We have stayed at this location twice and have been very happy with all aspects of our stay. We requested a poolside room on the first floor at check-in and had no problems with the request.

Service was excellent. Everyone was freindly and courteous. The room was very nice, clean, and roomy. The beds were very comfortable. Will stay here again if I return.

Didn't have an in-room hairdryer or a mini-fridge, but otherwise it was very comfortable and good for the money.

Mold on the shower curtain. Cigarette butts on the balcony (even though it states that it is a non-smoking hotel.) Other than that, it was comfortable and nice. But I do expect better from a Courtyard. Still a weird place for a TV when you're laying in bed, but that seems to be their current design. Good location, nice area.

Great location, close to lots of shopping and restaurants on the east end. Next to the interstate so downtown is just a 5 min drive. This was my first stay at a Courtyard by Marriott. Like a lot of the chain the hotel is starting to show its age but it looks like they did a good job renevatin. Room had a balcony with King bed facing the outside window...a different set up that I actually liked. Hotel advertises free Wi-Fi, but the desk clerk said they only have ether net conections in the rooms. Ofcourse we left our adapter at home. Only complaint is you can here every move made in the hallway and from the hallway you could here everything going on in a room as you passed by. I would stay here again for the rates, location and comfy room, but I would ask for a room at the end of the hall.

My wife and I both agreed that the room was wonderful, but the staff made the stay even better. We accidently left a bag in the parking lot; when we called back an hour later, they had already secured the bag and offered to send it to our address. They were courteous, attentive, and expedient; I would definitely come back.

Room was nice and mostly clean. The bathroom floor needed vacumed or swept better. The service was fair. The toilet ran after flushing and the handled needed adjusting to stop after awhile. When I told the front desk about the problem they seemed less than interested. They did not even ask the room number, they only said they would let maintenance know. Either they have a known problem in all rooms or they didn't care. A credit card was required to check in and a $20 charge, for incidentals, was put on my credit card, even though the room was pre-paid thru Hotels.com. I am disputing the charge if it is not removed.

It was great! I had an amazing time while staying at this hotel. it was really nice and the bed was very comfy! overall i loved it. the only thing i didnt realize until i got there was that the whole building was a non smoking area....im a smoker so thats the only part i didnt like.

The restaurant at breakfast was extremely short-handed, apparently due to the recent snowstorm and the ability of help to reach the hotel. The one over-worked woman who was there made up for it by her hard work to fulfill our needs, and her kind demeanor.

The hotel should have soundproof windows. There is high degree of noise from high way that does not allow people to sleep.They need to change the beds for better Otherwise, it is a good hotel
