The room was clean and comfortable. I used to live in the area so know the restaurants to have great food. The hotel has easy and quick access to route 55. Bennigans is a short walk from the Ramada. I would stay here again. It was affordableGenuine Expedia guest review

"Cleaning people wake you several times before checkout"

I really like staying at this hotel and have stayed here many times. Never had a problem before and was always very pleased except this last visit. The cleaning people tried to get in our room three times before noon. They not only knocked on the door at 9am, but if I didn't have the lock on they would have come in. They didn't give us a chance to answer before they tried to get in. Not only did they wake me at 9am, but did the same thing at 10am and again at 11am. I wanted to sleep in because I had been up late but that wasn't possible. May be looking for a new local hotel after this.

We have had to stay in smoking permitted rooms before, but this room was like sleeping in a wet ashtray! The odor in this room was unbearable! It was so bad we were unable to sleep. The 3 of us all had sever headaches. Don't get me wrong, I am not one of those people who can not be around someone smoking, I am a bartender. This room just smelled so badly.

Convenient location with a fancy steakhouse, pub and cafe all in one hotel. Great location to a handful of wineries in the area. Service at breakfast could be better but the food was good and overall the stay was also.

I was staying here for a business trip and the hotel was booked through the business leader. Because I had no part in the booking of the hotel I had no idea what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised upon check in. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and check in was fast. The room was basic and clean. The beds were very comfortable and they had a desk fridge and microwave. The bathroom was clean but the toilet didn't want to flush at times. The restaurants on location were all wonderful. The first night I was there I just grabbed a burger at the bar. It was wonderful. They had live music which was a little too loud but it was a nice touch. They didnt have a breakfast buffet like most hotels in this category but they did have a breakfast dinner attached to the hotel. You get few choices for the free breakfast. The first day I got the pancakes and the second day I got the eggs. Both options were huge. Way more than I could eat but it was great. Just what you would expect from a breakfast restaurant. Over all I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area and looking for just a basic stay. It has everything that you need for a night or two.

All suites and rooms are great value for the money. The general manger, Danielle Foster, and the entire staff are highly professional and always seek to make your stay as pleasant as possible. On top of this, add two great restaurants, including The Dakoda Steakhouse which is one of best steak houses in South Jersey.

The hotel didn't have an elevator. The room had a odd odor, and the shower curtain had mold starting to form on the bottom of the curtain. The heating/cooling system in the hotel was old and took forever to heat up. We paid $129 and that was way over priced for a hotel of this caliber. I wouldn't have stayed had I known the condition of the hotel before arriving.

The property seems a bit worn-out, both in appearance and in function. First impression upon opening the room door: The wall light switch at the entryway doesn't work. You have to HOLD the switch to get the room light to turn on. Otherwise the switch will not hold in any position. Clearly broken. (Reported to front desk). The bathtub does not drain during a shower (drain plug confirmed as "up".) Drain is clearly almost fully clogged. My question is - Housekeeping staff clean the tub - right? They MUST quickly realize that the drain is clogged when they run water. So how did the problem get this bad and not be corrected? The problem didn't start the day before I arrived...its been getting worse and worse with time. So why is it allowed to be this bad? Wireless Internet (for this room) is marginal at best.

No elevators, breakfast was ok and the restaurant but took forever to be acknowledged and served. Could have stayed at a nicer hotel for 1/2 the price! Hotel needs to be updated!! Mold in the shower and shower curtain.
