The room was very clean, desk clerk was helpful, but building was in dire need of remodeling. Very old fashioned, outdated building. Complimentary breakfast was minimal, generic brands. FOR THE PRICE I DIDN'T EXPECT THE RED CARPET TREATMENT. I NEEDED A CLEAN BED AND SHOWER IN BETWEEN VISITS TO HOSPITAL. WE WERE THERE FROM OUT OF TOWN FOR FAMILY EMERGENCY. WE CHECKED IN LATE AND TURNED ON AC EXPECTING ROOM TO COOL OFF AS WE SLEPT. IT DIDN'T. I LET FRONT DESK KNOW NEXT MORNING AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHECK AC AND IF COULDN'T THEY'D […] MOVE US TO ANOTHER ROOM. I WENT BACK TO ROOM TO SHOWER AND NOTICED THE DIRTY WALLS AND DIRT AROUND SINK. MOLD ON SHOWER CURTAIN, WATER CAME OUT OF SHOWER BROWN AT FIRST. TOWELS WERE VERY WORN AND THREAD BARE IN SPOTS. THE SHEETS WERE CLEAN AND BED COMFORTABLE, BUT IN LIGHT OF DAY CARPET AND CLOTH SEATS OF CHAIRS WERE DIRTY. I JUST COULDN'T BRING MYSELF TO RETURN TO THIS FACILITY. WE SWITCHED TO THE BEST WESTERN AND IT WAS WELL WORTH THE EXTRA 25 DOLLARS A NIGHT. IT WAS 200 TIMES BETTER. I WOULD HAVE CHOSE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE IF I'D KNOWN IT WAS NEARLY AS CLOSE TO THE HOSPITAL. Read more

The refrigerator didn't work in our room so they moved us to another room . Then in that room the toilet didn't work so we told someone about it in the morning. We did not receive any discount for the inconvenience. I doubt we will ever go back to that hotel again. Also, it wasn't very clean in the rooms.

We stayed only one night due to business in the area. Upon check-in, we asked for a wake-up call. Luckily we awoke on time because the wake-up call never came. When we arrived to check out and get breakfast, we found the "desk clerk" asleep. After awaking, he informed us that he "usually is not like this and it must be due to the weather". He also said […] he would not have been there if he could have found someone else to work. He began asking us questions, such as where we were from. He suddenly became belligerant and rude so we left. It was not hard to figure out that he was high, drunk or hungover...or maybe all three. This is a person who clearly should not have been in the position of overseeing the hotel while anything could have happened during the night. We will not stay there again and will tell anyone who will listen to beware. Last, but not least, the tub was very dirty. I would have been perfectly satisfied if this hotel were branded Travelodge, Rodeway Inn or similar. It's a notch below typical Days Inn standards. Disappointed with the rooms amenities. No iron. Although there was a holder on the wall for one. Coffee maker was one cup only but it leaked water out of the bottom. 1st room they gave me - wasn't cleaned. 2nd room they sent me to the lights and toilet didn't work. 3rd room had things that worked, BUT I went home with bites on my legs and arms with welts, AND at 3am the fire alarm in the room began chirping and continued through the rest of the night. Completely horrible experience.

I couldn't get to the room to see how it was due to the fact that (1) two men fighting on the side of the hotel (2) overall "trashy" appearance of property. Not to mention I could have walked in off the street and paid less than booking through your organization. Obviously, I'm going through the process of getting a refund.

looked like most of the bathroom fixtures had been pulled out of the walls and inexpertly replaced - there were probably six people staying in this 100 room facility and we were all placed right next to each other - the rooms were clean and the staff was nice, but probably wouldn't stay here again

The bathroom was dirty. The mini-fridge did not work, and neither did the replacement. The air conditioner did not work reliably. The beds were lumpy. The towels felt like sandpaper. The whole place had an air of neglect. There are MANY better options in town at reasonable prices. Stay ANYWHERE else.

The photos for this place make it look immaculate which is the COMPLETE opposite of what I experienced. The front office had a terrible odor which made me want to cancel my reservation as soon as I opened the door for fear that my room would smell like that too. The carpet in the bedroom was a bit moist when we first entered and it was terribly stained. There was used plastic silverware in the minifridge along with other filth. I took pictures of how nasty this place was just in case I ever decide to stay at a Days Inn again, that way I can look at the pictures and change my mind. I will not be staying here again. We were so disgusted by the state of the room and bathroom that we did not even bother pulling back the covers and used our own pillows.
