Hotel Plaza Naco - Santo Domingo

Staff was friendly and flexible, the restaurant food and breakfast buffet was a notch or two above average. The cleaning ladies were a delight to chat with and all had genuine smiles. There were an adorable girl working at reception who's smile and eyes resembled the rising sun on a white sanded beach :)

Easy parking, ice cold air conditioning, steaming hot water, and a helpful staff. Taxis park right outside the door---if u need.

the bed was too hard, staff was pleasant but i didnt get hand towels one day requested them and they did not get them for me, reception desk was okay. the window blind broke and thy didn't fix it

Everyone at the front desk was very nice and went out of their way to help out. It was more modern than I expected and close to alot of places so cab rides were not super expensive like $200-$300 pesos. The pool area is small but clean but remember this is more of a business hotel than a resort type of hotel.

Friendly staff. Free internet (unlike most other hotels in Santo Domingo). Clean room. Big safe to fit your computer and other items. I have been stayuing in this hotel since 1976, under diferent names and different management. Right now the rooms have been refurbished and they are very good. Their food is terrible, they new a good chef.

The hotel was beautiful and the service was great. The room was spacious and the bed was clean and comfortable. Great hotel! the only problem we had was with the shower, it wasn't draining fast enough, and you have to be careful not to flood the whole bathroom. I would stay here again.

Vi har boet 2 voksne og 2 boern (5 og 7 aar) i en uge paa Clarion og det har vaeret fuldkommen perfekt! Den enormt gode morgenmad var indkluderet selvom prisen synes at indikere noget andet. Personalet er overordentlig servicemindet, hvilket ikke altid er en selvfoelge i Dom Rep. Kan varmt anbefale Clarion!

Le problème de cet hôtel est que subit de nombreuses infiltration d'eau : conséquences: moisissures ..tache au plafond, humidité ambiante désagréable. Hormis , ces problèmes qui vont être réglés (hôtel en travaux de rénovation), le personnel est agréable et très disponible.
