It was a very pleasant stay. I found the room to be very cozy and comfortable and able to meet all my needs. My only complaints are that almost every day of my stay I had to go to the front desk to get new key cards for my room. They will work for a while and then they will just stop working. However, the front desk is always open and I'm a fit and […] active person so it's not that big of a deal. The other complaint, and I'm sure it was just a rare accident, I was charged twice for one of the nights. I brought it to their attention and they were very apologetic and prompt and the matter was solved very quickly. It was good the room was large. We were upgraded to a larger room but the fridge was being defrosted. We didn't care since we didn't need it. The internet was not working when we arrived. Over all was good. The price was good. The location was good. I would stay here again. The one thing I saw that they could do a better job on is sweeping the outside sidewalks and stairs. I saw the same cig butts and debris on the ground the 4 days I stayed here.

Good area. Nice staff. Big rooms. Outstanding breakfast. They have the usual waffle, cereal, fruit, and eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, hash browns. Free washer and dryer. And you still get a pool. Will always stay here when in Springfield. Sorry they are only in Springfield. I would stay at Arbor Suites anywhere I could.

the first night we froze as the beds only have sheets on them. The second night in a different room, (we left and came back for a second night later) we asked for blankets up front but the shower had Zero water pressure and kept changing temperatures on its on from very cold to scalding hot. Overall it was a good hotel for the money.

Arbor Suites Medical Mile is right off the Highway 60 exit, a very easy on/off. The location is safe, by that I mean I wasn't worried that someone would break into my vehicle or anything like that. We stayed there one night for a business trip. It was very nice considering the low price we paid for the room. The staff in the lobby were friendly and […] easily available. I travel professionally - what that normally means is that I spend the majority of my time in 5 Star+ hotels internationally. So when I rate this hotel - which is bargain priced and well located for Springfield as a "5" overall, that means something.... The staff was superb - the location was a bit noisy but not so much so that it interrupted sleep... […] The big thing for me is that the staff is customer based... and they were exceptional... from the front desk staff to the cleaning staff.... super customer oriented and willing to help out anyway they could - It took one phone call for the front desk to authorize us a late checkout - which m family ended up not needing - but the care of the staff is there...
