Overall, the hotel was a nice place to stay. The location is the main draw, right on the lake - and a very short drive into Kirkland. The partial lakeview room was a little underwhelming in both decor and visibility - but nothing to really complain about. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash were all very nice. Tile in bathrooms was excellently done. A […] few things that bothered me: I found the tub to be both small and slippery. I visited in early September, and the 'raid the pantry' was underwhelming. "Great surburban retreat"
Staff was helpful and accommodating. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Area around Kirkland was a welcome respite from the 13 hour walking tour of Seattle. Staff was gracious and helpful. A wedding was going on in the hotel during my stay and while it was largely attended and celebrated, the staff appeared to easily manage the needs of the other hotel guests without difficulty.
