"ramada inn vineland, NJ"
enjoyed the stay, going back for 3 weeks in January, staying at the Vineland Ramada agan.

Convenient location with a fancy steakhouse, pub and cafe all in one hotel. Great location to a handful of wineries in the area. Service at breakfast could be better but the food was good and overall the stay was also.
"Do not stay here!"

Beds were not made, had to move to another room. Hall way reaked like pot. People in hallway talking woke us up after midnight.
"clean and friendly"

I was staying here for a business trip and the hotel was booked through the business leader. Because I had no part in the booking of the hotel I had no idea what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised upon check in. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and check in was fast. The room was basic and clean. The beds were very comfortable and they had a desk fridge and microwave. The bathroom was clean but the toilet didn't want to flush at times. The restaurants on location were all wonderful. The first night I was there I just grabbed a burger at the bar. It was wonderful. They had live music which was a little too loud but it was a nice touch. They didnt have a breakfast buffet like most hotels in this category but they did have a breakfast dinner attached to the hotel. You get few choices for the free breakfast. The first day I got the pancakes and the second day I got the eggs. Both options were huge. Way more than I could eat but it was great. Just what you would expect from a breakfast restaurant. Over all I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area and looking for just a basic stay. It has everything that you need for a night or two.
"Price & Service Best Value"

All suites and rooms are great value for the money. The general manger, Danielle Foster, and the entire staff are highly professional and always seek to make your stay as pleasant as possible. On top of this, add two great restaurants, including The Dakoda Steakhouse which is one of best steak houses in South Jersey.

Do not plan to stay at Ramada again. Poor check in. Poor knowledge of rooms. No elevators. Poor breakfast. Dissatisfied with cost and what got for money.
"The hotel didn't have an elevator. The room had a odd odor..."

The hotel didn't have an elevator. The room had a odd odor, and the shower curtain had mold starting to form on the bottom of the curtain. The heating/cooling system in the hotel was old and took forever to heat up. We paid $129 and that was way over priced for a hotel of this caliber. I wouldn't have stayed had I known the condition of the hotel before arriving.
"Average - But No Better"

The property seems a bit worn-out, both in appearance and in function. First impression upon opening the room door: The wall light switch at the entryway doesn't work. You have to HOLD the switch to get the room light to turn on. Otherwise the switch will not hold in any position. Clearly broken. (Reported to front desk). The bathtub does not drain during a shower (drain plug confirmed as "up".) Drain is clearly almost fully clogged. My question is - Housekeeping staff clean the tub - right? They MUST quickly realize that the drain is clogged when they run water. So how did the problem get this bad and not be corrected? The problem didn't start the day before I arrived...its been getting worse and worse with time. So why is it allowed to be this bad? Wireless Internet (for this room) is marginal at best.
"Not highly recommend"

No elevators, breakfast was ok and the restaurant but took forever to be acknowledged and served. Could have stayed at a nicer hotel for 1/2 the price! Hotel needs to be updated!! Mold in the shower and shower curtain.

I am so happy I went with this Ramada. Some of these reviews could not be more wrong. Check in was great, Danielle the general manager was great, fast, and made us feel very welcome. And she was the one who check us in. The best thing about it was she called 15 minutes after we check in to make sure our room was to our satisfaction and asked if we needed anything. I asked for extra towels and not even two minutes later we had a very nice housekeeper handing them to us, and she even asked if we needed anything else. The General Manager, She even sold us to go to the sushi bar and steakhouse where the food was great, and the sushi was the best we ever had. The beds are comfortable and the room is spacious and clean. Very accommodating hotel, I would recommend to anyone. Very excited to try out the hot cooked to meet breakfast tomorrow. This hotel knows what they are doing. Great service, great staff, great Management.
"Will never stay at this or any other Ramada"

We stayed at Ramada Vineland for a 3 nights in August. It is a motel stile, 2 story, no elevator, so if you are staying with the kids try getting a room on a first floor, but do not expect any help from the management. We were staying with 2 kids, age 5 and 13 month. Many hotels that we stayed had a fridge and microwave in the room and if not, you will ask and will be provided, especially if you are staying with the baby. Not this hotel!!!!! We asked for the fridge and the microwave the day we arrived, they promised that we will have it in the evening, but it did not happen. In the morning they promised that we will have that evening, but after all day outing we got back to the hotel, and no fridge or the microwave to heat up babies food or water for the formula!!!!The same next day!!!!! We got the fridge and microwave before our departure! Wau, IT TOOK ONLY 3 DAYS!!!!!!They made our vacation very stressful!!!! We were told that there are fridges and microwaves available, but no one could bring to our room! Seriously!? Is this a customer service?! The breakfast was ok, not much choice. On the weekends they have a buffet and on the week days you order from the menu. I preferred the menu as buffet did not have cereal, yogurt, fruit..The food ordered from the menu was simple, nothing fancy, but freshly cooked. The staff at the restaurant was very nice, friendly and helpful! Another thing to know, that was new for us! If you would like your beds to be done, do not leave any personal things on them. In our case- a kids Toy. The rooms were ok, but the bathrooms need some renovations to be done. When people pass by you can hear them very well. They advertise a gym, but I would not call it a gym. I would never call this place a Hotel it is more like a MOTEL! Only place that looks like hotel is a Loby! I would never recommend this hotel or come back again! Too much stress!!!!!
