For paying such a high price for this place I expected more than just good location and a nice lobby. First off, the good: great location, lobby and hotel restaurants/bars are really nice. The bad: room was very small, bathroom was very small, parking is expensive. The valet parking was $27 a day. If you stay here, I would recommend parking in the Circle Center Mall parking garage, which is $20 a day and allows easy access to the hotel and mall. Also, the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working (maybe there wasn't one), which is not great when trying to have a romantic evening with a loved one. Also, for paying so much, you'd thing they could afford to put some cheap flat-screen TVs in the rooms. If staying in Indy I would recommend staying somewhere not downtown to get a much better room for cheaper. Downtown Indy is easy to navigate and the parking garage is never full (I was there during the Colts-Jets AFC championship game and still had no trouble finding a spot).

This hotel was exactly what I think of when I think 'hotel'. The bathroom was immaculate, and had the added touches of: a hair dryer, a plastic bath mat rolled up so you could use it or not, and the leading edge of the toilet paper neatly folded (meaning it wasn't just left over from the person before me). My room was non-smoking with a king size bed. I smelled no trace whatsoever of cigarettes and the bed was perfectly made, with tons of fluffy pillows and a night stand bearing a lamp on both sides. A nice bonus to the bed was a lounge chair beside a glass-topped table and a floor lamp, which made it easy to relax without being forced to lie in bed. There was also a writing desk with another table lamp on it, and a huge round mirror over the desk at just the right height for most people to get a good view of their hair/face/etc before heading out of the room. There were small bottles of water and various alcohols in the mini fridge, which was in the armoire containing the TV. I found the selection of stations available on the TV somewhat small, but there was a free HBO channel in addition to the usual network and basic cable channels. Other than all that, the walk-in closet was huge -- more like a small room -- and had a pair of robes, an iron, an ironing board, and a full length mirror to help you and your clothes look as good as possible. The in-room thermostat control was WONDERFUL. It had the option of on/off/auto with one knob; heat/cold with another; and then the usual lever to set the room temperature. The only thing I didn't love about this hotel was the view from my window -- the hotel's heating vents and such. Ew! Everything else was perfect and I look forward to staying here again.

The Web-site indicated a pet frendly hotel, but did not include the addtional $50 per night charge for our small dog which seem a litter much. Also, the changes for parking --- $27 per night was more than might be reasonable compared to the price of the room.

This hotel was perfect for me and my buddy. We were in town from CT going to the Colts game. The stadium is right next door and we could see it from our room. The hotel had great friendly service. The room was perfect for what we needed and provided a lot of comfort. I also want to note that the food at the bar/lounge downstairs in the lobby was fantastic. The Omni definitely made our stay a great one.

The service was outstanding and really stands out from other 4+ star hotels that I have stayed at. Anything you need during your stay the hotel staff will accommodate briskly. The room was very clean and the comfortable. The room was a little bit smaller but there was an element of luxury that seemed to be missing based on the cost. The location was perfect if you planning on spending the all of your time downtown. Everything is within walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel room was expensive, but considering it was right downtown near major attractions it seemed very reasonable. The hotel offers a valet service for only slightly higher than you'd pay to park in a public lot, which you might have to hunt for and then haul your luggage. They were very quick to retrieve the car as well. VERY comfortable beds.

The mall is connected right to the hotel so you have easy access. You don't have to walk outside, which was nice since it was very hot the weekend we were there. The room was nice, but a little small and the traffic outside was pretty noisy all night. Only downside beside the street noise, was the cost to park which was a surprise to us when we got there, since it's not in the room price online.

We hadn't realized that Indianapolis was hosting the 35,000 runner mini-marathon so it was fun to see all the runners and to watch many of them carb up at the hotel restaurant The Omni has a good reputation and we were not disappointed. The location is perfect to hit Circle Center and the excellent nearby restaurants. We knew that parking would be tough so paid the $25 for valet parking. All of the staff were extremely friendly. Check-in was done very efficiently, and we were extremely pleased with our room that had a nice view of Lucas Stadium. Things were clean and comfortable. The only minor criticism I have is the high price of the snacks available in the room that we did not purchase. All in all, we had a great stay.

The staff was great and the rooms were clean, however they were quite small for the price of the hotel. It appears as if the money paid to this hotel is only spent to improve the lobby. The vallet parking was accomodating and the employees were friendly but the price was a little high for guest staying at the hotel for mutiple days...there was no kind of discount...only for people visiting for the day and not even staying overnight. The stairwell needs to be renevated completly. I felt as if I was in a scary movie and could be chased by a monster or killer at any moment. They were dirty and drafty due to the fact that you could see outside through some of the walls. There was however a convience of having the hotel connected to the Circle Centre Mall. Due to the time of the year it was cold out and not having to walk on the outside was a plus...as well as look for a parking space. My overall experience was not totally bad but it could of been better
