room was smelling, showder was defective, breakfast was horrible

The hotels interior, i.e., hallways, rug, walls are showing wear. Shower heads are an issue....cheap and don't work particularly well in my room. AND, the towels are like drying oneself with sand paper. The hotel is not centrally located; it is maybe 10 or more miles from Magic Mountain and located in a rural area. But the price was right. Also, keep in mind that each Travelodge is a franchise. The franchise owner has the final say….. not the corporation.

They didn't have the type of room for us that was on our confirmation form. Not very nice decor, rough sheets, rough, old towels, blankets with burn holes in them, ran out of hot water for a bath, only a bar of soap and a bottle of shampoo provided. I would definitely not stay there again.

Being that the hotel was a Travelodge, I expected it to be of higher quality. The rooms were outdated, not as clean as I would have expected, and the bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. Also I could hear the people upstairs walking around till very late at night. They also offered a continental breakfast, which was of minimal quantity and with no place to sit, we were not allowed to take food back to our room. Won't stay here again.

Older motel, but kept in good shape. No problems.

Not nice at all!!! It says Santa Clarita and I guess technically it is but, it is 6 miles from Magic Mountain in Canyon Country and not easy to find! Kind of CREEPY!!!!!

This hotel does not have an elevator - so if you travel heavy you will be carting all your bags up the beautiful stairway you see in the pictures! They have won some awards which are in the lobby - but this hotel is very, very average. It is located quite a ways out of the main city. Vending machines are far from anything usable, and no gas station or "snack buying" area in sight. The continental breakfast is also very light. Don't expect to eat at this hotel. Overall it was an average experience.

Extremely nice room, very quiet, very clean, better than expected!! Excellent restaurant directly across the street from the hotel.

At the first day of check-in our room had a leaky faucet at the wet bar and the light fixture was loose and leaning to one side at the left side of the bed. I went downstairs to report this and we were changed to another room. This room had coverplates missing from wall receptacles and several loose rececptacles. The light fixture at the right side of the bed did not operate. The cable TV channels were not very clear and there was no TV listing of channels in the room. The bedspread was old and had several holes on it. The toilet was loose at the base and would rock. I was not satisfied at all with this hotel and will not stay there in the future.

The beds were very comfortable if you like them on the softer side, which I do. The walls are a bit thin.

I only needed a room for the night. Had an early morning engagement the next day and wanted something comfortable and close to my destination. Travelodge delivered on both counts. My bed was comfortably soft; not too firm, not too yielding. The room was clean and everything was in good order when I arrived. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the towels were a bit scratchy. Otherwise, I spent a wonderful night with Travelodge and recommended the hotel to others who had come into town for the same event.

I read other reviews of this hotel, and came to it expecting it to be a low quality, but relatively inexpensive hotel that would tide me through the night. But, when I got there, I found the rooms were very big, had all the necessary accomodations, and that the double rooms had huge queen beds! I slept fantastically and had a wonderful time at the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is willing to drive a little ways from six flags to find a nice accomodation at an excellent rate; but be warned the parking lot is a little tight (as it is with most hotels in the area)

I read reviews before I booked my room so didn't expect much. The location was the only factor made me stay there.We booked a Non Smoking King and the room had a very strong Smell may be due to the spray used to coverup the smoke smell.My g.Friend and I opened the window which was stuck to find out there was no mesh. Our window was facing the parking lot so couldn't keep the window open while we were gone.There was no iron,Ironing board,toothpaste or shower cap but two Tv sets (evidently one was broken).I went to get a bottle water from the vending machine at night to find out it was broken and the floor was dirty.We mostly annoyed by the phone call we received at 10.50am from the front desk to confirm the c.out time which was eleven.

hotel was from the eighties and smelled like old people and stale wet cigarettes. the staff was nice. that is about it. the hotel has terrible parking and is not very well suited for business. the breakfast is much like a trip to the seven eleven. the bed was one that required you to sleep in your clothes and use a t shirt for the pillow. the shower was great if you were under 5'5. i was not so the belly button took a beating. would not stay there for free.

Room was not thoroughly cleaned, staff was OK, "continental breakfast" consisted of a stack of six slices of white bread, one on the floor, 4 danish that looked old, and that was it. Would NOT recommend, unless you have to go to court in Santa Clarita - better save time for traffic in the AM to get to court - 20 min ride to go 5 miles...

Room was clean and acceptable, but nothing special. Heater came on and off all night. We were unable to set it to a steady low heat. Breakfast was skimpy, prepackaged muffins, no fresh fruit, no butter, no jam.

There were 3 items that could work on: The water pressure, the parking lot needs to be marked with the room numbers so someone doesn't take two parking spaces and the continental breakfast was very limited.

Room was listed and posted as a non-smoking room, but someone had been smoking in it. My wife and I are both Athsmatic. We had to open a nonscreened window on a cold night to let in breathable air. The furniture apholstry was very worn and torn. The outside of the windows (second floor) had been splattered with eggs. The toilet made terrible noises and kept running everytime it was flushed. The room was clean and equipped as advertised, but was in very poor condition as far as maintenance was concerned.

Et okay hotel rummer det meste. Et minus at der ingen morgenmad kan købes. Så lægger det desværre lidt langt fra alt og lige ud til en stor vej. Værelset var fint. God størrelse, dejligt lille tekøkken og et lille toilet. Dette kan der intet siges om. Kun beliggenheden halter.
