We spent 2 nights at Paradise Inn. Thr front office staff was very nice and helpful with directions, options for meals and reservations for tours. The grounds and pool area are quite nice.

We were disappointed for several reasons. The ownership and timing of events was very poor. When we arrived we were told we couldn't check in until 4. They were moving in new TVs and furniture. We waited until 4:30 and they still weren't finished. The next day they moved in the TVs but left the big boxes in our room. We left for lunch and came back. […] Room still hadn't been made up and the boxes were still there and the cable guys was in the room. I was in the bathroom and my husband was having a nap. I heard a knock on the door and then it was opened. My husband heard them first and went into the living room. One of the owners had opened the door with a key and said she hadn't thought anyone was in the room. I was changing when I heard the key in the lock again and here they come with more furniture. I said my husband was having a nap but go ahead and move the one item in. Not realizing they were going to take out other furniture and put in new. The better process for them would have been to close the place down for a day or two and not disrupt everyone. Chad and Aerial at the front desk were fabulous. Very helpful and knew the town well. Beautiful Inn, great location to everything. TV was outdated and cable reception was in and out. We were on the second floor and the wooden stairs were outside to get to your room. They were a little creepy!

This is a lovely place, great location and lovely setting with a very nice pool. Never crowded even when full. However, if you stay in the cottage across from the Main office, next to the street, be advised that there is a bar near by that plays live music until 4 Am. Impossible to sleep unless you crank the A/C all night which results in the room being […] about 50 degrees in the morning. Staff was unconcerned with this issue, attitude was, Hey its Key West! We generally liked the Paradise Inn. It is a nice property. The small pool is pleasant, as is the jacuzzi. The property is well landscaped. However, the room had a musty smell which we noticed immediately upon entering. By the time we left, after four days, all of our clothes were slightly damp, including the ones we never wore. (We had to launder everything […] when we got home to get rid of the odor, including our clean clothes.) There were four of us in the room in two queen beds ... and they only gave us the standard four bath towels which they must always give the room, no matter whether two or four people were occupying it. So, we did not feel we had enough towels and the bathroom was not equipped with enough towel bars to hang our wet towels for drying for potential reuse later in the day. (Not to mention the room was damp and they wouldn't have dried out anyway.) Would we pick this property again? With so many other nice choices in Key West, we probably would not stay here again, though overall, we thought it was fine. Read more

My husband and I spent 3 days of our vacation on Key West, Paradise Inn was my favorite of the several hotels we stayed in for our vacation. Key West is a small crowded island and that was how the parking area seemed. There are three separate area to park and we were able to park our rental vehicle behind the building our room was in, then we walked […] around and one day rented a scooter. Rates were a little steep, but I thoroughly enjoyed staying there. We had a very comfortable king size bed. I loved how bright and cheerful the Paradise Inn was. The lobby is in a building separate from the rooms and it was a short walk from the entrance to the building our room was in. I loved the suite of rooms we stayed in. they were bright, spacious, clean and even included bathrobes and pool towels. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and I loved the pool and hot tub, never saw a granite colored one before and it was pretty. They provided a continental breakfast and wine and cheese in the afternoon. There were several choices of what to have for breakfast. The wine and cheese were a very nice touch. If I were to visit Key West again, Paradise Inn would be my first choice of where to stay. Read more

We loved our room and only wish we could have stayed longer. It was very convenient to the historic district. The pool and spa are in a little oasis. Breakfast very adequate. Unfortunately we missed the evening happy hour. I would go back in a heart beat.

I stayed at the Sapodilla Suite at the Paradise Inn this weekend with a group of my girlfriends and it was a great experience! The staff was friendly and the room was great and spacious. Loved that the hotel was walking difference from all the good restaurants and bars. I will definitely be coming back!

This place is fantastic! The location is perfect because it's within walking distance to the beach, duval street, grocery store, etc. Our room was big with a living room area and a seperate bedroom. We have stayed in 201 room, which sleeps 4 with king and sleeper sofa bed. Everything was great except for the sofa bed in living room - very hard to sleep on as the mattress needs to be changed: can feel very well the springs especially in the upper part of the bed. The rest is absolutely wonderful, the garden is magnificent and pool/jacuzzi access […] at any times is very convenient. You can also have your breakfast outside by the pool area - great option and the lobby has complimentary wine in the afternoon - great way to greet the quests or just have a chat with friends. Paradise Inn is a small boutique type hotel with comfy cabins and suites. A great respit within walking distance of the Duval crowds. Secure parking, leave the car and walk to most destinations. Wish we found this place sooner.

When we arrived at the property we notified Conrad that the bathroom was dirty and the tv was broken. He courtly said there were no more rooms and was I correctly using the tv? I asked to speak with a manager,but there wasn't one on property. The next morning I asked again and I was assured he would get back to me. No "do not disturb" sign to hang on door knob so most mornings we were awakened by the maid wanting to clean the room. Absolutely overated and not worth the price we paid. Room had a worn out matress on the bed and the bathroom needs a vanity. TV was not a flat screen. Breakfast was maybe adequate and the breakfast area was way to small. Location was the best thing.

It was great to arrive at the hotel and be greeted by a very helpful young man at the front desk. He checked me in promptly and with a smile. The next day, a very nice young woman at the desk was super helpful in suggesting things to do and answering questions. Nice way to start my stay. My room (204) was on the second floor overlooking the pool. Large, […] spacious with a large, comfortable bathroom. The room was clean and tidy. The only two things i may suggest to improve would be to provide softer mattress (mine was too hard for my taste but i may be spoiled by a memory foam one i have at home) and some soundproofing of the wall between rooms (i was able to hear TV in the room next door). It was not annoying but noticable. Those are minor things and i would definitely stay there again. The hotel provides complementary breakfaxt (not a huge spread but sufficent to nicely start your day) and complementary wine and cheese from 5-7 pm (?) - not sure about the hours since i was never there to take advantage of it. When you pick a hotel on-line the picturs don't always show the exact condition of the hotel. I was very pleased with the Paradise Inn. The place was convient to the main tourist areas. It was not on the noisy streets and was tucked away in a quiet space. Should I ever go to the Keyes again this hotel would be one I would stay at again.

A really nice place to stay, just one street off Duval so it was quiet. Our only problem was the mattress. It appeared to be old as it made a noise when you sat on it and it really was a back breaker. Otherwise everything was perfect

My wife and I booked four nights for our 25th wedding anniversary. The property looks professionally designed and landscaped with a private hot tub that is attached to a koi pool. Liberal use of pavers afforded a vintage feel as you walk through the property. Our days began with a light continental breakfast in the lobby. The front desk (Josh) was friendly, the room was cozy and clean, the 1st floor I thought is ground floor but it's not its an elevated ground floor, a step down to the pool, our room is tucked in the green belt which is very quite, Overall we're very happy. It's not a hotel feeling but it's a house with a gate opener and parking.
