Finding hotel was a snap then the parking garage was a special treat...didn't expect that. Staff spoke English well and helped us settle in nicely. We enjoyed our two night stay with teen age son - our room was quite large by European standards. Breakfast was also quite nice with attentive staff.

We liked the location, restaurants, bars all walking distance. The hotel has a paid parking garage attached, around 15 Euros. check in person was not having a good day, but overall, for the price, it was just fine.

chic, tastelful decor, with high end bath fixtures. very helpful staff. indoor pool was not open for guests at the time of my stay (june 2012), but the rooftop pool was open and quite lovely. hotel is very clean and feels very new- apparently,part of some chain of hotels called "exe.". it's placed well on two private streets, one a main thoroughfare (closed temporarily perhaps to make way for so above-ground rail? not sure) and the other, side street, alfonso is a retail street that closes up around 8p, but where can be found some late-night tapas cafes as well. there was a little loud, drunken rowdiness on the street, but that could've been from a soccer match played that evening, though it did happen the next night as well. not the hotel's fault. and nothing to deter me from booking at the hotel alfonso again.

Extremely comfortable and clean which must be very difficult considering the tram construction works right outside the Hotel. Staff were very friendly and polite and spoke good English.Five minutes walk to the town centre where there are ample bars and restaurants. Added bonus of having secure parking. Tæt på det meste, Pilar Sanchez hvor der sker noget altid. Busser og jernbane lige i nærheden. Eneste minus er at hotellets wifi er ret langsomt, men det kan man leve med.

Dos cosas en contra. La primera es que la calle donde está ubicado se encuentra en obras y debería avisarlo en su web. La segunda es internet que es de pago aunque te dan 30 minutos gratis en el hall, para la habitación si necesitas mas d euna hora te ves obligado a pagar el bono 24h.

El hotel no corresponde con el precio de las habitaciones. La parte exterior del hotel está en mala situacón y la habitación resultó poco cómoda. Las almohadas de pésima calidad y la cama considerablemente pequeña. La atención del personal, es "básico" pues se limitan a lo escencial, además que tienen solamente 2 personas para ocuparse del lobby y […] del "bar". Cobran por el uso de la computadora "pública" del hotel y además una tarifa muy cara (5 euros por 10 minutos). No lo recomiendo. Read more
