We did the Midieval Times dinner show thing and this hotel was right next door so it was an easy decision. Didn't get to see the bar lounge we spent most of our time in the room but it was nice and clean and the bathroom was excellent. There are two rates, one includes free hot buffet style breakfast so if there's 2 or more in your party take the higher […] rate. We went down to the indoor pool and it was nice and clean but the water was way too COLD, we got outta there fast. Didn't notice a hot tub or sauna so if that's important then call ahead. The neighborhood is quite commercial so you would definitely have to get in your car for anything beyond the hotel grounds. The price was more than I would want to spend, but all said and done, there are no real regrets. Read more

I paid $ 229.00 for a night at this Hotel which I do not believe it is worth more than a $ 89.00This is an old hotel, ugly and with everything is old, including the furniture, beds and mattresses. My boyfriend and I had a peaceful time ! We were satisfied until we went out on the town for an early afternoon movie , some shopping & dinner we returned about 9pm only to find that house keeping never even bothered to tidy up our room ... It was very cold out , I was tiered and accordingly became cranky ... I went to the lobby spoke to the manager […] who called housekeeping up to the room ... Everything was great. Spacious room, super clean and cozy, top quality beds, couch, and all furnitures in the room. It is good location if you are visiting NYC or looking for place quiet. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of parkings so it is a BIG plus. I did not eat breakfast so I cannot comment of that part.

My family and I stayed here because we were having dinner at mid evil times the hotel staff was friendly and we stayed three nights. We walked to dinner and took a bus to the city. We had an excellent stay and I will Absolutly be going back. And would have no problem staying here again.

I had called ahead and spoke to someone 1 month in advance and paid in full for 2 connecting rooms because I have young children. when I called in on the day we were supposed to check in to confirm that we could get connecting rooms the receptionist stated that we had 2 rooms across from each other. When I stated that I really needed 2 connecting rooms […] she asked if I had spoken to someone in person to make the request. Then she put me on hold for a while and when she got back on she said that there were no connecting rooms with the type of rooms that we requested. I said that I did not request any type of rooms and my only request was that they be connected. She put me on hold again and when she got back on she stated that she would be upgrading us to two rooms with full beds which would be connected. When we checked in We were not upgraded at all. We had a room with a king and a room with 2 full beds that were connected, which is what I was told we would get when I first made the reservations. So, in fact there were connecting rooms with that set up and the receptionist telling me that they did not exist was not true.It was not a great way to start our trip worrying about whether my children would be in close sight of us. Also, when any of us showered the water ran from hot to cold unpredictably. And the room that my daughters stayed in, the rug was wet from something and the rooms were very stuffy. We stayed right after Hurricane Sandy because we lost power. first day: no elevator (prob due to storm). But staff very friendly and professional and accommodating. Room fairly large and clean. Lots of hall noise and next room bathroom noise, but not so bad we couldn't sleep. Right next to Medieval Times, but it wasn't open.

They did NOT read the note to the hotel that we were with a wedding party, and thus forgot to be given the welcome gift from the bride and groom. The elevators worked well, but had a pervasive odor of petroleum in them. The bride and groom had arranged, due to the number of THEIR guests staying at the hotel, to have the lobby bar open until 2 am, and […] it was NOT, much to the disappointment of the newlyweds and their guests. The last straw for me, personally, was that the hotel was listed as having a hot tub/whirlpool, so I danced a few slow dances with my husband (I am mid-forties, not obese, awaiting a hip replacement). After sacrificing a few extra hours of sleep the next morning, I came down ready to get some relief and found that there was NO hot tub ! Sheets and pillow cases were either dirt or well worn. There was hair in the bathroom floor unrelated to us. We checked in at 2:00 AM because of traffic issues, and were gone by 9:30 AM. That said, we would not stay there again.

Stayed here after seeing Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band for my 48th birthday -- hotel was great, quiet and comfortable and the staff was really friendly and nice. Used Eddie's cab service to and from the concert at the Meadowlands and they were great. Would definitely come back -- maybe the Jets in the Superbowl!
