Hampton Inn and Suites Nashville Airport - Nashville

The room was good very clean although the furniture was getting a little beat up around the edges. Biggest issue was that the TV remote in my room didn't work, desk clerk replaced batteries but still didn't work. He was going to send maintenance man but I requested a change to a different room as didn't want to wait for a maintenance man and my stuff […] was still packed. This wouldn't have been such an issue except that 3 trips in the un air conditioned hallway..why did hotels in the south think they don't need to air condition the hallways? Breakfast was good with sausage, eggs and fruit in addition to the usual fare. Very close and convenient to the airport, takes literally about 5 minutes. Neighborhhood feels safe, gas station across the street, parking adequate. Good stay if coming in and out of the airport like I was. Read more

This hotel is very nice and the staff was very helpful with everything.. The only problem we had was parking and getting a cart to haul all our things to the car.. We were on the 5th floor and had to make three trips.. We were leaving during busy check out time so its understandable I guess.. But the room was very nice and very clean.. Word to the wise...don't stay on the first floor. It is very noisey! Our room was the last one down the hall, by the pool, exercise room, and hotel housekeeping. We could hear everyone coming and going and slamming doors. All the maids getting their carts to clean the rooms and the laundry going. Having booked and had confirmed a room with two double beds, was not happy that I was given a room with a king bed. I inquired ay the desk about the wrong room and they said that the king bed room was all they had. Consequently, I got very little sleep with a long day ahead of me. Needless to say I was not happy with my stay there.

I have no negative comments about Hampton Inn and Suites Nashville Airport. Really easy to get there and conveniently located. Unless you are looking for downtown Nashville I would highly recommend this hotel. I`m pretty much sure that I`ll go back to Nashville since I have not had time to visit. Probably during summer though.

I love Hampton and this one was no different. Check in was quick, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the room was great. The only negative is the toilet ran every 5 minutes but we were so tired after we feel asleep we didn't notice. I would stay here again.

We arrived a little early to the hotel and they let us check in early which was nice. I had rented a suite which turned out to be quite spacious for us and nice to have two tv's in the room so my children could watch cartoons. The hotel was close to everything we were there to do, opryland, zoo, science center etc. The breakfast was decent, my only […] problem was that the second morning we were there the breakfast buffet was a little scarce and there were no scrambled eggs just omelets which my children would not eat (just a heads up if anyone has picky eaters like us). Our other issue we had was we made a wake up call for our second morning there. The call never came, we were so glad we didn't have an early morning flight or we would have missed it. We have stayed at Hampton's before but this was our worst experience, there was a hobo, homeless camp outside our window under a tree and also as far as parking, none. We went in to compaine about it and was told to park at the gas station next door, staff not that friendly and we would not stay there again

The hotel was nice for the price we paid but everybody seemed to be loud. In the mornings the house keeping were loud as well we had a room at the end of the hall way so I thought it would be quiet but the house keeping door on the 3rd floor was across from us and they would slam the door early in the morning.
