Noisy toilets, to many kids running up and down hallways. Spa was filled with kids. No hotel service around pool area. We stayed here once before and not a good experience but thought ok keep open mind and try again , this time was worse. Never again!

Great customer services. Staff was so polite and responsive. Had some noise issues - large wedding party that went on after midnight, even a fight at 2:45 am. Staff made it right for us though. Would definitely stay there again.

The room would have been better with a mini fridge. It was hot so it would have been nice to come back and have cold beer or wine available. Great place to stay. Location perfect to meet up with friends. We have electric car and the valet service was super nice and helped us find a spot to park that we could plug car in to re-charge. Lobby lounge is lovely.

It was a typical Hilton. Very nice. Everything always costs more than you expect. Parking, misquoted price on cheese platter, etc. Not any surprise and given the price we got the room for it was still very reasonable.

The hotel was really nice. Love the landscaping. The shuttle services were spot on. The prices for the buffet, dining, gift shop and water in room were way too high. $3 for a bottle of water and $20 for breakfast. Also, buffet was good only thing missing was the biscuits and gravy.

Guest in this hotel many times in past several years. This stay was in an 8th floor executive room. Room clean and tidy; well arranged. However, the sliding door could not be fully closed and cold came into room during night. More importantly, the tub floor was much too slippery during shower. Finally, housekeeping called room at 8:30 AM (Do Not Disturb […] sign was displayed) and hung up when phone answered; room maid later apologized for making the call. Whenever I travel to Orange County I would always stay here. Great location, awesome staff, overall a decent hotel. It is a relatively older building so of course you can see the wear on it. From the Valet to the Waiter in the restaurant in the Hilton, the service was excellent. Being close to the Airport, I was not expecting complete silence. the room was average, the bed decent, but the chairs need a bit of cleaning. The parking is so expensive even for guests staying at the hotel. The burger from their bar was really good ( French Burger was the name i think) yumm. Check in from Hotels was easy and fast, checking out was terrible, the Mexican lady was unhelpful and rude.

It was a nice hotel and the staff was great. The morning girl didn't seem to like her job, but was helpful anyway. Water pressure in shower is poor that is why I gave a 3 instead of a 4. Like other reviewers mentioned you will pay for parking. It is not included. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Overall my experience was very good. I was looking for a hotel near John Wayne Airport. This hotel is a close as you can get. They have a free shuttle that leaves every 1/2 hour so you can avoid paying for parking if you have a rental car. I returned my car, called the hotel for the shuttle they arrived in 5-10 minutes. I got rerouted into Ontario instead of Orange Co. we landed after midnight and no rental car companies were open. Your desk clerk was amazing! She made calls for us and directed us to Supercab. They also waited for us to arrive. They were the best.
