We were very happy with our stay, The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room looked just like the picture and very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and filling. The only drawbacks were that the keycards could be tempramental but the staff warned us of that and gladly helped us when they wouldn't work. We stayed for one night following the night game in Ann Arbor for U of M. Easy access off the highway, friendly service, clean room. Only complaint is the bed was a bit uncomfortable. We were well accommodated and had agooodnightg's sleep in relatively comfortable surroundings. Could have used another comfortable chair in the room.

We were greeted by a very friendly Front Desk clerk and check-in was speedy. We stayed in room #237, which was a King room. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The bed was wonderful, it just envelopes you and makes for a great night's sleep. The room was quiet and never heard our neighbors, except when they slammed their doors (this happens […] no matter where we go). A breakfast is provided each morning in the lobby and consists of bagels, breads, muffins, pastries, fruit, hot and cold cereals, eggs, breakfast meat and freshly made (do-it yourself) Belgium waffles. It was very good and the coffee was delicious. We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn, the only thing I wish was that we had had time to use the pool, because it looked lovely! Read more

As stated above, I understood that we had to change rooms because the air conditioning was not working. However, I don't think hotel staff should have asked us to crawl around on the floor and plug and unplug the unit. They should have sent someone to the room to check the unit immediately. When someone did come the unplugged and plugged the unit and […] after that it was not workign at all. It was at least 80 degrees in the room by that time. We had already unpacked and changed to our night clothes since once we turned the air on it worked temporarily (before it changed back to blowing out hot air). We were informed we would have to change rooms, which meant we had to redress and repack and wait in the overheated froom for about 10 minutes while they found us another room. The only compensation offered was an apology and a free movie. When we checked out and I told the front desk person what happened, her only response was, "Oh, that's too bad". We have stayed at this hotel several times when visiting family in the area. This was a horrible experience and I may find another hotel in the area when we return for a visit. I understand that things happen with equipment, but the response by the staff was very frustrating and disappointing. Read more

デトロイト北西部のNoviに近いので出張に便利で１０年近く前から利用してます。I275と８MIL通りのｼﾞｬﾝｸｼｮﾝの近くで車で出掛けるのに非常に便利です。また、歩いて行ける範囲でﾊﾞｰｶﾞｰ屋もｽｰﾊﾟｰも有り便利と思います。価格も近郊のHOTELに比べ安いし、朝食もFreeです（以前より種類は減ったけどF・Mﾎﾃﾙと同等ﾚﾍﾞﾙ）。Expのおかげでmileも貯まるのでgoodでした。
