You won`t find a better room for the money

Lovely setting and price, but hotel could use a facelift.

My fiance and our 3 kids spent two nights and three days at the Days Inn Daytona Oceanfront. We recieved very friendly service, clean rooms, lovely balcony and close to everything we needed. Easy to find. Plan on going back as soon as we can because we felt so at home. We accidentally forgot to put the door tag on the door so no one would clean while we were gone, but when we returned that afternoon our room was clean and our laptop computer and other valuables were not touched! That's the best feeling in the world - Trust! Great place to stay!

stayed two nights front desk staff very friendly and informative . had a problem with the bathroom it was fixed to our satisfaction the same afternoon . had an oceanfront room a bit dated but very clean beds very comfortable would have no problem returning to this hotel

My husband wanted to stay on Daytona Beach, with a balcony at a reasonable rate. This hotel meet everything that he wanted. The hotel staff was pleasent and our room was clean. The hotel is "older" and my husband said it had a smell. Our carpet was damp in one spot so I think it was the cleaning solution. Overall we were satisfied.

We have stayed at this hotel before & decided to go back. It is very basic but a good value. We always like to get an oceanfront room with a balcony whenever we stay at the beach. Since this was just a quick little get away we decide to go back to this Days Inn. There is nothing fancy about this hotel. It is all about the location. The rooms are clean & the staff friendly. The beds were not that great & there is no free breakfast or even a cafe in the hotel, so plan to eat out or pick something up at Publix to heat up in the micowave. The room has a small frig & micowave.

Hotel is older but is well managed and clean. Would be hard pressed to beat this value with another beachfront hotel. Management strives to please. We will use it again.

The room was small, but comfortable. The staff was very nice. We did not care for the coffee maker in the room, but that was a minor issue. The pool area was large with plenty of chairs and the view of the ocean was great!

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of this hotel. The staff was friendly, and the view from our oceanfront room was beautiful. The 24 hour pool and hot tub were very nice. Though it is a few miles away from the nicer shopping district, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay at a decent place on the beach, but has a tight budget.

Older hotel but great deal for the money. Great south beach location within easy walk to great seafood restaraunt(try the tuna sandwhich) I plan on using this hotel again.The parking is too easy, staff very friendly..

Just what we expected from the photos and reviews. Hotel was clean and right on the beach. Staff was very helpful and made some great recommendations for dinner. We would stay there again in a second but would rent a car instead as there are not a bunch of resturants around it. Great place! Look forward to returning.

Great price for an ocean front hotel room and steps to the beach. Also the room had a microwave and a small fridge. We enjoyed our stay!

The hotel staff was very friendly! They gave us anything we needed in a very short time. The room and bed we had were very comfortable and big. The location was good, the port orange area was nice and the international speedway was close enough but far enough as well. The only things that were bothersome was the shower that never maintained a constant temperature and some of the odors in the hallways and snack room. Other than that, we will probably stay there again. The price was well worth it.

I got more than I had expected. The room rate was well within my budget, it was clean and well maintained, the view of the beach was perfect and the pool was cystal clear. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and helpful. I plan on using this hotel again.

The box spring was shot on one of the beds making for an uncomfortable night sleep. But other than that it was a great place to stay for the price. Beach front balcony was great. The pool and hot tub area were very nice. If your goal is to spend the day at the beach on in the pool it is great.

Overall would stay again. New beds would be a good improvement.

My husband and I had been on vacation for a week and decided to extend it a day in Daytona at the last minute. We just wanted something cheap but clean and that is what we got. We own a time share so we are used to staying at the resort but this hotel I would stay at again. The first part of our vacation we stayed in a studio room at the Hilton and except for the bed we liked this room better. We had more room in this hotel room than the one at the Hilton. This hotel even has a free vacume and hose for you to clean your car which we thought was great. You also have a parking garage to park your car. Everyone was very nice that we came in contact with. If it would have been possible we would have stayed longer.

