the first thing I noticed about the room was how the electric doors locks worked intermittently. Then I noticed in the bathroom that the toilet seat was loose. I tried to tighten it but on fastener was missing. Later that day the toilet became plugged. I had to go to the front desk to get a plunger and had to do it myself. While at the counter, I overheard […] the front desk clerk arguing over the phone with someone, probably because earlier I over heard an argue between him and a customer about towels. Then in our Hot tub room, I notice that the faucets on the hot tub were loose in their mounts. We had the same issues in that bathroom as well. Plus, When we went to use the iron, it did not work. The next morning, I went to the fitness center and noticed the poor conditions of the inoperable machines and the lack of water in the water dispenser. The maintenance was poorly performed. This place is more or less a total dump. The only reason we stayed there was the distance to the airport for an early departure. The shuttle service pickup at night runs continuously. In the AM it only runs 1 time an hour. So we had to get a cab. The "breakfast" was not edible. Stay away.

They seem to be doing some remodeling and updating to the hotel. The rooms really aren't that bad at all...however the floor and chair in the room were quite dirty. the hotel was pretty good considering it was near a strip club. I thought the bed was comfortable and the room was nice. However, there was very little water pressure and the breakfast was not stocked well. The 1.5 inch cockroach in the lobby wasnt pretty either.

It was an awful experience all around. The hotel is not renovated as it states in the description, plus there was a cockroach in the bathroom! We went to bed scared that someone would break into the room. Will never use Baymont Inn and Suites ever again, even for an overnight stay to get back to the airport the next morning.

Room air conditioner didn't work properly. A pen and a pad of paper are needed beside the telephone in the room. Nothing to write with in the room. No dish detergent in kitchen. Constant running/jumping in the room above ours.

The fact that we were put in the section where they were renovating, was pretty bad. The tub was disgusting. The hallways were a mess. Other people were on a higher floor. We were on the ground floor facing the garbage.

The bathroom light would not work andwhen I said something tothem they came up and showed me that once you turned the light on you had to wiggle the switch around for ittowork. The only positive score I could give this hotel was it's convenience. Everything else was beyond disgusting, from the stained comforters & carpeting, secondhand furniture, towels with holes, shower/tub floor that was a putrid shade of gray/brown, and questionable black coloring around the outlets. The rude front desk attendant told us the shuttle left […] at 15 minutes after every hour so we signed up for the 7:15 shuttle. We were at the front waiting at 7:05 only to discover that it had already left. The attendant called the driver and told him he had latecomers for the shuttle! I quickly explained if the shuttle was set to leave at 7 then he should have told us that the night before and we would have gladly been ready to leave the poor excuse they call a hotel at that time. I understand there is "remodeling" going on in the hotel but if you have to put patrons in accomadations like that, just say you don't have rooms available. If we get stuck in Charlotte again and this is our only option, we'll sleep at the airport. Read more

Half of the wall scokets did not work. Brown water came out of the faucet. No shower curtain. No hot water meaning there was not any water coming out of the shower hot water valve. I spent the night here before being processing into Knox for deployment. Very cheap place and it was under new owners. The whole hotel was beatup pretty badly with paint chipping everywhere. Stains on dresser and bathroom were interesting yet unsurprising. Hands down the most uncomfortable bed I've ever stayed in and I swear I could feel bugs crawling […] on me to the point where I had to wake up every ten minutes and roll to the other side of the bed until the bugs could find me again. this was the WORST hotel i EVER stayed in - and i have been a lot of places all over the world. there was no running water in the shower, the toilet flushed into the tub! the floors were no vacuumed, the linen was stained, the lamps did not have covers, the furniture was dusty... all together a TERRIBLE experience.

It was actually a bit better than what I was expecting given some of the recent posted reviews, but my needs were also pretty modest. I had business in downtown Charlotte and had a car, so it was easy to get back and forth every day. The rooms were clean, but clearly there were things that needed more diligent monitoring. The furniture, carpets, etc., were quite dated, and the elevator seemed a bit "iffy." My only real complaint that while the hotel had the makings for coffee in the room when I arrived, they did not replenish coffee or associated condiments at all during my three-day stay, and their continental breakfast was very, very sparse, so you really did need to go out for breakfast. Upon arrival we were shuffled around to available rooms and had to search for a microwave and refrigerator. The room was furnished with old furniture and uncomfortable mattresses. Breakfast wasn't worth staying for. Good if you are looking for the bare minimum at the lowest rate in the area. Would not recommend for anything else.

well we checked in a day earlier than i had booked. the room they tried to give us had no fridge and the tv barely got any channels. after about two hours they moved us to a nicer room with a fridge and tv that worked. The hotel was alright and obviously in the middle of being renovated. The owner kept saying they are waiting on the painting to be finished […] and the carpets to get cleaned before they moved all the new stuff in. So i'm guessing we were still on the old stuff. the bed was not all that comfortable and the pillows were small. the towels were just cheap hotel towels. the breakfast was alright it had cereal, and waffles along with bread and bagels. I love staying at Baymont Hotels. They are usually very nice with a great breakfast. Not this one! I found not one, but two ticks in my bed. Food on the floor and the TV did not work. The manager said it was under renovations and it would be a few months before it would look any better. 첫날은 화장실 변기가 넘치고 엘레베이터는 덜컹거리며 불안하고 아침식사는 형편없고 수건은 다 너덜거리고 가장 무섭고 불결했던 이틀.. 공항에서 가까워 셔틀을 무료로 이용한다는 점...만 조금 위안이 됨.
