Enjoyed our stay. Second room had a problem with air conditioning and they sent maintenance right up to fix it! Comfortable beds and good breakfast bar.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights at the Comfort Inn-Concord. We found the service to be excellent and the staff courteous and helpful. We would have stayed again the following week but the rate was going to increase considerably because of a nearby NASCAR race. Overall we were very satisfied.

We were there during the Laconia Motorcycle Rally and their were lots of bikes and people in and out of the hotel...very busy. We found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The pool, common areas and rooms were exceptionally clean. The breakfast bar was very good and kept stocked during heavy use morning hours. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Good value for the cost. Ice machine on 3rd floor was broken. Dining area was very small in relation to the number of rooms in the hotel. Trash was not picked up in a timely fashion outside lobby.

Front desk was very helpful with providing written driving instructions to various restaurants and other sites in the area. Wish every hotel would bother to make photocopies to hand out as directions like this -- saved us a lot of trouble.

It was very nice and very clean. The breakfast is nice and the room was very nice. The people were very nice and friendly. The only issue we had was the pool was closed for repair and that is hard to deal with when you have small children what were looking forward to a swim after a long drive from Virginia.

My only complaint was that the bed was too soft. Service was excellent. Front desk offered discounts at local restaurants. Enjoyed the free breakfast. I would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helped us with all of our questions. They recommended good restaurants and had directions and discounts and they were always attentive. There was a problem with the hot water on one morning and the sauna was broken for one day. Also we had a problem with the clothes dryer not functioning correctly. When staff members were notified, they responded professionally. Noise was a problem.

The restaurant we went to in the hotel had very poor service in spite of the fact that it was almost empty and very poor food. Otherwise a very pleasant hotel for the price.

awesome people working there, they helped us find our way to mount sunapee when our tom tom froze in the truck overnight, the pool is open until midnight and the free breakfast was great.

Our 2 night stay was very pleasant. The staff at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful with restaurant recommendations and information about future stays. I think this is a very nice Comfort Inn. The room was well-kept and a good bargain for the area.

We stayed at this hotel overnight to take a Nursing Boards Exam. It served very well to have a place to relax and the surrounding area was diverse and entertaining. The hotel doesn't provide anything particularly out of the ordinary. However, the stay was nice, and the price was affordable.

My wife and I have stayed at several hotels/motels in the Concord NH area, some of which were 3X the price. Breakfast, Exercise equipment, Pool/Hot tub, TV program choices, all excellent and in good condition. The staff was curtious and helpful, rooms were clean and well maintained. What impressed me the most was the shower, water stayed hot with great pressure.

Similar to European hotels. Bright, clean small but makes great use of space. Adequate for our needs and for the price. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Would definately stay again.

"A little expensive"

I left an article of clothing in the room and when I called them they put it in the mail that day & I received it the next day. The only small complaint I had was that breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:30. We were there at 10:10 and they were putting everything away. There was no regular coffee left & only 1 muffin left. I think they should have waited until 10:30 to put things away. It was a beautiful and clean hotel!
