Room smelled bad. Coffee pot had not been cleaned or restocked after last occupant. Occupant in adjoining room appeared to be living there and was begging me for money in the parking lot as I was getting my luggage from the car. I was traveling with my family with small children. Didn't feel comfortable staying.

This was good value for a stay that meant all I was doing was sleeping in the room. Clean room although I asked for non smoking and there was slight smell of previous smoker. Breakfast was horrible. Stale fruit, little choice of anything. The " lobby" was very uninviting as if they wanted you to get in and get out.

The visit with my son was great. However the beds in the hotel were hard as rocks !!! We would sit on the beds and it wouldn't ever give !! Understand that this is a Budget Hotel and you are getting what you pay for. I was traveling alone and this was exactly what I was looking for since I only required a room to sleep in and nothing else. At the rate I paid for the room for the week I don't think I went wrong.

The young woman @ the front was very rude & impatient, not only with us but also with others on the phone. She didn't speak good english (taked too fast too# & was offended that we had a hart time understanding her. The bed was hard, the cover to the air cond. unit fell off when we touched it, the comode seat was loose, the air was musty in the room […] when we arrived, the breakfast was a very poor selection & not much to choose from #just a few items#, they only had regular coffee out front, #caffeine makes me hurt really bad when I drink it), the older man that cleaned the rooms was impatient & acted like he really didn't want to hear any complaints. He wasn't mean or hateful but just impatient & didn't want to hear what we had to say. A younger man @ the front desk was really fantastic, nice, polite - but he was the only one. We tried to be pleasant & I hope we didn't seem rude. We just wanted them to know about the comode & the air cond.cover so they wouldn't think we did it & charge us for it - as the young woman let us know firmly when we checked in that we would be charged for any damage if they found any. I stayed here with my grandmother on our way home from the airport. It had been a long, exhausting day for both of us and I just wanted a clean place to sleep for the nigh before traveling home. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom was disgusting. There was feces on the back of the toilet and on the wall. Not what I wanted to deal with at 12am, and especially something so disgusting. on arrival they told us we didn't have a reservation, then they charged our credit card again, the receptionist finally gave us a room, the room was very well used....the next day the manager credited my account and changed our room. Will not stay there again.

Outlets did not work in first room. Moved next door. Room was slanted bad. Fridge door would not close. TV looked like it was going to fall off the dresser. Bed was good, lots of pillows and A/C was very cold. Had everything you need for a good sleep. I would only recommend for a place to sleep. No amenities that would make you stay here.

We got in around 2 am when we checked in. My husband waited in the car while I checked in and he was extremely uncomfortable with the area. The man at check-in was very sweet but because of what was going on at the gas station next door, we refused to stay the night there. This was my first visit to Lawrenceville, GA. My sister as well as my self enjoyed our stay. The staff was respectful and nice. The location of the hotel was great. There were many stores in the area. I also liked that if I had an emergency I could just go across the street to the hospital. We ended up staying at this hotel, because of a death in the family. My wife searched online for hotels based location near the funeral home and cost of the stay. The hotel wasn't what I was expecting. Getting checked in was easy. When I got to my room it was what I was looking for, but when I walked around a little bit the floor in front of the bathroom felt like it had water damage. The hotel staff was okay. They didn't really welcome us or say much. Then we went to our room (which was a one story motel style that is not like the pic on the site) and there was only handicap parking infront of all the rooms so we had to park like 6 spots away and walk... i didn't mind at first, then I opened the door to my non-smoking hotel room […] and it was full of smoke! I could barley breath because it was overwhelming (and I do not smoke myself so it was crazy)... anyways, I figured i would suffer through it because i was exhausted and i lifted up the sheets and there was a wet spot... adults know what i am referring too... i was so grossed out i slept in all my clothes and put my own blankets that I brought on top of the bed .... i am NEVER staying at Days Inn again. If you think you've found a great deal on a hidden gem, you haven't. You've found a high price on a sketchy hotel. My group rented 4 rooms and we all had the same experience. The room had everything that any extended stay hotel would have had (except maybe more room), but for one or even several nights, it was nice. However, the TV did not work very well and came in with static on most local channels. There was no HBO or satellite and I'm not sure there was supposed to be except there was an HBO guide in the room, and no […] one told us if it was extra $$ and offered no additional information. I give it an across the board 4, because, let's face it, nothing is perfect. If I had to stay again, I would certainly call. We had to stay another night on the spur of the moment, and I wish we would have chosen Days Inn, because the other hotel (an extended stay) was dirty, had no shower curtain, holes in the rugs and on the comforters and the floor was extremely sloped to one side, and for the same price, Days Inn was 100% better than the other. Considering the price of the room, the hotel did an adaquate job. The room was clean and bug free, and the beds were well kept. It was not a spectacular room, but it did the job and the price was good.

We didnt enjoy the parking lot as there were alot of drunks outside and our a/c wasnt blowing cold. Do like the location and appreciate the clean room and service. I would return on my business trips if they were more competively priced with nearby hotels. I also like it because its one story !
