Our stay was good but not great. Our request for a downstairs room was taken by a nice gentleman by the name of Clint. We were able to get a downstairs room close to the end of the building. This was excellent and greatly appreciated. The gentleman behind the desk upon our checking out was very personable and truly made my experience there better. However […] the female employee upon our checking in was rude & very UNpersonable. She made me feel like my business wasnt appreciated and I was taking up her precious time. Unfortunately I was so stunned by her attitude I wasnt able to ask her name, for she was not wearing a name tag. The room was moderately cleaned. There were some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, but just took it upon ourselves the 2nd day it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom was the only cleaning issue. The rest of the room was wonderful. The beds were made perfectly everyday. Almost hated to lay on them other than the fact we were exhausted by bedtime. The location was excellent and it was very quiet. We did enjoy our stay and only had these few issues. Unfortunately first impressions make a huge impact. The first impression by the woman behind the desk was one i will not encounter again. If it happens again I would be willing to go next door to a different hotel. Thanks for your time. Read more

The rate was very reasonable. Furnishings and bathrooms are dated but very clean. The continental breakfast was just a packaged pastry and apple with coffee. The desk staff were efficient but not friendly at all. They have a small pool but I didn't use it. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend or family member.Called ahead for a late check-in and asked for a late check out. we had two queen size beds. One was fine, the other was dirty. Sheets were dirty. There was actually a huge booger on the sheet. REALLY GROSS. Ended up just asking for flat sheets to cover everything and to sleep. Night attendant […] was not too helpful. Disappointed with the air conditioner in room. The A/C was noisy and useless. The room was extremely hot. It was 101 degrees outside during the day. Temperature in room was too hot to sleep. It was close to the freeway, and it was dry. Where are the items in the promo pictures. It shows a nice breakfast, in a large room, there was juice coffee and packeged little sweet rolls, it a tiny little room. They show nice well apointed rooms, where were those rooms, mine was, old, tired, and in need of remodeling.

I booked this hotel thinking it will save me money. But actually we had to upgrade our room because of the "fire code". I ended up paying more that what I would have somewhere else. It felt like a rip off.

I was really not impressed with the condition of this motel whatsoever. I've stayed in Motel 6's that were better maintained than this one. The armchair in the room was straight out of the ghetto! Word to the wise: Save your money and go elsewhere, until this place gets a major remodeling facelift.

The price was low, and the location close to family but we were very disapointed in the condition of the building. The outside/hallway/lobby and elevator were downright scary. The room was a tad better and seemed clean enough. Will not go back, and probably skip Days Inn next time.

Nice Room for Price..close to town. Very courteous employees. Let me check in hours early! Pool! However, shower heads SUCK, no plugins for cell phone charging free. Could improve the stay a lot by providing surge protectors near the lamps.

My husband and I had just been camping for several weeks, so the Days Inn was exactly what we were looking for. No bells and whistles....just a solid place to stay for a few days. The room was relatively quiet, the AC worked and the bed was comfortable. The staff were nice - the room was clean, and the area was convenient to the freeway.

With the exception of one front desk lady, everyone was smiles and helpful. The one lady wasn't rude, but just not good at people skills. Small pool, but nice room. Towles are a joke, bring your own.

IT WAS LIKE GOING TO PRISON!!! The woman at the front desk was stiff and rude. She snapped directions like a drill sargent and watched me like a hawk when I picked up items from the meager items offered for breakfast. Convenient yes. Clean? No. My husband and I stayed there for 1 night on a road trip and took our shoes off once we were in the room. We noticed the carpeted floor was sticky upon walking on it. I was disappointed that the hotel had no Bibles in the room. Even though the continal breakfast was limited it was appriciated. Only wish it lasted a hour longer. We were on vacation and at a reunion so wanted to sleep in late. The maid service was very good and they were courteous.

The outside temp was in the high 30's, but the outside doors at the end of the first floor hallway were in poor repair and would not close completely, so the hallway was always cold. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL !!!!!!!! The staff at check-in for my two day stay, ( I believe the manager ), was very short. I passed it off as them having a bad day. I mentioned that I was working late ( 6:00 a.m. ), and that I would not getting to the room until then and would appreciate a late check-out, which was granted. I went to my room […] and began unpacking. I suffer from sleep apnea and require the use of a CPAP machine, which requires an electrical connection near the bed. I found an outlet at the head of the bed ( behind the mattress ), being used by one of the wall-lamps at the headboard. Upon placing my CPAP machine on the floor next to the bed, I found unpopped popcorn kernels and other debris from several past guests. After arriving the first morning, I was awoken by the phone ringing at 11 a.m., by whom I will assume was the housekeeping team. This should not of happened, as I had placed and checked my door immediately after the call, for the "DO NOT DISTURB / PRIVACY PLEASE " placard. Later that day I found out I needed to extend my stay 1 day. I went to the front desk to see if it would be required for me to check-out and recheck-in. Of course it would be and once again I was given the attitude as if I were interrupting the desk staff's day. As I had been sleeping when the housekeeping staff was on -site, I knew that a room cleaning would not be happening. I asked for 2 bath towels as that was all I actually needed. Rooms were great with a great price. Located right in the middle of Medford, Oregon. Right off the I-5. I actually left my camera/case after check-out and was promptly notified to make arrangements for retrieval. Elevator appreciated. Restaurants and the heart of Medford one a block away. The person that check us in, didn't tell us anything other than how to get to our room. He didn't tell us what he wrote on the pocket sleeve of the room keys was, we later found out that was the code for the wireless internet. He also took my credit card without telling me why because my room was prepaid. He just said "I need a credit card and ID" and […] that was it, nothing more. I thought he was double charging me, but I later found out that it was for accidental coverage. He didn't bother telling us were the breakfast would be served either.
