Pros: Disney Buses would pick you up and take you to the park. Beds were very comfortable Cons: Would have like a mini fridge and micorowave in the room. Everything extra cost extra: Wireless Internet, parking, Breakfast was overpriced ($15 for an adult) For it to be a nice hotel, you would think they would have a better quality of TV in the room. We had an 'OLD' Tube TV and you didn't get that many chanels. If I were to go back to Disney tomorrow, I wouldn't stay there. The less expenseive motels offer more and the price is cheaper. The ONLY reason for staying at the hotel is to catch the busy to the parks.

The hotel breakfast buffet for the price, I might would recommend another location, however it was cheaper than what you would get at any theme park. The price to pay for the onsite parking seems to be a little high for overnight parking but I guess they have to make money somewhere. The hotel info states that a paper is provided for your stay only thing is you have to retrieve it yourself from the front desk.

Just don't let them try and sell you a time share at their Disney desk - unless you're willing to sacrafice 1/2 a day for a discount. Bus picks you up right out front for Disney. Room was loud due to close proximity of highway - just bring ear plugs if that bothers you. We will definitely return - Very happy with it!

The hotel was very clean, but the bathroom had mold issues. Also, the "concierge" tried to make a hard sell on us after checking in, to go to a breakfast buffet and listen to a sales pitch on timeshares and we would earn $75 for going. After being inundated with Mickey Mouse all day, the last thing we wanted was a sales pitch when all we wanted to do was relax and go to bed. For the price, I'd rather stay in a brand name hotel.

This was not what I would consider a 3.5 star hotel. The room was clean but that is the only nice thing to say about this hotel. Some of my concerns was the a/c not working properly and the room was warm most of the time regardless of how low the temperature was set at. There were no cups in the bathroom and they only replaced the shampoo once over a 4 day stay. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

Overall, the hotel was a little worse that we expected. Our bathroom showed signs of having not been thoroughly cleaned, and the trash by the vending/ice machine was not emptied during the entire 3 days of our stay. Meals are currently being served in a makeshift dining room with extremely small tables while the main dining room is being remodeled. We would recommend only if you get an outstanding rate and don't mind some less-than-outstanding aspects like those listed above.

Second stay at this hotel. Great hotel but Sunday breakfast fell short. Breakfast hours were 6:30 to 10:30, you could choose from menu or buffet. Got there about 10:15, along with several other hotel guests. Once sitted, staff disppeared, there was no coffee, no orange juice and not sure how long food had been on buffet. Eventually someone did take our order and after another hotel guest complained, more coffee was brought. We waited about 20 minutes but our food never came, so we left. When we asked at the front desk for a restaurant serving breakfast, clerk really didn't know of one. Turns out there was a Perkins across the street.

Worst night of sleep ever and we did not enjoy our day at the park the next day. Also, I went to make a wake up call, and kept getting put on hold. This wasted a total of 30 minutes of my time! Yes, it is a beautiful hotel, super clean, and close to attractions. However, with hundreds of hotels to choose from in Orlando, most with free parking, free wifi, and nice bed, it makes no sense to pay the price this hotel wants.
