If you have to visit any of the businesses in the Carson/Vernon industrial area, this is a very convenient location. The breakfast was surprisingly nice, and they open it early so you can grab something on your way out to your morning approintments.

We stayed on a weekend and they have happy hour. For that reason the parking space got full and we had trouble finding space. Not a great place to take your kids. We are not staying there again. It seems like this is run like a Mom and Pop Motel. When I came into the lobby there was a woman in nurses scrubs doing some kind of paper work behind the counter. The person that did help me just kind of stood there and looked at me like he was waiting for me to aknoledge that I was there. Nice, clean rooms. Very affordable for those who can go with out fancy. I went with a mentality of "expect the worse and HOPE for the best" and first impression was not disappointing at all. We were a party of four and stayed in two rooms. While there were small problems for instance the shower in Room#332 was not working and there was a loose light […] switch. In the other Room#334 the only small problem was that the lamp on the night table did not turn on. Like I said these were very small problems that could be worked around, I'm sure if we asked for a different room with a better shower they probably would have. Overall the experience was very good and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family, and with out hesitation I would stay here again. unfortunately my experience at this facility was very negative, I had a Iphone stolen from my room and the only person who entered my room besides my wife was housekeeping, they opened the box where it was and only took the iphone, left the box as it to make it appear as if the item was inside. when I reported it to the front desk the clerk was very […] rude, and when I ask to speak to the manager all I got was run arounds, the manager was never available, i also requested the clerk to call the police to make the report but he refused to do it. The room was not cleaned very well - stains on chairs so bad that you needed a towel so that your clothes would not be ruined. Carpet was very dirty. Some of the towels were stained as well. I would not recommend to anyone!

located right by the I-5, near gas stations, Costco, some restaurants, and an outlet mall with a food court. breakfast was mediocre, no fruits and selection of bread very limited, but otherwise ok. room is spacious and clean, newly-renovated. bathroom a bit small.

When I booked the rooms I was said that you will definitely get a microwave and fridge but on arrival we were said that all rooms with fridge and microwave are occupied. After 5 minutes one of our friends tried to book a new room and the receptioniost gave him a room with both of the things. I had read some of the reviews about this hotel and was a little leery, however when I arrived, the room was clean and looked well maintained. There was a DJ in the lobby restaurant/bar that was very loud. I can see how this could be a problem for some of the rooms. My room was on the 5th floor so the DJ's music never bothered me. Even the 1st room […] floor I originally received was unaffected by the music. I changed rooms because the original room was non-smoking. The pool and workout facility both looked clean and well kept, but I did not use either. Access to the highway was quick and easy making it simple to get where I need to go. Having read reviews(after we booked our package),we were apprehensive about what our experience would be.Though we contemplated trying to change hotels(based on reviews),we decided we wouldn't be spending much time at the hotel anyway so we decided to not change plans. Like one of the other reviews, we too had a refrigerator, but no microwave. After […] waiting for 2 hours the 1st day we decided to cancel the request to avoid maintenance having to come in our room while we were away.First thing the next morning I reminded the front desk about the microwave. I was told it would be delivered during the room cleaning. We stopped in briefly about 5 hours later, still no microwave.Gave another reminder. Returned again around 8PM, you guessed it, still no microwave.At this point my wife came unglued (Lord help them).This time about 30 minutes later the microwave was delivered, but them the maintenance guy received an urgent call and had to leave before removing the old microwave and refrigerator (microwave was bolted down so we couldn't just move it over).In hindsight, it was so tiny a homeless person wouldn't have wanted it so why it was bolted down...ok I'll focus.Well after waiting 30 minutes for maintenance to return,we finally put on the do not disturb sign because we had to leave and didn't want anyone in our room while we were away.The loud music didn't bother me, but then again we were on the 4th floor.I try to always think positive, so I'll admit I've stayed at worse places.
