for the price. The shower was always hot with good water pressure and the bed and room itself was warm and clean, although may have been a little dry. We could hear people walking outside at night which made me nervous about the surroundings since faced a parking lot and not sidewalks. Although unecessary for us, I expected housekeeping to refresh our towels and make our bed between nights stay. We didn't receive any even without putting the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door. I suppose for the price it was okay, however; the hotel was slightly sketch....and the room was run down. The tv kept cutting in and out and the fan did not work, which was an issue for my constantly overheated boyfriend.

Our room was very shabby - holes in the blanket, dark stains on the bathmat. However the front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. Location isn't ideal. I would opt to cross over the highway and stay at some newer hotels near the mall next time we are in Appleton.

This hotel is OK for a one night stay. Rooms are average but look well worn. The bathroom was old and needed some extensive work. The cover on our air conditioner was held on with masking tape and fell off when we touched it.

So I stayed here during oshkosh wi show meaning they remove all the trash that normally stays here and at least the people staying that week are all working oshkosh so its not loud or rowdy.
