I went with my boyfriend just for a little getaway. I was so shocked when I walked in the room. It looked just like the pictures on the website. It was comfortable. The workers were very nice . I was impressed. the room was very up to date. Very satisfied!!!!!

Stayed here one night in April 2013. Hotel is not new, but seems to be redone or well maintained. We went downtown and it is a very short drive. The road to get into and out of the hotel is kind of odd, but no big deal. Clerk had trouble printing our paperwork (printer error) so she gave us free breakfast. Great hotel, great staff. The staff decided to switch us from two double beds to a king and pull out sofa due to us being a family of four. This was a nice gesture however the pull out bed stretched out all the way to the king bed causing the kids to have to cross our bed to get to theirs and also caused the desk to be inaccessible. This is the third time staying at this hotel. The front desk, cleanliness of rooms and quality for the price is great. This time I even took advantage of the hot tub, swimming pool and work out room all great. I have eaten three times at this hotel. Once for dinner, and twice for breakfast. Don't waste your time for breakfast. The prices are inflated […] for the value. Their breakfast ends at 11 and even if you get down by 10:30, they are either out of cooked items, or your food is rushed by the kitchen. Plenty of breakfast spots in the area to choose from. Sure you have to leave the hotel but you'll be more happier than wasting your money going downstairs. Read more

When I visit Jacksonville I always stay at this hotel. Restaurants are nearby, stores also and best of all Dave and Buster is right across the street. This Hotel is always neat and clean!

I enjoyed my stay here. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was nice. Location is right off of I-95 so it was easily accessible. I really didnt like the sleep number beds but I survived. Great place to stay for great rate. I will stay again.
