Excellent: 1. CLEAN ROOMS, INCLUDING THE SUITE. 2. FRIENDLY STAFF, VERY HELPFUL W/INFO. 3. ROOMS SMELLED FRESH WHEN WE RETURNED. 4. GOOD LOCATION, CLOSE TO MALL 5. WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE. Overall the hotel is excellent, it has a great interior and exterior that is well kept. The staff was pleasant. The rooms are well kept, however, if you are afraid of heights, the upper floors of the hotel which look straight down into the lobby, may not be for you. There was some renovation going on in the pool area, but the area remained open and did not affect our stay. Overall a great hotel for the money!

I purchased two suites, that were very similar. They were very nice, comfortable, and the service was great. They are very spacious and the price was just wonderful. Its a great place to stay even if you're on a budget.

The room was great. We got in about midnight and up to have breakfast with other attending a wedding. I think I would still have liked the room even if I spent more time. Next time however we will eat outside the hotel. The breakfast buffet was slightly below average. There are plenty of better eateries in the area.

suites are wonderful - you feel like you are in an apartment rather than a hotel room. I do think that the room rates are a bit pricey as the last time we stayed at this hotel, I believe we had more perks that went with the room. I think that a room rate adjustment might be considered, especially given that you do not received what you did in the past

I booked 6 or 7 rooms for my large group. We had a great time. The kids loved the pool, the husbands loved the weight room. The women loved that the husbands and kids were occupied, and the proximity to the mall. Down side- not easy to get into the city. Up side- enough things to do close by that you didn't have to go into the city. PS. The most comfortable beds ever, and the seperate shower and tub was a nice touch.

Watch out for hidden charges. They set up a buffet style breakfast, seat you, and when you're finished eating, they hit you with a $17 per person bill. At no time did any of the hotel staff inform you of this charge. I was very unsatisfied. I will not go back!

The hotel lived up to its name: A Hilton. It was clean, neat, and in an excellent location near OakBrook Mall, and a short drive from restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown Chicago. The room was very large, enough to fit several people. The hotel had an amazing atrium as well. I was very satisfied.

The location as around 30 minutes drive from downtime. But with a short walk you can get a bus to the nearest train station, then get a train into town, which together costs no more than $3-4. Very nice hotel rooms.

Great view, great interior. Good service. I was only unhappy with the room-service/cleaning staff. They never re-filled everything that was used. I stayed for 3 days and the rest of the days, it never looked like the way it did on the first day. They didn't put in the new shampoo bottle/Soap even though the old one was used up. They took the two drinking cups and never replaced them. etc. etc. Also, I am not sure if this is a big thing, but I asked frontdesk if they could get someone to send a pack of over-the-counter medicine that they had available, (of course I was ready to pay for it), and they said we have to come down to get it. I thought that was odd and was a bit upset. Other than that, the stay was great and comfortable.

The hotel and the rooms are very nice and clean. The people that work there are nice as well. However, I expected more in a suite. I have been in average suites (nothing fancy) before and they seemed to have bigger rooms. So when I saw there was only a mini fridge and not a whole frig and no cabinets or even a table to sit at I was disappointed. You only get what looks like a mini bar and desk. Which seems to me any regular hotel. Depends what you are looking for when staying at a suite.

A very strong smell of chlorine in all common areas (lobby, hallway, restaurant). The pool is enclosed so I'm not sure where it was coming from - maybe the fountains in the lobby? There are much worse things for a hotel to smell like, but it was a little off-putting, especially during dinner! Also, they might as well not have bothered with the "gym." But these are quibbles - overall a lovely experience.

The location and price were great! But things like our keys didn't work, the elevator was extremely slow, and in some places the wall paper needs to be replaced. The bathroom was awesome!! And it was a suite for non-suite money so, I'd go back.

Everything was acceptable except the pool. The water was cold...not room temp, but cold. But if you don't plan on going swimming, then everything else was fine. The breakfast buffet was all you can eat..decent price for $15. But there was nothing out of the ordinary in terms of the fare.
