well it certainly was not what i expected. The TV remote did not work properly but that was a minor inconvenience. The amazing thing was the room did not have a phone. So if you wanted to call the front desk you had to go down there. I thought this is how it might have been back in the eighteen hundreds. I would never stay at this place again.

Finding it was the hardest part but once I got there, the girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful. There is a Wal-Mart less than a minute away by car if you need something. The room itself was a good deal for the rate we paid. While it wasn't up to the same standards as other Ramada hotels I have stayed at, the price wasn't up there either. […] The room offered a lot of amenities like microwave, fridge, iron, plenty of cups, etc. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone in staying in the area. the hotel itself is showing a bit of wear & tear but the excellent staff, cleanliness, & quiet solitude of the hotel more than compensated for this. would definitely stay there again when passing through Flagstaff.

The place was clean, but the room looked run down. The bed sheets were frayed and looked really old. There was no phone in the room. The towels and floormat were paper thin and torn. The sign at the front says "new rooms"; we must have gotten an old room :-(

bathroom did not flush then when we told them they said they would send some one and 1 1/2 hrs later still nothing went to the front and they grabbed a plunger and told us to do it when that did not work they said they could move us but no longer had any king rooms we complained alot and then suddenly a king room was available also we wanted more pillows […] and they acted like we wanted a visit from god or something worst hotel service and stay ive ever had Read more

Several problems. The remote control to the TV did not work. When told at the front desk, the young attendant said "Oh that's not a remote. You have to punch the buttons". Besides his nasty manner, punching the buttons did not work for half the set adjustments. The shower handle was broken. Told the fron desk right away. Room was not horrible. However it was not clean. Hairs and light mold in dirty shower. Had to slam into door to get it to open after it was unlocked. Very small eating area for breakfast that was over crowded and did not have much of a selection. We went next door to dennys.

The room was good, there was a limited but reasonable breakfast, and the neighborhood is a college town with lots places to grab snacks. Customer service was good. I would recommend it to others.

Computer out of order. Lobby Smelled bad and was very shabby looking. No mute, volume control or power control on TV remote. Staff really didn't seem to care about their jobs or condition of hotel. Just had a "that's the way it is attitude"

Overall this place was good for the price. Water was cold for the showers in the morning. Internet was great didn't have any problems connecting. Located next to the freeway.

location was perfect off i40...on my way to CA. good price. hotel room was fine, bed comfy! only thing i did not like...there was one wash cloth. called to get another, and they had none available at the moment. i was offered another towel...haha. but overall...this is a good hotel to stay in.

The hotel over all was good, but the room that we stayed in still was not finished with renovations, there was no paint on the walls in the bathroom, just looked like stuco on walls, and a very bad door patch on the bathroom door. other then that the people where nice. thank you

The hotel is run down on the outside and not clean on the outside. As we walked to our room my husband said, "Sketchy". The room interior was fine, needs bathroom remodal. The road was loud, all night and everytime someone in a room around you turns on the water it is wake you up kind of loud. I had to raise my voice to talk to my husband. Both days that we were there we had no hot water in the a.m. We were unable to bathe our children Tried bathing them we came back from the snow same thing no hot water And that was early in the afternoon... Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel advertised free WiFi but the signal was too weak to connect to the Internet. There was a handwritten note taped to the tv advising that the remote was for changing channels only and that the tv power and volume had to be manually operated from the buttons on the tv. Only one bath cloth and two threadbare towels were in the room for 2 guests...no […] hand towels. I advised the front desk of this fact the following morning and was told the hotel was running short of towels. Paint was peeling on exterior eves of building. This is the first poor rating I've ever given a hotel but we will definitely NOT stay at this place again. Read more

hotel room was in poor condition, poor service, entire sidewalk outside the doors of the room were covered in ice making them very hazardous, noisy all night with people banging on doors, seemed to be in sketchy/scary industrial type neighborhoor, would never stay here again

Remote to tv did to work, lights next to bed did not work, lint at sink did not work. There was no phone in the room to call front desk, the free wifi did not work. Had to google the hotel nr on my phone to ask them to reset wifi. Room was very far from office, very cold icy outside. Not what u expect from a ramada inn

For the price, it is a good hotel. Free breakfast was ok. All the drink machines were broken for the free breakfast so had to buy drinks.....$2.50 for one Gatorade.

Too tired from 14 hours of driving to go else where....avoid! Has washer and dryer set outside the is covered in dirt and smells like death when you get within 10feet!
