We really enjoyed our one-night stay. It is in a nice area and we were glad to retreat a little ways from Nashville to feel safe. The hotel is beautiful and the room was very nice. The bed was not a queen, though, which bothered my husband. Other than the small bed, we were completely satisfied with our stay.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was great for a family of four. The separate bedroom was helpful. The bathroom was as big as the bedroom so it was easy for all of us to get around and get ready. The extra sink in the living area was great, too. The exercise room was big enough for us to work out together and my kids loved the pool. My only complaint is that two different mornings our elevator was not running on our side of the hotel and I'm not sure why. The front desk was helpful with directions and when we needed more towels. Great place to stay. I would stay again.

I would have been disappointed if I had paid full price for the Hilton Suites Brentwood. The pool was very cloudy for most of our stay (you couldn't see more than 6 inches in front of you, which being a pool owner and avid swimmer I can tell you cloudy water is not good). Also the hot tub in the pool area was peeling paint in a big way. Our room was nice except the peeling liner in the shower and the maid service always seemed to come around nap time for my two yr old. On day two of our visit we asked that the room be cleaned when we went out for dinner since we missed two days of cleaning due to naptime, the front desk attendant said they would send someone right up. I didn't happen. When we returned at 9pm the room was untouched and the trash (2 days worth) was still there. The bed and pillows were great just like home (almost). My daughter was very comfortable on the pull out couch and they did provide a crib for my 2 year old and he loved it. I would stay here again providing I could get a good rate.

The only thing missing was comp'd happy hour and a shuttle to Nashville. The hotel itself was great and so was the staff. $70 for cab fare to go to the Grand 'ol Opree was a little steep, though...

Convenient to highway, a few miles from Nashville, but worth a little drive for a lower price. We had two adults and two kids in the room, but only three towels, and one soap. Looks like an old Holiday Inn, but pretty well maintained. Very expensive food, would recommend Puffy Muffin (within 2 blocks) as an alternative for breakfast.

We went to Nashville with two young children in tow. I got a suite so we could put people to bed without everyone having to go to bed. We put a pack-n-play in the bedroom (there was PLENTY of room) and would put our older son to bed while we watched tv in the living room. It worked great. When we were ready for bed, we moved the older one to the hide-a-bed, which was comfy as those things go, and we would sleep in the bed. The bathroom was HUGE with nice big counters, which was nice. The room had two dressers and a closet as well as a fridge, microwave, and sink outside of the bathroom, which was great. The room was very clean and everything was stylish and sleek, while not having that completely plastic feel some hotels can get. There was a HUGE wedding reception one of the nights we stayed there and we were concerned that noise would be a problem. It wasn't at all. We were on the 4th floor (top level) so I am not sure if that mattered at all. We were very pleased and will stay there again when we go back.

While the hotel room and hotel were very nice, it was not worth the price. In addition to the room price, it will cost you $15 per person for a breakfast you normally get free at other hotels and drinks out of the coke machine will cost you $3. Also, the manager was very rude. My husband and I did not realize the breakfast buffet was not free at first because there was nothing to indicate otherwise when we got it and no one ever came to the table with a bill or to serve us and we did not notice anyone else paying because we were on the other side of the wall from where most people were eating because it was crowded. We later saw a sign near the elevator indicating the price of the breakfast so before we left my husband let the front desk know that what happened and that we wanted to pay and the manager was very rude and treated him like a common theif while another worker thanked him for his honesty. We will not use this hotel ever again.

This was our second stay and it was just as great as the first. Not extravagant, just a clean, simple, modern facility; not hokey like some hotels. It's just off I-65 in Brentwood, which was convenient since we were just passing through; it might not be as convenient for someone who is interested in visiting Nashville for more than one night. Highly recommended.

Was traveling with a friend and we loved how one person could sleep in the bedroom and the other could sleep on the sofa bed. The bathroom was also lovely. We did not like how the lobby played music early in the morning. Great business center as well.

From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was so accomodating. Then when we walked in the room we were impressed with the size of the room - very spacious. Everything was clean and fresh looking. We are looking forward to our next visit to Nashville. We will definately be staying at this hotel again!

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and have always had a wonderful experience. It is especially nice when traveling with small children as the suite offers a separate bedroom and there is a nice indoor pool. The only complaint(s) I would have about this most recent stay was the fact that there was a sweet 16 party going on the first night we were there....the music (of which we could hear the bass in our room on the 2nd floor) stopped by 11pm however the party guests continued to be very loud outside in the parking lot - this was obviously an isolated incident. The only other problem was the open bag of animal crackers that was found under one of the beds (while checking for wayward toys, etc) on the day we left. This hotel and the rooms have always been very clean but this kind of grossed me out.

The room was just wonderful. It looked liked a room that had been done by HGTV's best designers. It was clean, neat, and the two rooms were surprisingly large. I would like to have had more of the big luxury towels because it was four of us. We did not get all of the free toiletries such as the lotion.

All the rooms are suites so it was perfect being able to put our little to bed then watch TV in the other room until we were ready for bed. The restaurant and bar area were nice and clean. The pool needed some updating, but overall everything was nice.

We were somewhat apprehensive in staying at the Hotel Brentwood as we had always stayed at the same hotel every time we came through Nashville, but this hotel exceeded our expectations! We are so happy that we decided to stay with them. The staff was VERY courteous, the resteraunt had a good selection to choose from and the food was superb! The breakfast buffet was also excellent! The beds were comfortable, room was quiet and very clean! We had no trouble finding the hotel, it was right off the interstate. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone who may be going to stay or just passing through Nashville and we would definitely stay there again! the hotel stay at hilton brentwood was excellent, the customer service, the ability to make one feel at home when they were away,and the cleanliest of the hotel in general was appreciated. by my whole family. we would recommend this hotel to others. thank-you

From the staff to the amenities, Hilton Suites, Brentwood exceeded my expectations. When I visit Nashville, I'll be staying at the Hilton Suites.
