This hotel is old and doesn't look like much, but I was pleasantly surprised by my room. The only complaint I have is that I had to ask for clean towels on day two of my trip because housekeeping didn't come by. If I'm ever in Morgan City again I would consider staying here. It's great for the price and the location was perfect for me.

It was good enough for a one night stay for our baseball tournament. Pool was big and clean. However our toilet was extremely slow to flush then stopped flushing completely when we left and the water took about 15 minutes to drain.

Parking wasn't very convieniant for unloading. The room was clean and spacious. The walls were a bit thin, we noticed especially since there was a gathering around the bbq just outside our door

The hotel looked like it had been updated recently, so that was nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room itself seemed to be clean but the bathroom still had hair on the floors from the previous guest. Also, unfortunately the front desk only had one clerk and they had a lot of people coming in because of a power outage in a town close-by. […] He was very overwhelmed without any help and I had to go back to get my key scanned because it didn't work the first time. This hotel is in a good location. Read more

I mad good time on my trip and they let me check in early. The staff is pretty pleasant. The room itself was not in the best shape. I had to reset the clocks because they apparently weren't reset since daylight savings time last month. When I went into the bathroom there was a huge hair ball on the floor. The water pressure in the shower is pretty bad […] and the tub doesn't drain right. The bed had a lot of pillows which was nice, but the mattress itself was uncomfortable. The curtains don't block out a lot of light either. I think the biggest disappointment for me though was the breakfast. I've stayed at other Quality Inns before and they always had a really great hot and fresh breakfast, which is why I chose this hotel. Unfortunately the breakfast options were instant oatmeal packs, apples and bananas, toast, individually boxed cereal, refrigerated hard boiled eggs, and jimmy dean refrigerated sasuage biscuits that you had to stick in the microwave. I might stay here again but I think I'd check out the other hotels in the area first. Read more
