Holiday Inn Paris Opéra Grands Boulevards - Paris

The hotel was in a very convenient location to the Metro, restaurants, shopping areas and many attractions. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Did not like that WIFI was not offered for free but at a daily rate of 6 Euros. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at that location again.

The hotel was pleasant, but there was quite a bit of noise from the busy street below (amplified by the fact that were was construction on this stretch of road, increasing people's frustrations) That all said, the hotel is steps away from Paris' Metro, and if you feel like walking, the Louvre is a short distance south.

The hotel was average as far as comfort goes. The hallway rug had a particular pungent odor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right on the metro line, which made it easy to get to any destination. Lots of different restaurants in the area to eat at.

It was difficult to find Hotel room inside Hotel. They told us to go first Floor and stairs . there was no sign of our room and we went up and downstairs to find room. At least , they should put room no. signs where belongs to.

Hotel has been recently refurbished and facilities are excellent. Rooms are large and en-suite is excellent. Breakfast is overrated. The venue was excellent but food was only lukewarm (health hazard) and overpriced. Location is excellent and in walking distance to Louvre and Notre Dame.

The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room. The mini bar fridge was useful for storing the food that we had bought for trips out! The walls were thin and allowed us to hear every phone conversation and tv program from the adjoining room. Our room (403) had a sort of medic-alert device by the bed that kept beeping because the battery needed replacing, and the glow from the fire/emergency light shown in our eyes the whole night making it impossible to sleep. Booked 2 rooms for 5 nights family vacation. Very pleasant staffs, allocated us on adjacent rooms on 8 floor. Very new n clean room. Metro is right in front. Plenty of food, restaurant, carrefour is just nearby. Highly recommended.

My first time to Paris and was lucky to stay 5nights here. The thing that had attracted me to book this hotel was the location. Right in front of the hotel is the metro station - Grand Boulevard. For travellers who prefer to walk around the streets, the hotel is located about 15mins walk to Gallery Lafayette and about 20mins walk to Musee Da Lourve […] (time will be longer if you prefer to check out the shops along the streets :)) Was warmly greeted by the staffs when I reached and they were very helpful to assist with the inquiries that I had. The housekeeping was good too but the only thing that I was disappointed on was that used glasses and tissue box was not replaced during the last few days my stay. excellent hotel. i have previously stayed nearby in another holiday inn which has changed ownership. This hotel is well positioned near to many cafes and restaurants and metro. We didnt have breakfast which was 18 euros each as this didnt appear to be good value but well worth a visit. i would stay here gain.

Hotel was at good location, the room was clean but I did see a box of cigarette and no dust bin was provided inside the room (only a small dustbin in the bathroom). Overall i was happy to stay in this hotel but shocked to see when they charged me 86 Euros for using the mini-bar. Last time when I stayed in Italy I was given free complimentary drinks […] in a small fridge located inside my room. Here I found similar fridge and thought its part my room price. So my little cousin drank a drink and ate some pringles etc and to my surprise I was charged 86 Euros for eating snacks. They had not clarified if that fridge was not complimentary and the snacks inside fridge were on sale of their own price. The lady on the front counter said its 83 Euros for the snacks my little cousin ate and in my heart (very angry) I decided to pay 83 euros but later i checked on the receipt it was 86 Euros that she charged me. Besides that, the hotel was very well located and was clean enough to recommend to others if i was not charged that heavy amount for no reason. Bra hotell till ok pris (kanske kunde varit lite billigare med tanke på att wifi och frukost inte ingick). Bokar du det här hotellet betalar du mest för det centrala läget. Rummen var väldigt rena men SUPER DUPER små. Det finns ingen garderob att förvara väskor i, endast klädhängare. WIFI ingår inte och kostar ca 6 euro för en dag. Detta är inte ett […] hotell som passar folk med rullstol/barnvagn, långa vägar till hiss som ändå nås via halvplan. Många trapporkrångliga, snea trappor. Personalen var trevliga, hjälpsamma och kunde bra engelska. OBS! men när vi skulle flyga hem beställde personalen taxi åt oss som dök upp förens 50 minuter senare. En stor taxi för 6 personer från CDG flygplats kostade oss ca 70 euro på en vardag. Hotellet erbjuder shutter för 18 euro per person (vilket är lite dyrt). Att åka hit kommunalt från flygplatsen går på ca 12 euro per person med tre byten. Bon voyage! Read more

Nylig oppusset og godt beliggende hotell rett ved metroen. Bra komfort med unntak av noe harde senger etter min smak. Hvis du synes hotellfrokosten er dyr, og er ute etter frokost med egg og bacon, kan jeg anbefale Indiana (en slags Hard rock cafe-ripoff?) 150 meter nedi gata. Denne var billigere og bedre enn de øvrige alternativene i nabolaget.
