"Will definitely stay there again."
I was very pleased with my stay at the Ramada in Vineland. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very professional. Complimentary breakfast was a full breakfast and was excellent. I will stay there again.

"Breakfast...not so complimentary"
The only complaint I have is about the complimentary breakfast. I prefer the typical buffet style breakfast offered by other hotels. This Ramada offers a made to order breakfast at the cafe connected to the hotel but the quality of the food and service is lacking. They give you minimal choices and Juice is not included. We got charged almost $6 for 2 small glasses of OJ! Other than that the front desk staff was very nice and easy to work with.

"The Ramada was Remarkable!!"
The Hotel was wonderful. When we arrived I found out that for some reason we only had a room with one bed but that wasn't what I signed up for through Expedia. Well, Andre the person working when we checked in was very nice and understanding. He put us in a two bed room and didn't give us a hard time about it. He was friendly and patient. W arrived after midnight and he had a smile and was very upbeat. I really appreciated all his help. The breakfast at the Speedway Cafe was delicious and the service was wonderful. We also had dinner there our second night there and it was excellent. I had a Waffle Sundae that was to die for!!! Our overall stay was great. We will definitely be returning.

"Close but no cigar"
staff handled the reservation and information requests well, and the dinner in the Raceway bar was pleasant. Property is dated, and an elevator would seem reasonable room and interior was updated but you cannot escape the comparison of two other properties that appear to be much newer

"many visits, and I will stay there again"
Only a couple of issues. 1st is the breakfast, poor workers in that area at that time, and not very good choices for breakfast. 2nd, why when you are in the bar, and a shift changes do you have to pay your tab, then start another. Then when you get food they want to pay for that then pay your bar bill. I had to pull out my credit card 3 times in one sitting. Stupid management.

"Closest motel to Williamstown available"
The room smelled like dirty socks and mold. The hallway had a strong odor of cigarette smoke. The light switches were sticky and, by the way, installed upside down. I was required to put a $50 deposit on my credit card for "to make sure there was no damage or extra charges." I've never been asked for that and don't understand it since the motel had my credit card number in any case. The deposit was returned to me the next day, although I had to ask the person behind the desk to give me a receipt showing it had been credited back to my credit card.

"Room and hallways smelled smoky/musty"
The hotel hallway smelled smoky even though we were in a non-smoking room and the room smelled until we turned on the air conditioning. The breakfast was very good.

It was a convenient place to stay. Free breakfast you get to choose of different orders and we got huge stacks of pancakes and eggs and bread to order. There are a Lots of places to eat and shop around including shop rite. There are Nice beds and clean bathrooms. Free parking. Off the highway.

Very strong odor of cigarette smoke, no refrigerator, poor lighting,, toilet made horrible noises, decor was shabby and old. Woman at the front desk was rude and appeared to be annoyed to help us. (several times) For the price, I expected better quality and service. Will not stay here again.

This location has great ambitions. The service staff is great but our room smelled of mold. The halls had auto airfreshners to cover it up. The room was also sprayed. Had a bad allergy attack. The included breakfast was good but a crowded Sunday am brought slow service.

Staff was helpful and room was clean and well stocked with clean towels and toiletries. Made use of the small refrigerator as well. No issues with loss of WiFi or variable WiFi. Hot breakfast with a choice of menu items was good with coffee refills if you wished. Criticisms are as follows: (1) Room wasn't ready by 3pm and waited 30 minutes before room was available. But understandable that the hotel was nearly filled the day before and the rooms had to be cleaned. (2) No record that I made a reservation on the Wyndham website for a room with a microwave and small refrigerator. I showed the staff a printout of the reservation and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. (3) Sheets but no blanket on the bed. Blanket was necessary for the room got quite cold with air conditioning. (4) No thermostat in the room to control the temperature so got quite cold if low or high air conditioning or fan settings were used. Finally had to turn off the A/C and fan at night to keep from getting hypothermia.

Benefits: There's a bar in the hotel so you can grab a drink if you want. The beds are comfortable, although that's a subjective review. It's very clean and the people are friendly. Disadvantages: Breakfast is not continental. It is provided by, and located in, the attached diner-style restaurant. Service is ridiculously slow. It takes them nearly 15 minutes to make two pancakes. If you have somewhere to be, you will be late if you try to eat there. They don't tell you this when you book your room and if your schedule requires you to take breakfast into consideration when booking your room, this can be a significant problem. We stayed during a soccer tournament. Two drunken women repeatedly tried to enter our room at 1 a.m., refusing to accept the fact that their key didn't operate our door. The process of identifying the correct room took them nearly 40 minutes and they screamed the entire time. Not the hotel's fault but at some point, someone who works there should have heard the elephant herd and addressed the situation so they guests didn't have to.
