reasonable value relative to price. good breakfast. helpful staff. unfortunately on opening window (stuffy) we had constant buzz from exhaust fan on roof next door. Room on small side. Would not class as 4 star.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is located in the very heart of the city and an easy walk from the train station, close to shopping, restaurants, and sites in the city. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful.

This hotel was a gem, and the price was fantastic. It's within ten minutes of everything you'd want to see in Strasbourg. I never heard a peep out of the other rooms or the street below. It was spotless. The bathroom was updated and had two sinks. I'd gladly stay there again and recommend it highly.

Hotel was in a great location- walking distance to sights, shopping, restaurants, transportation. Staff was friendly and spoke english well. Room was clean and a decent size. Only issue was the bathroom tended to flood when we showered.

Nice hotel in a great location. Rooms are small so you might want to upgrade if you're claustorphobic. Bathrooms are also tiny but in excellent condition. Great little bakery a couple doors down for morning coffee and pastry.

Our first night there, we asked at the front desk which restaurant they recommended for choucroute, an Alsatian specialty. They pointed us toward Ami Schutz,, and it was fantastic. Overall they Hannong was ok. On the plus side, the location was excellent and the staff friendly. English was spoken. The room was very small but as advertised...suggest if you want a little more space go for one of their larger rooms as the standard ones are tiny. On the downside...the bed was hard and not particularly comfortable and the room was […] so hot (in March) we had the window open until we turned off the towel warmer! Yes the rooms are that small that the towel warmer was over heating the room. The hotels doesn't have their own car park but there is a public one around the corner and they have discounted rates. Only problem it was 100% full when we arrived so needed to park at another a little further away. Was a bit annoying driving around and around then back to the hotel to find out what to do. Overall the hotel is ok but I suspect there are better iin Strasbourg. Read more

A dark dismal small room, with none of the usual hotel room amenities. No kettle, no information folder, no toiletries in bathroom. Made our feelings known to reception, who said it would be dealt with - it wasn't. Room was very very noisy at night from city centre traffic and late night drinkers. Hotel was easy to find, offered discount parking at tanners car park 150m walk. Quick easy check in and out. (actually had a proper key and not a plastic card). Staff were friendly and polite. Great hotel in a good location but parking is a problem (Hotel offers 30% discount on local multistorie). Staff very helpful. We stayed for an extra night (at a premium price which was dis appointing) as Strasbourg is an amazing place.

Hotel is in a very convenient Location. Everything is close by. Excellent Internet connection and it is free . Good breakfast. Parking is 24 euro per day and you get 30% off from the hotel. Definitely worth to stay at this hotel

They are still refurbishing the hotel. They gave us a room in front of the zone where they're still working. That means, dirt and noise. The should have given us another room or lower the price of our room. The room was cold, heater was not enough.

Location is excellent and I had heard good reviews which led me to book. But a disappointing experience overall. Rooms seem variable and from the 2 booked at the same price, one was twice as big as the other, which was cramped and uncomfortable. A surly welcome from the front desk. It doesn't matter how tired you are, I am a customer that has paid good money to stay and expect to be treated with courtesy. The en-suite was well designed and a pleasure to use. We did not eat here, given the superb choice in strasbourg, so cannot comment on the menu. Free and fast wireless is excellent. Oh, did I mention the drilling that started after 8am on the floor above. Apparently they were doing some upgrades, but failed to tell me either on booking or arrival! A strange quirky hotel, that is neither quirky enough to warrant its shortcomings, nor luxurious enough to warrant its price. I've learnt from my experience and won't be staying here again! What a charming hotel.. Ideally located in the center of Strasbourg old town. The people on staff are super helpfull. The petit dejeuner is wrth every penny. I would definetely recommend this hotel and will definitely will be staying there at my next visit.

We were not sure what to expect as there were some negative reviews on TripAdvisor. We needn't have worried. It was fine. If I had a grumble I thought that the breakfast could have better given the price per head. This was not a major issue. The outstanding things were location and the staff who without exception were great.

Bon hôtel en général, bien décoré pour les parties communes, excellent accueil par l'ensemble du personnel, mais la literie à ressorts n'est pas agréable. Pour un 4 étoiles on s'attend à disposer d'une cafetière dans la chambre, de verres... Très bon petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux.

Personnel disponible et acceuillant, confort des chambres réservées par EXPEDIA ne correspond pas à une quatégorie 4 * et elles sont majoritairement toujours situées sur les "arrières" des hotels, donc vues sur les toits ou parkings !!! et très souvents petites... Das Hotel könnte nicht besser liegen. Man kommt zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln überall schnell hin. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. とても良いホテルでした！今回の旅行でパリの五つ星にも泊まりましたが、1番良い印象が残っているホテルです。部屋は清潔で広く、バスルームがタイルではなくフローリングなのが素敵でした。ダブルの部屋でしたが、シングルベットになるソファーがあり、ソファーでも充分寝心地が良かったです。暖房も良く効いており、快適でした。フロアには過去の様々な展覧会のポスターが貼ってありセンスがよかったです。朝食も産地が明記しており、安心しましたし、アルザスの地物が楽しめました。アルザス地方で作られたヨーグルトが本当に美味しかったです。オレンジ生絞り機が置いてあり、使うのが楽しかったです。 ロビーの方もスタッフも感じが良く、また次もここだな、と初めて思ったホテルです。
