After staying at the J.W. Marriott in Chicago the night before, I came to Fond du Lac and realized that all hotels were booked for a Bowling event. Although this hotel can't be compared to the J.W. Marriott, I found the staff to be extremely pleasant, the room to be clean and well maintained, and I had a very restful 2 nights that I spent at the hotel […] - what else does one need? Although I was initially worried that the hotel would be noisy, I found it to be very quiet at night and nothing woke me up until the alarm went off. The wireless internet was free and worked well. Honestly, upon arrival I was skeptical of this property because it is an older hotel. The doubts I arrived with were shortly relieved! Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable and soft! The staff was very friendly and make every effort to provide whatever you need (you can order pizza from the front desk). Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, very friendly employees, loved the endless coffee. Bathroom a bit dated, but in working order and clean. Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke from when the hotel used to allow. Will stay again.

If you are looking for an average hotel that is inexpensive, this is a great hotel. Has a small breakfast and a small pool, but the rooms were fine and were comfortable. They did smell a little weird but it was a good stay for the price.

The room was surprisingly in good condition! You wouldn't have expected it from outside appearances. Even though the room was non-smoking it still had a strong smokers odor. The outside of the hotel is in need of major updating. We booked the room because we had tickets for the Sept.13th Packers/Bears game. This former Econo Lodge could use some updating. However, it adequately provides a hot shower, working air conditioning, and clean beds. As such, it meets the most basic needs.

Very happy with our stay. We had two rooms - for two nights; and then decided to stay a third night and they were more than accomodating to let us know if they had a cancellation, etc. We were able to stay in our same two rooms for the 3rd night. Very nice staff, breakfast and comfortable. We will be staying again!

The place did not look or smell clean. Bedding has an off color to it and I just was not comfortable in this place. It was dingy, no bright colors, nothing that felt welcoming.

I travel for work a lot but this trip for personal reasons. I needed something that was cost effective for the weekend. The staff was wonderful and very caring. The bed was good, the rooms were quiet despite there being several folks there for a local dog show. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I stayed here on the night of our wedding. We got there rather late but the staff had everything ready and check-in took literally about two minutes. This was wonderful since it was so late at night. The bed was fairly comfortable. We forgot to bring along shower soap for the next morning and were somewhat disappointed to find that there […] was only small bars of hand soap available. For the price I suppose it was basically ok but... the pool was ice cold and cloudy, the hot tub was so full of "foam" with a brown layer of scum, can you say gross!!! Tem uma das melhores camas em que já dormi nos EUA! Staff super amigável e atencioso, localização ótima para passagem ou ate para ficar enquanto visita Oshkosh. Alguns serviços bem próximos e boa relação custo/beneficio fazem deste hotel uma ótima escolha. Tem ate piscina aquecida!
