Everything was great except the day I arrived it was 102* and the pool did not open till June. But the air conditioning was great, and the office staff was very accomidating.

Had to go ask for soap and shampoo, and toilet paper. Towels were dingy. Room smelled like smoke. Don't think I am going to stay there again. I will pay that little extra somewhere else.

When we arrived there, our room was not ready. End up settling for a Queen size bed insead of a King size bed, because the room with the King size bed was still going to take a while and it's now almost 45 minutes after 3 pm check in. The manager at the desk, agreed to giving us an extra hour for Sunday. But then on Sunday, he came around 11:35 am asking […] if we were going to stay for another day. The only consistent drawbacks I've found here are that it's a bit of a hike from the bus stops on Beach (transit service is poor on Knott and terrible on Orangethorpe) and that the wifi system has a paywall and some glitches. Otherwise, it's a great deal. The motel and its rooms are in good condition, and the staff are truly outstanding. They're as […] professional and polite as any hotel employees I've ever encountered. They have none of the rudeness that is common among employees at cheap motels; at least two of the regular desk clerks would easily pass muster at high-end hotels. The only real problem I had was with rowdy and menacing guests in neighboring rooms, one of whom repeatedly banged on my door late one night, yelling at me to open it. Both the night desk clerk and the day desk clerks I talked to the next morning did an excellent job dealing with these guests. On the whole the clientele is fine, but the low prices attract some sketchy characters. That said, I'd be comfortable staying there again because the staff deal with problems promptly and very responsibly. Read more

The hotel could use a new look , it's kind of old and shabby . I didn't really like the sliding door inside the rooms it was really hard getting in and out because the door was always stuck ! The employees we're fairly nice and I appreciate the help they provided for me . This place could also use some type of breakfast items you could purchase .

Staff was very friendly , room was clean it has the basic stuff if your just staying for one night or two, the hallway smell like feet but i'm guessing because it didn't have windows. everything else was great will stay here again .

You get what you paid for. Okay location near Knotts Berry Farm. The bathroom needs to be updated. My room had sand on the floor, used soap bars in the sink area & in the shower. The stay was great but had some issue with the toilet. The people called to fix it but never came so we had to sleep with the noise. But everything over all was great. Was greated nicely and was helped right away. This was my second night and I would still continue to come back when ever I need to.

We stayed here for a week for our vacation, this location is close to everything the mall, medieval times, pirates adventure, freeway, knotts berry farm if you're looking to have fun at buena park I recommend you to stay here. We checked in around 6:30 PM. The room was clean. We dropped our bags and headed to Disneyland which took us about 1o minutes to reach. We returned around 1 AM due to searching for an open store. Been staying at this hotel for a while now. Lobe the location, and the price is right. If u want a 5 star hotel, this is not it. But it is clean, and the staff is very friendly. So every time I come to town for work I always stay here. Could have better towels ( very rough like sandpaper). But love it and would recommend it to anyone.

I got two rooms that were next door to each other but seemed to be a world apart. Other than some carpet stains, the room I was in was clean and had good lighting. The second room where my girls slept was dirty and was dark, even with all the lights on. Rooms are spacious. All of the staff is very friendly. Absolutely loved Maria & Kirt was very helpful. Only drawback was some of the tv's are old & tiny. Also, no refrigerators in the rooms. Overall great experience and the price was just dazzling! GREAT VALUE FOR THE $!!!
