better than across streets motel, but not as good as quality inn. its just the beds in less expensive motels are hard! and ones that have pillow top beds wont let you have them when you have a pet with you. breakfast was good, clean room, tv worked, another client in motel their microwave was broke but was corrected right away. just like when i complained about....a man that came into parking lot and was yelling for a lady who was staying here, and when she didnt responde, he knocked on a door. then still yelled for here AT 02:30 AM!!! i told front desk and they corrected it.

We just stayed overnight on our way to Arkansas. It was convenient and easy to get to from the highway. There were a couple of places open for supper that were close even at 9:30pm. The staff was very courteous from check-in to check-out.

Quaint, but kept up-to-date without spoiling the charm. Only issue was we had a non-smoking room & the guests in the next room gathered several patio chairs together & sat outside their room (and ours) smoking continually. Everytime we opened our door, it filled with smoke.

This was a perfect location for our stay. We were within a mile of everything we could have wanted. Great eating establishments, Walmart, Drug store,... Food. It was fantastic having a frig, microwave and a stove top in our room. The size of the room was perfect. Liked the kitchen area. The price was perfect. Breakfast looked good but we didn't eat. Staff was friendly. Room fixtures and tv were out dated but nothing to keep us from staying again. Beds a little too soft for my liking. Overall, perfect for the price.

The pros were a convenient location for us and a low price. However, the location in the medical mile will include hearing ambulances at all hours waking you up. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was OK, but wish there was more fruit than only apples. A woman working in the front office gave us an incorrect time for the breakfast, […] so we missed it one AM. We brought this to the employees attention, but they did nothing to help us get food. Well the room was nice sized but the beds were really hard and we didn't sleep that well. there was two beers left in fridge from other guests but otherwise nice motel. But to give some advice to other customers your best bet is to call and see what the rate is from the hotel.

Just needed a comfortable place to stay before I took off the next day. Great location to local restaurants, super nice/clean rooms with the biggest beds I've ever had for that cheap. Friendly staff was great and I left with a little food so it was definitely a win.

Since the dresser has an open front and does not meet the carpet, it was easily seen. My impression was that the carpet was not vac-ed. Rooms were nicer online. For the price and location it was ok. TV was old and i hate not having a sleep timer. The sheets had long black hair on it. Breakfast was good and the front desk staff was friendly at check in and check out.

The hotel was locked when we got there and it was 3am i had 3 sleeping children. Had to call 2 separate numbers. Then wait on a lady to get and when she got there told my husband she wasn't supposed to check us in at that time. Why else would i have stopped and booked a room if i cant check in? The room was large enough and had a comfortable bed and sofa. The heater worked well and the staff was friendly. The only suggestion I have: a snack machine is needed. There are no convenience stores close by. Other than that the location is handy to the highway without any difficult access situations.

My husband & I were very pleased with our stay. I like a softer bed, but that is personal choice on my part, my husband said he slept great! LOL We really enjoyed our stay! We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and its location to our family. The gentleman I spoke to at hotels.com was very helpful, and the staff at Arbor Suites were very kind. We would stay here again.

This hotel was clean! Super clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The only drawback was the stairs. I had to alter my reservation due to my surgery twice and the staff had no problem accommodating my husband with this. We will be staying with them again and recommending others stay as well.

I will stay at this location whenever I go to Springfield, MO. Affordable, clean, and the staff were very friendly. Continental breakfast was good.Pay close attention to driving directions. I would recommend this location to anyone!

pros-- clean, comfortable room and bed. good amenities. very adequate breakfast. friendly staff. convenient location. cons-- toilet was flushing slowly but was fixed promptly when maintenance arrived. Highway noise but was sufficiently dampened by the heater fan. I would stay again.

The hotel over all was nice. The beds were not comfortable, but of you like a firm bed your in good hands. The breakfast was good, they had a variety of different items. I would go back again, since the rooms are large, it made are stay even better since we had two kids with us.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in. Very nice room with friendly staff, great service, and the breakfast choices were incredibly varied. If there were smoking-permitted rooms it would be a perfect hotel.

The first two rooms we where assigned to smelled of third hand cigarette smoke. Thankfully the hotel was not booked out and the lady was very accommodating and found us a room that smelled fresh. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was nice.

This hotel was just right for my family. We needed a ground floor room and they were very accommodating. The hotel seemed pretty full but the noise was at a minimal. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the price was very reasonable. Having a sofa was a nice extra.
