you definitely pay for all the services, all the door people and such. The room was nothing to rave about....stayed in better rooms that were 1/3 the price. Our particular room was close the the bars out front, one such had 50 cent beers on Thursday night which caused a loud racket all night long and into the morning hours. The room was very well furnished and comfortable, although the heating was a bit on the noisy side and we were also hearing some noise from the elevator. Checkin and checkout was very smooth and staff was friendly. We didn't use the pool or fitness center or even explore what was there, mostly because the room didn't have any type of location guide […] other than a room service menu. we found not 1, not 2, but 3 pairs somone else's dirty underwear in our room! Also had used glasses placed in the mini bar! It was disgusting! When brought to their attention all they did was give us a new room. We paid $160 for dirty glasses and probably some hookers underwear?! Never will we stay here again!!!!!!!

Great service - except when valet retrieved our vehicle it took about 35 minutes. Great hotel - except the bed we had was very hard and we did not sleep very well. Price we paid was through the roof for the amenities. Really good but not amazing.

Was a bit disappointed, while the lobby is nice the room reminded me of a middle of the road Holiday Inn. Addtiionally the air conditioning wasn't working, called maintenance and was told they were working to upgrade the airconditioning units and had to move me to another room. Over all visit was ok. Nothing special. Room was very small. Basically just a bed and bathroom. Hotel was very convenient to everything we wanted to see. Parking was expensive. I'd probably look at another hotel that is in the general area for my next visit.

Overall it was fine but we had to wait an hour for our room to be ready. I called the day we were to arrive and was told that check-in time is 4:00. We got there at 4:30 and still had to wait while they put in a rush order to have it cleaned. Would have been nice to have some perk during our wait (free drink, etc.) but we just sat there. It seemed that, […] once the front desk staff discovered that I had prepaid via Expedia (discount rate), I was treated less enthusiastically than their other customers. I feel my room was designed by someone who does not stay in hotels. The desk had no open outlets for computer/phone etc. The open outlet is in the middle of the room, so when I plugged in my computer I had to be careful not to step on it, or trip over the cord. One plug by the bed for my phone (Kudos). The tub is lower than the floor, so stepping into […] it was not very safe. Have to fill out a form to get free WiFi. AND THEN return it to the desk. Why not ask for the form when signing in? My floor was wet, really wet. When I complained I was told that someone would check. No one came by. Tried to eat at 1913, but it was closed for renovations. No mention on the web site. Really thought this was a cheap hotel trying to pass for a luxury hotel. Read more

we came to Indy for an event at the Lucas Oil Stadium and the short walk was very nice. The room seemed small compare to others that we have stayed in but it was very nice. The Hotel staff was great with our kids making them feel welcome and at ease.

We booked this hotel specifically for the supercross races at the lucas oil stadium and could not have been happier. We arrived almost 2 hours before check-in and the room was ready, clean and perfect for a weekend away. The desk clerk was lovely and had great customer service.

This hotel has very small rooms, and they have absolutely NO parking available like other downtown hotels in the area so we had to park under the mall and walk with our luggage through the mall to the hotel skywalk. overall we love staying at the Omni. but thought service at check in was not very good at all. no one helped with bags or offered to open door when we were trying to carry bags in. just think its nice to be catered to when you get one of those rare weekends away.

It was a nice room but smaller than I thought it would be for a "King size" bed-it seemed like a Queen size. Bathroom was very small but clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Convenient location to bars, restaurants and a mall. However, the price was decent...you get what you pay for!

We loved our stay at this hotel. We were in town for a Colts game. We checked in with our children and the hotel gave the kids a free backpack with water bottle and other knick knacks in them. They also had brought milk and cookies to the room for the kids for an evening snack. It also had a nice indoor pool. Rooms were very nice. The best part of the […] hotel was the fact that it was walking distance from Lucas Oil Stadium (about a block or two, we could actually see it right out our window), and the fact that it was connected to circle centre mall. Great location as it sits perfectly between the convention center, Lucas Oil and Banker's life. Hotel was very clean and elegant. I thought the cost to park was absurd-$29 for valet-this is Indy, not NYC.

The staff was courteous and check-in took less than 3 minutes even though the hotel was packed. The rooms are very clean, with up-to-date decor and nice bathrooms (those are a must for me).