The beds were so uncomfortable. The room smelled bad. Very run down. However, the staff was excellent and it was right on the beach. We walked a half mile down the beach to a restaurant on a pier. "Crabby" something or other. Open air seating, great food, watched the surfers. That made the hotel stay much better.

Check-in was extremely easy having registered and paid with hotels.com ahead of time. The hotel was a somewhat older building and it showed. The staff seems to recognize that fact and go out of their way to make up for it with cleanliness and friendliness. The first thing that struck me as I entered the lobby was a musty, coffee smell. Fortunately that was limited only to the lobby as the hallways and rooms smelled fresh. The ocean view is amazing. The free Wi-Fi is nice. Not the nicest place in the world, but good value. Overall the hotel met my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

i think it was great they had shuffle board and bag toss outside and were quick to bring the equipment out in the early morning, nice pool/ kinda small hot tub we were on the first floor close to the convenient underground parking garage. i would rather been up higher for the ocean front view i paid for also i would have not had to experience the smell in the snack room

Just a GREAT place to stay the staff was very friendly and helpful. Whatever we needed they were there!!!

right on the beach with pool deck overlooking the ocean. Hotel was very clean and the rooms were really nice. great place for families. The guy at check in was really helpful and called me when my room was ready for checkin as I arrived very early.

We really enjoyed our stay. The housekeeping folks sat our baby's two sleep toys up next to the pillows so that when we walked in from the beach, it was like they were saying "hello!" to us. Nice touch.

I was looking for a place that wasnt expensive but was right on the beach. I was doubtful of this hotel because of the past reviews but decided to give it a shot anyways. I was more than pleased with cleanliness of the place and it was located right on the beach. Nothing is better than waking up on vacation and walking outside of your room right onto the sand. The employees were very nice and gave us great ideas for places to eat and places for entertainment at night. There are numerous places right around the hotel but we ended up going about 5 miles down the strip for entertainment and restaurants. I highly recommend this place.

Days Inn was very clean, the service personnel was friendly, our room was very clean, and everything worked. The pool was heated and was very well maintained. The hotel was located right on the beach so the ocean was just a few steps away from the pool. The atmosphere was very ideal for a family getaway, it was very family friendly. This hotel is the best kept secret for family getaways.

The main thing for me was the outstanding view from our oceanfront room. It was beautiful. The room was clean and everything worked. We had the efficiency and it was very well equipped. The staff was very nice and friendly. The pool and spa area was very well kept. I would make this a regular place to spend time at the beach.

I was pleased with this hotel. My girlfriend and I were going to Fla to have a relaxing vacation and went to South beach at first. Was very displeased there so we came north. Got this hotel last minute at a great deal and was pleased. The elevator had was a little less pleasant to ride however that was understandable with the traffic. And the computer in the lobby was sss llll oooo wwwww Over all though I was Very pleased with the stay.

It was a great hotel with no problems to speak of. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Staff was wonderful: from phone needing repair (they came and fixed it within 5 minutes), clean rooms, and anwering questions. What REALLY impressed us was that after we were home my sister realized she had misplaced her GPS in the room and they located and returned it.

Great room for the money

The hotel was very nice other then the room spelt like smoke, other then that everthing was good, we where right on the ocean and you could here the waves all night and it was soo peacful. would stay here again

The room stuck like smoke and so did my clothes after. I hate it when I ask a simple request and they are unable to follow through for some reason.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this hotel. However, after arriving I was impressed. The view of the beach was breathtaking! There was a GREAT view of the ocean from the room (and we even had a room that was not ocean front). It was far enough down from downtown Daytona the beach was not very crowded. The staff was okay (nothing bad but nothing that made it exceptional either). My family has found a new vacation spot on the beach at the Days Inn. I would recommend this hotel to a family who just wants a relaxing time on the beach.

if you want daytona beach and not all the people this is the place well down the beach from the boardwalk nice and quiet cant wait to go again

I have no words to describe this place.

Everything was great with one exception. Our little guy needed a port-a-crib. Being non-smokers, it was very dissatisfying to get one that smelled of cigarette smoke. Other than that, it was a great place to stay
